This place is excellent for those looking out for a sundowner experience, a villa on a hillock. the interiors were beautiful. You need to connect with the caretaker at least two days in advance if you have any specific food requirements as this place is far from the market area. The villa exterior looks very old , I think for the price paid this should be taken care of. we loved the gazebo area which is the best place just to sit and lie down on the charpai (beadstead/cot) , and enjoy the sea breeze in the afternoon, followed by sunset. The caretaker was very good and ensured amazing food service, simple, yet very tasty, they gave us both konkan and Rajasthani cuisine. Overall a great place with minor things to be taken care of by the host.

Although place is managed remotely with help of care take the host in proactive to ensure comfortable stay. Place is neat ,clean and calm.

A very responsive and polite host I have ever seen. The place is so nice and clean, suits for every individual as it is beside to the forest nearby and the perfect place to escape from all our busy lives. Also it is budget friendly with a big and clear water pool. Also the host surprised us with a welcoming cake which makes everyone feel good. Thanks for the hospitality and care given by the Host.

"Staying at Parmar's place was a true delight! The apartment was sparkling clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and Parmar was so helpful with local recommendations. They were always quick to respond to our messages and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We can't wait to come back!" The property was cozy, well-stocked, Pool was really big and awesome and had the perfect layout for spending time with friends and family.

The place is located within a few hours of drive from Mumbai. It is a perfect weekend getaway for families with kids. The place is very well maintained, the caretakers are helpful and it is a unique experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. I'll be visiting again!

We loved the place!! In the words of my 30-year old nephew "in 3PF we found a gem". I can imagine that some guests might expect a more "classical" place with modern amenities. 3PF is a very well maintained, vintage place that reminds me of colonial style bungalows. The rooms and the beds in them are large, spacious and grand. It is quite sparse but tastefully furnished, with WiFi, though with no other technical clutter. There is a TV that, I think, we never switched on. We played some board games. There is a lake just about 100 meters away although getting there for limited mobility can be challenging. I went for a swim in it every day! One day we went kayaking. The staff at the house is competent and very friendly. They cooked delicious meals. Buying the groceries needs a bit of planning though as the market is a few kilometers distance away. For anybody planning to go there, I suggest to just stay on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet... the birds, light a bonfire & sing songs!

GP Farms is one of those places where you get exceptional service. The staff is very welcoming. The amenities are superb. The place as a whole is a package which is very well crafted. We will definitely map this as a place to revisit very often. The owner himself (Geet) is very proactive and approachable. He has been in touch at all stages to assist us through out the process. Would definitely recommend this place for friends and family outings.

The stay at MDK was absolutely one of the best decisions ever. Right from the beginning, Amit was always available to answer any questions and was super accommodating. Our caretaker at the villa -Krishna, was very humble and kind. The food, ambience, hospitality, was super. I’d recommend this place to everyone I know. We just spent the most incredible 2 days at Vrihi. The wooden cottage was like a warm hug - cozy, comforting, and surrounded by lush greenery that made us feel like we were in our own little bubble. But the real magic happened because of the people. Dhawal, our property manager, is literally the kindest human being. He welcomed us with such warmth, helped us plan our days, and even sorted out our car rentals. And whenever we had a question or needed help, he was always just a message away. What struck me most was how much Dhawal and the entire Vrihi team genuinely cared about making our stay special. It wasn't just about checking boxes or providing services - it was about making us feel like we were home. If you're looking for a place to unwind, recharge, and feel like you're part of something special, Vrihi is it. We can't wait to come back and experience that magic again.

We highly recommend a stay at Yana Farms! Unlike other villas, stay here felt like home. The villa is spacious and has an old world charm, the pool is nice and big and the food was delicious! We appreciated the host’s efforts to personalise our experience with suggestions of activities in and around the farm like dinner in the orchard, visiting neighbouring vineyards, hike with a private guide to a near by nature reserve. Kids enjoyed petting the cows & feeding the ducks. There’s also a beautiful earthy meditation temple in the property. Looking forward to visiting again!

