My wife and I visited St John for a long weekend away for our ‘baby moon’. Joy’s place was exactly as described; private, clean, convenient, relaxing, and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the pool every afternoon after returning from the amazing beaches before getting ready to go out for supper. It’s hard for me to imagine a more beautiful view on the island. We almost feel like our view of the sunset from the pool was more breathtaking than at the Windmill Bar. The place had everything we needed including beach chairs, towels, cooler, ice available in ice trays and ice maker. The beds were comfy and there were a couple fans to keep the air moving around with help of the AC unit. It would be difficult to cook a full meal here but there is a grill, burner, and cooking items there if you wanted to give it a shot. When we visit again this will be our first choice to stay at again pending how many folks are in our party.

We absolutely loved Jennifer’s place. It was well appointed with everything we needed. The resort is beautiful with two good restaurants a gorgeous pool, hot tub and waterfall. Beach is gorgeous and has plenty of shade trees. Jennifer was very responsive and good at communicating details of expectations and what to do on the island. We are definitely coming back.

We had a wonderful stay here. Two good sized bedrooms with their own privacy and bathrooms. The condo is clean, spacious, and has everything we needed for beach, pool, cooking, parking, etc. Rosie was super sweet and I couldn’t recommend her place enough. We will definitely stay here again!

Pure Paradise! This was such a great place to stay, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Jon is an amazing host. He met us at the house, showed us the shortcut into town, and gave us all kinds of information. He popped by a few other times during our visit just to check on us, and he always responded quickly to our messages. It was a real pleasure staying here and we really hope to come back. It truly was blissful staying here. Views can't be beat!

Anna was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend having a rental car because our taxi wanted to charge us more to drive up to the gate to get into the complex and it’s much easier than waiting for a taxi. Bring bug spray if you plan on sitting out on the balcony! Bring laundry detergent if you plan on using the washing machine. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay for two people! Views from the pool were picturesque!

Perfect location. Right on the beach with a quick walk to a few restaurants and bars. Beach itself is clean and has amazing views.

Wanted a place to take our family and extended family of friends on a vacation they would always remember. This absolutely was that and more. Kids were in awe and so were we. Things we did include going to honeymoon bay multiple x to enjoy the beach, eat and have a few adult beverages. Went to mainland to shop & explore. Ingrid made our stay so much the better w her amazing energy. The massages from her were best I've ever had. Kids had a drum circle night and that was amazing. Our hosts son took us out on his sail boat, super exciting afternoon. The creatures at 4 elements were a fun part of trip. Hermit crabs. Turtles, lizards and cool sounding frogs. My number one recommendation would be to make sure you rent a golf cart before arrival. The walking up hills was likely good for me but I didn't like it 😂. I believe they book up quick so rent golf cart before you arrive. The property is so amazingly beautiful so worth going. Hope we can make it back another year.

Decent economy space, comfortable and homey enough. Nice shower, shady yard, quiet area, with access to beach bars and restaurants. Remote control was a little unreliable, may just need batteries. Locking the door takes some attention. Thank you for a very nice stay before we had to go to the airport. We selected this place so that we wouldn't have to get up so early and get to the car ferry on St. John first thing in the morning, which was our initial plan. Thanks to Kendra for helping us out with a short stay.

This is the perfect location for a very peaceful and restful stay on Tortola. The host was really good at communicating both before and throughout our stay. One minor issue with the bathroom basin plug was resolved straight away. The garden area, pool and small beach were all delightful, though loungers could do with an upgrade (a very minor matter). Fall asleep and wake to the sound of the sea and if you’re really lucky watch a pelican fishing right in front of you. We saw it most mornings and late afternoons during our stay. Probably best to have a hire car available though taxis easy to organise. We also used the local bus service, which was ‘an experience’, one I’m glad we had. Would we go back? It’s a very long way from Europe! But we both really enjoyed our stay and, though not as young as we used to be, would love to come again. We had some important communications to make during our stay and excellent WiFi enabled us to do it. Thanks Justin and all the staff.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! This is walking distance from beautiful Sapphire Beach, Restaurants and some shopping. There is also a restaurant on site that opens for dinner and the food is delicious! The unit is just as the photo shows and is well-stocked with basic items. Jeanne's unit was very clean and ready to use. She was responsive and very accommodating with helping us check in. The property is beautiful and it's very easy to get around from this location. We flagged down taxis in front the property and could go anywhere on the island. The ferry is close to this unit and the pool is very private as well. We loved staying here and will definitely be back in Red Hook sometime soon.

Convenient room in a resort on St. Thomas. Beach of its own and easy walk to the St. Thomas Yacht Club for a sail or sailing lesson if you like. Short distance from restaurants in Red Hook.

I cannot say enough good things about Casita Del Mar. It is the perfect Caribbean vacation accommodation. Gorgeous views, wonderful pool, great location next to secret Harbor beach. Close to the ferries to St. John. We had a blast! Our hosts were very communicative. Everything was as easy as you could hope for.

