Great place as advertised. Great responsive host. Big apartment, private pool, walkable neighborhood. Beach access. The beach is rocky (as in big rock, not gravel) though, not very safe for children.

Veldig god kommunikasjon med verten. Leiliheit var som forventet i forhold til annonse og veldig bra. Enkelte verandamøbler kunne vore oppgradert. Utstyr til oppvask kunne vore oppgradert. Totalinntrykk veldig bra. Matvarebutikken i komplekset har fantasihøge prisar; styr unna!

One of the reasons I chose Mustafa's places was because of the good reviews, and I can only confirm them. In my opinion the best beach is only some 10 minutes walking and you've got all you need in the area. There is also a (frequent but a bit crowded) bus that drives you to the city center in some 20/30 min. (depends on the traffic really, which can be an issues in cities in Türkyie). Apartment is very well equipped and the air-conditioning worked very good, which is very important if you want to sleep well in Alanya in July/August-the electricity and water bill was also like described (very low compared to westeuropean standards right now). We stayed for 15 days and everything was great!

This is one of the best apartments we've been living in! There is plenty of space for everyone. Every room has air conditioning and is well-renovated. There's a spacious balcony with great views. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave :) The beach is 2 minutes away from the apartment; it literally couldn't be any closer. We went regularly back and forth. There were many restaurants and shops around, so we could easily find everything we needed. But one of the most important is that Ali is a good and very hospitable person. He met us and helped move our possessions inside, showed us everything we needed, and was proactive and attentive to details. I really recommend Ali and his apartment for a comfortable stay.

This two-floors apartment is very high-quality, with two terraces (one on each floor) and a with nice view. It is very well-equipped, has new furniture, and is spotlessly clean. There is free parking right next to the house. We spent a long weekend in this modern house and felt right at home. Murat is always available and answered all of our questions very quickly.

Une expérience exceptionnelle! C’est un privilège de séjourner dans cette forteresse qui surplombe la Méditerranée. Nous avons passé que 3 nuits, nous y serions restés 3 semaines minimum pour se balader davantage dans les petites rues, boire un café ici, prendre l’apéro là et savourer plusieurs soirées à la Fiaba Brasserie située à quelques minutes de la villa. Énorme merci à nos hôtes!

Biz dört kişi kiraladık. Her birimiz çok memnun kaldık. Görseldekilerden cok daha güzel, bir daha tercih edeceğimiz bir ev. Ev sahipleri cana yakındı ve her soruma çok hızlı cevap verdiler, sorunsuz giriş yaşadık. Ev tam olarak istediğimiz konumdaydı. Keşke daha uzun kalabilseydik. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz, her şeyiyle çok memnun kaldık.

This place looks better than it does in the photos! Ahmet was very communicative and helpful. Even though we didn't arrive at the flat until 1am Ahmet was waiting to hear from us if everything was ok. The flat has a shared pool for a total of 8 flats, but there were no other guests during our stay so we actually had a private pool! I would highly recommend this place. When I visit Alanya again I will definitely choose this flat again.

Всем привет 👋🏻 Отличная квартира, 10 минут от автовокзала, новая мебель, просторная гостиная, большие балконы, окна на солнечную сторону. Все очень понравилось, хозяин отзывчивый, со всем помогал!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Но есть нюансы, о которых я бы хотел сказать 1. за электричество платили отдельно, 15$ за 15 дней, с кондиционерами было бы 30-50$ 😬 а без них в квартире давольно прохладно 2. в дни без солнца, везде кроме ванной нет горячей воды 3. душ не очень приятный, протекал еще раз скажу, квартира 10/10, но на всякие случай упомянул 🙏🏻

Deniz manzaralı. Gün batımını izlemek için harika bir konumda. Bir evde olması gereken neredeyse her şey mevcut. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Mutfak bölümünde kahvaltı ve yemek yapmanızı sağlayacak her türlü mutfak eşyası mevcut. Havuz yeteri büyüklükte ve tertemiz. Evde kesinlikle öyle. Taner Bey ve eşi çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü insanlar. Taner Beyin sağladığı kablosuz projeksiyon cihazı ile bahçede film - dizi izlemekte ayrıca keyif vericiydi. Tekrar gelebilmek ümidiyle...

The apartments were good. The owner left a lot of useful things, so we felt at home. The best thing is the beach, which is very close to the apartment. I really like Tosmur beach because there are no big rocks on it. There were many restaurants and shops around, and there was also a bus and taxi stop a couple of minutes walk from the house. Mister Muad's father met us after the night flight early in the morning and they always were available at the airbnb. Thanks a lot!

Rigtig fin bolig. Alt var som det skulle være. Rent og pænt. Ümit var nem at kommunikere med. Vi ankom sent og rejste igen midt om natten. Men ind og ud tjekning forløb uden problemer. Lejligheden ligger i et område med mange restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder lige i nærheden. Lejligheden ligger i gåafstand fra stranden og midtbyen. Poolen var en smule kold. Og hvis man gerne ville sidde på terrassen var der meget trafik støj. Men vi havde en dejlig ferie og vil helt sikker anbefale at leje hos Ümit. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Nice to stay, professional team, great location.

The place is nice. Location is on a "party" side, expect to hear the music at night. Close to the beach and groceries, had few nice bakeries around. Electricity and water bills are charged separately (which is common for Turkey) so read the description of property.
