Great property located in a peaceful setting. Had enough space for a small group of us with all the comforts of home. Situated in a convenient location to travel to local attractions. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay ...easy in and out. Close to everything. Parking is tricky to be sure you are on the right side of the road for the specified days.

We were very excited to find Niland Nook near New Sharon, Iowa. It was a beautiful and peaceful location. The house was very welcoming and comfortable. Suzanne was very responsive to any questions we had! There is a nice large table that we all could gather around for our meals and some fun game time too! There is a large screened in porch with a table as well. It was a little chilly out there, but would be great fun when it warms up just a bit more. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay at "The Lost Gem." Very cozy, neat small house that suited my needs perfectly. Dan and Di were very communicative, and very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

The loft was very comfortable. We really loved the aesthetic of the place. Even though it was right on the townsquare, the loft was quiet and separated from outside noises. There are several restaurants within a block or 2 and a coffee shop 300ft away. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our kids to play. We will definitely keep this place as our top choice in the area. Thanks Chad!

We loved looking through the huge bay of windows to see the pond/yard/trees. The mowed walking paths were a great addition. We enjoyed exploring around the property. It is a very peaceful/private setting

I've become a bit of a regular and this place feels like home to me now. I appreciate the proximity to places I visit, spaciousness and having a full kitchen. Hosts are wonderful!

Great location and value for the area. Great layout, modern/updated, and extremely clean. As stated in other reviews there is noticeable traffic noise in the early morning that I found manageable using some background noise - e.g. fan app
