The hosts are very cordial and nice. The stay was perfect for a single woman/man and the space was enough. The bathroom was lovely with all the necessary amenities neatly stacked. The room had a huge bed and 2 chairs and table, microwave,cutlery and had all the necessary amenities like iron, scissors etc. Although one has to go to the third floor on a spiral staircase, it never felt tedious but felt fun. There is AC in the room. Cupboard with hangars. Just perfect for stay for 1 person. I would definitely re-book if I'd need to be in Mumbai again. The area is peaceful and i felt super safe.

Great place for a peaceful stay. The host Abdul was very polite and supportive. The caretaker is helpful as well. Would live love to visit again.

Hemant Jee's homestay facility is great. Very clean. We felt pretty much at home while our stay there. Pure vegetarian Breakfast was a great plus point. Best part is that Malgund beach (which is very clean and has amazing morning time view and sunset view) was 5 mins walk from home. From the home terrace (top) you could even see the sea. Hemant jee also provided us good tips for our local travels. All in all it was great experience and it was my first Airbnb experience. Thanks for the hospitality and making us feel home.

We stayed for 9 nights and it was really nice. Had a lot of things to do in the city so it was good to be centrally located with easy assess to various locations. Rajesh and Manisha were very friendly but it was a pity we were very busy and hardly had a chance to sit down and have a chat.

Stayed at the Amata room at Rahul's property. I was going through a hard time during my stay and Rahul was extremely supportive and understanding, super grateful for the experience. The garden was really comfy for meditation, yoga and just to lie down and look at the sky. The staff were very helpful and understanding too, it was indeed a beautiful experience :')

First of all, appreciate Siddharth for being proactive in sharing necessary information on how to reach the place and clear instructions. He was easy to reach out to and communicate with. House looked exactly same as in pictures. Very neat and clean. We cooked meals, watched TV and had comfortable n peaceful stay. Pocket WiFi speed and connectivity was awesome. As it rained throughout our stay, we didn’t get to enjoy backyard. Would like to visit this place during winters. Patio is our favourite spot, where we all sat for coffee while enjoying rain. All the amenities are available as mentioned. Worth staying and willing to book again in future.

i stayed at pawan's place for 2 days.The place is in a very good neighbourhood and inside is very well furnished and comfortable.Pawans's parents are very polite and humble thus they make you feel home . Place is well cleaned as maid comes daily to clean the house.Nearby the society there are number of food shops.overall it is highly recommended to everyone of any age

Ich war sechs Tage da. Die Wohnung ist toll. Hat meinem Geschmack entsprochen. Die Hunde sind auch sehr lieb und angenehm. Leider war die Komunikation manchmall schwierig. Der Hausjunge spricht nur Hindi. also Übersetzung per Internet oder Anita bzw. ihren Partner anrufen. Schade dass ich Anita nicht kennengelernt habe. Man muss sich selbst organisieren und erkunden. Habe mich insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Kann es nur empfehlen!

We had a wonderful stay at Aatman Villa, Pune. It is perfectly located in the heart of the city, surrounded by cafés and restaurants, yet remains peaceful and serene. Our host, Rahul, is a warm and attentive person who ensures every guest’s comfort. The room and bathroom were exceptionally spacious, sparkling clean, and very comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful terrace garden overlooking the river, where we enjoyed watching ducks swim and the charming little train pass by—it added a truly dramatic touch to the experience. The entire place radiates positive energy, making it a perfect retreat. A special mention to Meena, the cook, who prepares delicious meals and serves them with love. We will definitely return and highly recommend Aatman Villa to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Pune!

we were enroute to prayagraj, we were were very tired but felt right at home had quiet sleep. pawan was very helpful in directing us and his mother made us feel right at home. would recommend this place.

it was a pleasant stay. Pawan is very prompt in responding and very helpful. parents are very cooperative and tysson(labrador) is also very cute. room interior is awesome and for the society I like the most is so peaceful and lush green surrounding. must recommend to all visiting Mihan. I explored a lot and made my mind to shift permanently in this society. special thanks to Pawan.