It was beautiful for stay with friends or family. You will get bluetooth speaker and we had a lots of fun. Private swimming pool was very good.

The property was well-kept, neat and clean. A single room for 4 adults is a bit inconvenient, especially if you are coming here with family, but the room size makes up for it. Facilities are very thoughtfully provided. Prompt and humble caretakers.

First of all, thank you Trupti for being such a wonderful host :). Everything at Srinivas Farms was excellent!! We spent a great time over there. Right from the booking time, till we left the place, Trupti was there to help with all queries. My husband needs a wheel chair but even for him, everything was quite okay. Food provided by a local family was yummy!! and again Trupti was to prompt in helping with sharing the menu, guiding for quantity.. everything . I loved the way she called me up just to check if we are okay or we need any help. The caretaker - Vikram, was also very helpful and in fact he went an extra mile to get some medicine urgently as soon as we reached. The kitchen has all basic stuff like tea, coffee, milk and required utensils. Everything clean and good quality. The rooms are spacious, toilets big enough and clean and the whole house is extremely well designed and well furnished. very quiet place, pet friendly, an excellent place to spend a weekend!!

prime reason for me opting this BNB was because it was midway for me coming from Mumbai and my brother coming from hyderabad . I'll be honest approach to the property was quite adventurous in between the crop field but still loved the drive all the way to the property. last 15 odd km is a bit bumpy but it's manageable and fun the moment you enter the property all your travel stress turns into delight coz you get much more than what you see in the pics . outstanding view , beautiful swimming pool , stunning rooms and interiors and fantastic food. we had requested the staff for all the meals which was charged separate as you will not find anything around ..but the food Is homely and super tasty and served with lot of love and warmth . my family enjoyed all the meals and snacks .. the carteker was very accommodative with our request of any sort. they also arranged for a BBQ and even karaoke set to add the fun element. and kids just loved it . I would strongly recommend this place

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb property. The place is exceptionally well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat with great amenities, including indoor games, a comfortable sitting area, and a lovely lawn to relax in. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The location is secluded, providing a serene environment for a quiet getaway. We had a very pleasant stay and I would consider returning!

What a wonderful place to relax and be in nature. Ashleshas mother made us an amazing breakfast on our first morning . The surrounding nature with all the birds ( a vast variety of species ) was such a pleasure to wake up to every day. It is a short walk to the beach and all amenities in the area, yet it also is distant enough away to be able to have complete quiet and privacy at all times of the day. We both , loved every day of our stay, and will recommend this stay to other travellers to Goa

This is the 5th time i have visited this place and i always feel at home and Vivek is a wonderful host, always ready to help and reachable. Even the caretaker is an awesome person very helpful and always ready to go beyond to make the guests feel at home.

The place is really amazing and view is really beautiful from the balcony, over all it was comfortable stay and evening walk in the garden was very relaxing experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful 2-day stay at Sohana. It’s a lovely house, easily accessible by public transport from Mumbai, and the perfect place to relax. Didn’t get a chance to meet Sumit but he was in touch over phone, and communication was easy and efficient. Jayawanta helped us settle in and served us delicious home-cooked meals. Vikrant and Ana are amazing host. Their place is amazing and away from the crowd of Panchgani/Mahabaleshwar. Peaceful surroundings, you can take a walk, hike in the neighbourhood. Their farms are amazing. If you are animal lover you will love the place. Vikrant was very helpful. Due to some unforeseen issue we had to delay our check out, Vikrant was very nice to accommodate that.

The staycation felt extremely cosy and welcoming! Peaceful environment, clean spacious rooms, great hospitality of staff and beautifully maintained space. Loved the artefacts that enhance the beauty of the place even more. The provision of hammocks, swimming pool and walks along the greenery made my day. Me and my group enjoyed the place. Also the hosts were proactive in helping us with suggestions for places to visit and make our journey even more enjoyable. Food arrangement was delicious and reflected the beauty of maharashtrian cuisine that we were looking for!! Thank you Revathi Vilas's team for making our stay a memorable one!!
