Our stay at Dawns was great! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was nice. The shower pressure was fantastic. Kitchen was nice and well stocked. Just a note that there are no tvs in bedrooms and the stairs to the second story bedrooms are fairly steep. Also no bathroom upstairs (only bathroom is on main floor beside the primary bedroom). Was perfect for the two of us but there isn't a lot of space in the living room for curling up as a group etc. The only thing to note is that there is a large school bus lot behind/beside the home and the buses start warming up around 530am which can be pretty loud on weekday mornings.

We needed a last minute option that was located close to family and could accommodate our family and pets. We were attending a funeral and Alex and Ava made everything so much less stressful. The place had some extras just in case we forgot to bring something. Everyone settled in great. The driveway was large. It was a nice home away from home feeling:) Thank you again Alex and Ava.

We needed a place to stay while having construction done on our home. Rachael may us feel very comfortable from the moment we made our reservations. The home was wonderful and had everything we needed. I had the comforts of home being away from my home :) . Delicious local Restruant that is walking distance. Nice view of river and I love the sound of trains. Just a few minute drive to larger grocery / shopping centers. I would definitely want to stay here again even for a little get away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wayne was very responsive to any questions and checked to make sure everything was good to go upon check-in. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

This was our 2nd year staying here. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants . We come for wrestling tournament at the covelli center. The location is perfect and it's easy to get too. Highly recommend for anyone that needs a place close to the covelli center. The hosts are proactive and very responsive.

The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful (one loud motorcycle with music every weekday morning at 6a, but that lasts only about 30 seconds, although it always got my dogs going) with friendly neighbors and is SO dog friendly. That was a huge plus for me. Others have commented that the furniture is not pristine, etc … for me, this was perfect, as I was there with my dogs. I covered the furniture in thick blankets but was also happy to not have to worry that I was going to ruin new or expensive things. TV has all online services, kitchen appliances are new and all in perfect working order. Lots of kitchen and laundry detergent provided as well as Bounty paper towels and toilet paper for the week. Bathroom lovely. Washer / dryer new. Yard perfect. Especially for the money, I had a lovely stay here and would go back!! Be aware that you should check in at the side door with the code. The code did not work on front door for me, and the door has an internal chain lock anyway.

We stayed during the holidays to visit family in the area and felt right at home in Paul's AirBnb. The home was cozy, very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the Christmas tree and decor that made it feel even more like a 'home away from home." Paul was an excellent and responsive host whenever we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We love this place it has so much room and the swimspa is amazing. The view of the lake is a bonus. Love the decks . T.V s in every bedroom is definitely a plus. Sunny is a very responsive host.

We had an amazing time! We were in town for 2 days so I was just going to get a hotel. My husband though really wanted this place. I’m so glad he did! This place is so special! The scenery is absolutely beautiful and the horses are spectacular!!! I can’t recommend it enough.

You can tell they really care about their guests. They make sure you are comfortable and taken care of from the beginning to the end of your trip. From leaving eggs and other goodies for us to providing an abundance of super soft towels and bedding… even the nicest hotel can’t compare. The whole time I didn’t feel like I was staying somewhere else, I felt like I was at home. The whole vibe of the cottage is comfy and cozy.. it is peaceful and relaxing inside and out. We didn’t need much while staying here, because the cottage was well equipped with just about everything you could possibly need. I’ve stayed in other airbnbs that didn’t provide much cookware, hardly any towels, etc. etc. but they truly go above and beyond here. I had a wonderful stay and hope to have the chance to come back again!

We live in Florida and have family spread out through Pennsylvania so we decided to rent an AirBnB over the holidays so that we could spend Christmas together. The space was perfect for our family. The adults each had their own bedrooms and the kids slept here and there as kids like to do. The hostess put up a Christmas tree which was such a thoughtful surprise for us. The kitchen was a great space with plenty of room to cook and eat. We had plenty of coffee (thank you!) and snacks in a cute display. The location was perfect for us because we were mainly interested in spending time together and not going anywhere. It was very peaceful. This would also be a great place to spend time with family in the summer since it has a pool, play set, trampoline and fire pit and plenty of run around room for kids. We may just come back to enjoy that part of it more in warmer weather. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Very hospitable Host. We requested a backgammon board and she delivered one. The place was spotless, cozy and set back in a quaint neighborhood. Will book again for sure next time my team and I are working in the area.

What a wonderful home! Felt like a vacation in Ravenna, Ohio. Sonya thought of everything and was a great host.

Hannah was so incredibly sweet! The house is in a very accessible neighborhood which was great! We loved our time spent there!

great stay, nice room, good internet, nice and quiet

This was our second time staying at Dawn’s place and it’s always a good experience. We love to be able to visit with family nearby and bring our dogs with us for the trip.

Host provided very clear instructions on accessing the space. The space was exactly as described and shown in the photos. Very comfortable and clean. Just FYI for anyone who is staying here and going to the Covelli Centre - our event ended around 11pm but no Uber or Lyft drivers were accepting our request for pick up, so we ended up having to walk the mile back to the Airbnb. It was doable but not preferred as it was dark and cold outside and most of the walk was not through well lit areas. Would recommend making arrangements other than relying on Uber or Lyft in this area. Certainly no reflection on this great Airbnb space, just something I wish I would've been aware of when planning.

I stayed at Casey's place for about a week. The property was clean, neat and met all of my expectations. My stay there was uneventful and trouble free. Casey was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. I would feel very comfortable staying at any of Casey's properties in the future knowing that he is able and willing to address any issue that might arise.

Wayne is a great host. Very communicative and flexible. He takes a lot of pride in his place and it shows.

Our stay was great! Dawn was fantastic at answering all questions quickly! The place was perfect for our stay over the weekend! Great place to stay! The place was cozy and peaceful! Felt like being at home!

Carly’s place is a nice spot to relax and lay your head when in between visiting family and such. Close to downtown Youngstown, restaurants within the area, and right next to a park as well.
