Julia's airbnb was the best i have ever stayed at. I liked how her direction and instructions are clear and concise before arriving The home is basically brand new from the kitchen, to the living room, to the bathroom, to the bedroom. It is fully equipped in the kitchen and each room has a heater. It was nice to open the windows all throughout the home to hear the wind blowing through the trees and hear the birds chirping. It is very conducive for those that want to escape the city and meditate in nature. -Also, once inside you can tell the owners invested a lot of time and work into creating a modern and convenient home while still being thoughtful of those that stay there. Plus, the washer n dryer are always a big plus along with detergent and fabric softener. To Julia and her team, Thank you very much for a pleasant and peaceful stay and I hope to return again. 😊🙏✌️

WE WILL BE BACK!!! StacyLynn's home was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed, and then more. We forgot our children's' life preservers, there were plenty in the garage. And a garage, are you kidding me?! Who get's that luxury on vacation? Well you do if you stay here! We bought tons of food at Costco, and cooked every single meal during our stay in the AMAZING kitchen. We had more than enough room for our family to spread out and be comfortable. Great beaches were right down the road, and shopping was within walking distance. The pool is a 2 minute walk out your front door, and is so perfect for families. StacyLynn is very responsive, very helpful, and just the most wonderful host. All in all, you would be a fool not to stay at StacyLynn's. Thank you StacyLynn. Again... WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Amazing stay! Recommend this if its in your budget. There are lots to do around the area of Waikaloa and it’s fairly close to restaurants.

Overall, great value for amazing space in Waikaloa Beach area. The pictures dont do the condo justice. Super clean, spacious, great amenities, and perfect home base for our stay on Hawaii. It was just 2 of us on a guys trupand this place was a better value than many small 1 bedroom units in Kona and Waikaloa area. Spacious feeling with lofted ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, beach gear, covered parking space close to ubit, elevator for east access, quick walk to shops and restaurants, and easy walk to A Bay beach. Just as described. We highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for clean, large, and safe space at excellent value. I liked the unit so much I am already thinking of coming back with friends and family. Wish we could have stayed longer than our 4 day trip. Waikaloa Beach area has everything you need if you want to just shill out locally, or conveniently located close enough to Kona nightlife. airport, and popular area beaches. Thanks so much. Mahalo

We had a very nice stay at Martin's place. Home was clean and spacious, we had everything we needed as if we were at our own house. The location was great, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We are so glad we chose this over the hotels. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Allyson is efficient, provided us with great info on what activities, resturants, shopping, and as I briefly mentioned, was remarkably supportive and kind during a medical emergency we were facing. Thank you Allyson.

We had a great time at this home. We had enjoyed cooking and swimming and golfing together in this beautiful location.

This was our second time staying in Joan's AirBNB, and it won't be our last. The location is excellent. You can ride one of the provided bikes to five different beaches, including Hapuna State Park. The condo is clean, has a well stocked kitchen, and a luxurious bed to sleep in after a long day of hiking, swimming, site seeing, and more. Joan is a responsive, friendly host who clearly takes pride in her condo. It is updated, comfortable, clean and guests have access to beach umbrellas, chairs, cruiser bikes, and big, fluffy beach towels. We love to sleep with the windows wide open, and this condo gets a perfect cross breeze at night, and the complex is very, very quiet. Everyone at the pool is respectful, follows the rules, and the grounds are beautiful. We know we should try to stay on other islands, but this place is so special....so relaxing....we keep coming back. And our 15-year old twins love it, too.
