Wir waren zum 2ten mal hier und haben uns wieder wie zuhause gefühlt. Alles sauber und ordentlich

Logement conforme en tous points. Nous sommes arrivés avant l'heure prévue. Nous avons attendu seulement 15 minutes avec un verre de bienvenue. Le coin est paisible et il y a un restaurant juste dessous avec un chef parfait! Petit plus, si vous prenez le petit déjeuner Créole, ne prévoyez pas de manger à midi.

Me and my family had an amazing stay at Farida's place! Location - the villa is less than 15 minutes drive from the jetty. you can reach any point of the island in less than half an hour. it's located in a very quiet street, still short walk from many restaurants and a beach. Vila - beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable. we felt right at home. there were all things needed for longer stay as well. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + giant living room with kitchen. There is a lovely garden area where you can relax. Host - Ms Farida is the most wonderful person that we have met in our travels. Helpful, kind, friendly, giving us a lot of helpful tips and making sure we have everything we need. She brought us fruits from her garden, invited us to a tasty dinner and even made banana cakes for our daughter's birthday. Helped us organize day trips and even let us check out late ❤️ Absolutely incredible stay! Thank you Ms Farida for making our trip to Praslin unforgettable!

Gretl hat uns nett empfangen bei allem gut beraten. Sie und Ihre Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich (wie übrigens sehr viele Einwohner der Seychellen) und immer hilfsbereit. Toll war auch die Größe unserer Unterkunft ( wir waren 8 Personen) sowie die Planungen der Logistik für so viele Personen. Vielen Dank an Gretl und Ihr Team, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect location , beautiful property and Bert is a wonderful host. Highly recommend this if staying in Praslin. Step of the porch and right onto white sandy beach. We stayed for a week and loved every minute.

L'endroit est très bien situé. Vous avez pour vous une petite place à 10 mètres de la maison. Amanda s'est montrée disponible durant le séjour et nous a aidé à trouver une location de voiture. Merci!

hote tres accueillant , souriant, sympa et toujours près à aider si besoin. on aurait aimé un espace salle extérieure un peu plus confort pour manger... attention pour le visa, bien demandé à l hote que l intitulé soit bien kot babi et non bungalow ticaz auquel cas ça ne marche pas....

We spend 10 days at Jean-Claude's Anse Royal Bungalow, everything is as described on the pictutres. I would say that in reality the house is bigger than it appears on the pictures. Jean-Claude lives just a few meters away and was always very helpfull. He even brought us to the airport (at 6 o clock in the morning!) when our rental car battery was suddenly dead on our day of departure. Thanks again Jean-Claude.

Die Fahrt nach oben zum Haus ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das ist es aber überall auf Mahé.Ein Auto ist daher zwingend notwendig. Da gewöhnt man sich aber schnell dran. Vorallem wenn man dann so einen schönen Ausblick genießen darf wie in der Xiora Villa von Sylvianne und Antoine. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt. Und das herzliche von Sylvianne und Antoine durchzog den ganzen Urlaub. Beide waren für uns zur jederzeit da und konnten uns immer helfen. Wir haben leckere Früchte bekommen, kreolisches Essen und ganz viel Informationen über Seychellen. Somit hat man wirklich das Gefühl, mittendrin zu sein und nicht nur ein Tourist. Antoine ist sogar mit uns wandern gewesen. Die Gastgeber Freundlichkeit ist nicht zu übertreffen. So liebe Gastgeber hatten wir noch nie. Das Haus ist vollkommen eingerichtet und war immer sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt wirklich gar nichts zu meckern. Es war einfach top. Und wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Bra boende. Rekommenderas Att bo på gaveln i markplan med en uteplats omgiven av lite buskar var perfekt. Lägenheten var bra och det saknades inget Några minuters promenad till stranden. Det finns vackrare stränder på Seychellerna men den är helt ok för sol och bad. Nära till affärer, takeaway-ställen och även en lite finare restaurang med mycket bra mat

Wir durften schon um 8 Uhr einchecken, da unser Flug früh ankam. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Der Garten ist herrlich, die Unterkunft liegt für sich -ohne Nachbarhäuser zu sehen. Dennoch ist man schnell an schönen Stränden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder anderen Orten. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, den würde ich auch empfehlen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Sarah is the definition of a super host! Very responsive to all my queries but what stood out was the catering she arranged for Christmas Day lunch for 13 people. The food was delicious and consisted of local dishes and traditional Christmas dishes. Way too much food which fed us for the next few days. The house has everything you need. We had 6 kids with us and each of them loved the house, especially the pool area and were super excited that there were pet tortoises. Was certainly a home away from home. I highly recommend this property. Hopefully we will be able to return one day.

Velice milí hostitelé, přinesli nám několikrát ovoce ze zahrady, naučili nás vařit čaj z citronové trávy. Velmi čisté a klidné prostředí, oáza klidu a pohody. Často měnili čisté ručníky a povlečení. Perfektní vybavení kuchyně a úžasný porcelán z Anglie. Určitě se vrátíme, snad brzy