We recommend Sam and their properties. The views are fantastic and we can absolutely say The Beach House was great and felt like home. Sam was responsive to our questions and they addressed things the day we asked and provided great recommendations. The house has a great kitchen with plenty of comfortable furniture and storage. We preordered groceries and Sam's team had them neatly placed in the refrigerator and pantry before our arrival. The guest house was amazing with private balcony and views to behold. The house is well stocked with pool chairs and recliners and a large table under the outside veranda. The only thing to add is it would have been nice to know ahead of time how steep the driveway was with its switchbacks that would have allowed us to have been better prepared. We were also surprised (pleasantly) when the maid showed up unexpectedly in the morning. Same for the landscapers. Some better communications on those would have helped us not be shocked when they came.

Our stay at Cinda's villa was absolutely 5 stars, 10/10. Have stayed at nice rentals in Hawaii and Caribbean, this unit overall is my favorite so far. View is incredible, especially on balcony before sunset. Villa is top floor, quiet. Can open doors, use screen doors at night, hear the waves. Attention to detail in designing the unit is top notch. The lighting is very well done, dimmer switches really allow flexibility with how bright and dim, great for movies at night. AC units work great, both in living room and in bedroom. Mattress and pillows very comfortable (matters a lot to me). Local recommendations pdf Cinda sends helped tremendously, especially for restaurants and beaches to choose (a real time saver). We liked Ocean 180 restaurant best overall (30 second walk from the villa). Cinnamon Bay and Magens Bay beaches were our favs. I highly recommend renting the Wrangler from Crystal and Otto (and the car ferry to St John). Point Pleasant is excellent in every way.

The place was absolutely perfect! Very spacious and private. The pool was amazing and the beach was very walkable. The restaurants near by were the best we’ve ate at! The only downfall was that we wish we stayed longer!!

I hesitate to write this review as this is the second time I have stayed at Sea Salt and I don't want to let the word out :). Great house in a safe location and with beautiful amenities. The view is amazing and we loved watching the boats come in and out of Red Hook heading to and from St. John and St. Thomas. Beautiful trade winds and you have to love the infinity pool! I would highly recommend staying at Sea Salt!

Our stay at Hibiscus Villa was relaxing and comfortable. The island is quiet and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The property manager was very responsive and even loaned us his blender so we could make our own frozen drinks. Perfect location for an island escape where you feel safe and surrounded by peace and tranquility.

We were so happy with Rick's place. The view was spectacular and filled with all kinds of wildlife. We watched Sea Turtles swim every day, there were iguanas all over the beautiful flowering shrubs, and there were pelicans and hummingbirds flying around every day. The best part was the private beach! We snorkeled every day and even walked over to Magen's bay beach/bar for lunch a couple times. Rick was very friendly and easy to talk to. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again. Thank you, Rick!

We loved our stay at Roxy’s place! The views were stunning and so peaceful. We could sit outside forever watching the water hit the rocks! The home was pristine which is impressive with all the sand that I’m sure is brought in by visiting guests (us included!). The amenities were impressive- everything we needed as far as pack n plays for our babies, high chair, everything you’d need for the beach, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The only surprise for us was that all bedrooms were detached from the main living area. We had planned our young kids to share a room but weren’t comfortable with them having a door to the outside/access to the pool. But thankfully the bedrooms were so spacious it was not a big deal for them to sleep in our rooms. Roxy even had cots available which was amazing for our older kids! We would stay there again!!!

We loved staying here. I don't believe there could be a better place to enjoy time on St John and all it has to offer (snorkeling, kayaking, swimming, beaches, hiking, boat excursions, the animals, the weather, etc.). Not only was the cottage immaculately clean, it was also tastefully decorated, with new appliances, as well! Perhaps the nicest Airbnb place we have ever stayed in. Our hosts were so helpful in offering advice and suggestions, and super friendly. We even ran into them one day shopping @ Cruz Bay! The cottage is on the east end of the island (and a short distance from grocery stores, restaurants, etc.), which we appreciated, as the beaches are less crowded, lighter traffic (i.e. no taxis), etc. Even so, drives from the cottage to Cruz Bay and northern beaches aren't bad. The cottage was everything and all that we needed or wanted, to have a GREAT vacation on St John. There is an A/C unit in the bedroom, but in 2 weeks we never used it...the weather was THAT perfect!

What a fantastic stay! We enjoyed the beautiful views, peaceful location, and great restaurants in the resort. I would definitely recommend booking the rental car through Ryan. It is much easier to get around with a car than trying to get taxi's. The place was just as described, very clean and comfortable bed. We would 100% book this place again when we come back to St. Thomas!

Heather was easy to work with. She responded quickly when we needed anything. They live on the property and you have access to them at all times. The kids are active on the level above the bedrooms but we left early everyday so it wasn’t a big deal to us. We used the house as a home base because we were gone from sunrise to sunset most days. It has a beautiful view from the deck. They do a great job providing all the necessities that you need in the house like laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and even sunblock/bug spray. The roads in the area are bumpy and you need a lot of concentration especially at night . Definitely need an all wheel drive/ 4*4 suv or jeep.

We, a family of four, spent eight nights at this beautiful house. It's a bit tricky to access. However, it offers privacy and a million-dollar view of Magens Bay. The house has everything you need, and the host is very responsive and helpful. We received a lot of useful information. The house completely matches the listing description. Totally recommended. Thank you!

Off the beaten path and absolutely amazing. Don't hesitate to book this place. The host was fantastic and the place absolutely exceeded expectations. Great accommodations, everything you need, and tucked away with a private beach so that you'll think you're on a private island. We've stayed on the north side of the island before and will be back to this Airbnb for sure!
