Suresh was an excellent host and very accommodating. I had booked this place for my parents visit to Sri Lanka to visit family. What stood out to me was the location since it made it convenient to visit family. My parents absolutely loved their stay here! The home itself was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and had a very cozy and modern feel. My parents felt very comfortable and safe during their stay. It was a pleasure communicating with Suresh, he replied promptly to all of my questions and was very flexible with the check in process. Overall, my parents really enjoyed their stay here and would definitely stay here again on their next visit!

My family and I, wanted a place in Colombo for a month. After looking for a long time, we finally found this apartment, which truly exceeded our expectations. The best thing is the property it self which has many facilities such as the gym, pool, supermarket and an ATM. There are many restaurants close by aswell. Overall the experience was great. The only drawback if any I would say is the height of the bed, which is very low to the ground. Other than that fantastic place.

Ranil should more clearly explain regarding the service being provided by the staff. When we ordered this villa we were not even aware of the fact there were services included and we had our own cook, maintenance specialist and a personal manager. Apart from that, everything was amazing. This villa is for somebody who wants quiet and be away from civilization for a while

this place and location is quite awesome. loved everything about it. a minute walking distance from good restaurants and the beach. really a treasure of a place and excellent value for money.

Mohammed’s place was great value for money. It’s a modern, spacious, and fully furnished apartment. Very convenient access to all supermarkets, and other shops. We got a unit on the second floor which had great views from its balconies. We enjoyed the fireworks display from the balconies when the clock struck 12 on 1st Jan 2022. The kitchen has all utensils needed to cook your own meals. However, we noticed there wasn’t a gas cylinder owing to the current situation in the country. Still managed to cook most of our meals using the rice cooker. A hot plate or an induction cooker would be a nice addition. The building manager Mr. Mirzan was very nice and was flexible with all our requests. He made sure our stay at Amaze Residence was a pleasant one. We will definitely visit again.

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

Ajith was a kind and welcoming host, going beyond what can be expected. I thoroughly recommend staying at his place, and thank him kindly for his help.

We had a wonderful stay. We stay 10 days The location was so peaceful and just what was needed. Mary and all the staff were lovely. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Mary was very nice and helpful at all times! Commendable customer service. I will definitely rent form Mary again thank you!

This apartment was amazing! Super clean, equipped with everything you need, stylish and located in a quiet and clean area. Nanditha is friendly, responsive and will go above and beyond to ensure your experience! She bought over snacks, her cooking and her famous milk toffees. I would love to stay again when back in Colombo.

Ryan was an exceptional host. Very warm and welcoming. He was also available for us anytime over call or evwn a message. Regarding the stay everything was taken care of as mentioned in the listing. The place is well maintained and organized. The location is at walkable distance from supermarkets like keels and cargills and also from public transport. All kitchen essentials were present for light cooking. Bathrooms had the necessary toileteries. The rooms were spacious. The washing machine was in good condition. Iron provided was good. No issues with internet, electricity and water as well. We stayed at the property for 9 nights and we always felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Suggestion would be to put a clock in the living area and bedrooms if possible.

Amazing Stay at Fahim’s Place! I recently stayed at Fahim’s place in Colombo, and it was a fantastic experience. The property was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a hassle-free stay. The location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Fahim was an outstanding host, always responsive and ready to assist. I highly recommend Fahim’s place to anyone visiting Colombo and would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

was a fantastic place and nikola and benjamin were super helpful.. the spotlessly clean house was in the middle of the city with many eateries and tourist attractions nearby.. bathroom mats weren't provided by Benjamin responded to all our requests promptly and attended to them. will highly recommend this place..

Gorgeous villa with an amazing view of the lake and lots of space for four couples. The housekeeper, Dileep, was so proactive and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed and offering drinks. We had an amazing barbecue on the last night and the food they cooked for us was always incredible, some of the best we had in Sri Lanka! The downstairs is open to the outdoors so expect some wildlife (geckos and mosquitos) - overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay with comfortable rooms and a pool with a perfect temperature!

I found this as one of the best vacation home as a group. This place had just everything.. private pool, party room, barbecue rooftop, open-air coffee room... I’d highly recommend

First off, this is not in the City Center building, its located in On 320 Union, which is a very large condo complex consisting of 3 towers. The condo is brand new, on the same level as the large pool and well appointed Gym. Extremely safe due to very high security and biometrics based access control. The unit had all the listed appliances and amenities. The living room was a bit small but for 4 adults this should be more than enough space. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed. Very good showers with good pressure and very hot water. Suraj was a very good host, great communication and very friendly and flexible.

We loved our stay at Samudra house and can absolutely recommend it, especially with kids. In our six weeks in Sri Lanka, it was one of our favourite stays. It was everything we wanted it to be: - Beautiful house, just as described and shown in the pictures, generous rooms, big garden, great pool. - Between about 11 and 1, the pool was in the shade of a hotel, which we loved, since it allowed the kids to be in the pool during the hottest hours of the day without having to put on sun lotion. A big plus, in the kids and our opinions. - Beautiful beach with a very friendly and relaxed vibe within 2 minutes walking distance. - Various beach restaurants within 2 minutes walking distance - Three big grocery stores within 10 minutes walking distance. - It was the only airbnb house in Sri Lanka without a caretaker, which we appreciated, since we felt like having the house to ourselves. - It is really close to Colombo, we did two day trips to get to know Colombo.

We’ve stayed twice now and both times we have really enjoyed our stay. Very cozy. Highly recommend.

After a long flight, we spent a relaxing few days at the villa. The villa itself was super clean and provided us with a massive space to relax and enjoy our time in Sri Lanka. We enjoyed spending time in the pool and jacuzzi, overlooking the beautiful lake. The villa staff scheduled a boat tour of the Bolgoda lake for us. The boat picked us up directly from the villa, so we didn't have to drive anywhere. They gave us a beautiful tour of the Bolgoda Lake, which is the largest natural lake in Sri Lanka. There are also other day trips and excursions (taking you to famous Sri Lankan attractions) which can be arranged through the villa staff. We felt very safe, especially during the coronavirus pandemic, as the villa provided a large space where we could spread out, while still being close to Colombo. The villa staff was very kind and helpful. The villa manager was able to arrange food and a driver for us during our stay. The food was delicious and authentic, being sourced from a local restaurant. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a calm, relaxing, and memorable stay in Sri Lanka.
