Joey is very responsive..replied to all my text very promptly..i requested for iron and iron board and was provided by Joey b4 i checked in..the place was easy access, 7e is next door..pharmacy is next door..one good thing because my daughter caught on fever during my stay..rooftop swimming pool is soo cool! easier to find tuktuk..12 mins walk to patong beach..parking space is limited..but overall i am satisfied with the place and the host! surely will recommend this place to others

Gemütliche schöne Wohnung mit privatem Pool direkt am Strand. Alles was man benötigt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wird täglich gereinigt.

Super appartement ! Très propre, lumineux. Équipements au top ( piscines. Salle de sport ). Je recommande.

Khun Nym is super kind host. We have everything we need in the house. The house is so cute, tidy and cozy. Love all those decorations, the organic stuff and especially the candles. Thank you for hospitality. Will definitely come back !

I would like with big Thank you to IKE for making sure to provide with everything thats needed for a good stay. I stayed on the property for a month and was working remotely at nite and slept during day time. 1. Estate feels SAFE and MAINTAINED 2. Free filter Water service 3. Host responsive and polite 4. Beach is clean and view from the property is beautiful. 5. Stable internet connection, electricity and Water 6. Good Quality Pot/ Pans / Plates / Cups /Glasses Overall, I have no complaints. Ike has done wonderful job of paying attention to detail. Definitely would recommend anyone to book this property without any hesitation.

We loved it. The only con was how far it was from some of the things we wanted to do - but that is my fault for not doing more research. It was easy to get a grab but sometimes hard to get a driver willing to drive us all the way back to the Airbnb if we went far. But, it was still worth it, we were very comfortable there. I would recommend renting a car if you plan on going further south.

Michael's place and his attitude contributed greatly towards the wonderful experience of our trip. Not an easy job to list all the good things and memories. Michael moved check-in and check-out times for us. Still we received the place in a squeaky clean condition and had zero issues with the next guests. Not only he provided some great tips on places worth visiting and dinning, his hint led to THE BEST evening we had in Phuket. Some beautiful scenic views and great people. He helped us with transfers to the property and back to the airport. Organised a rent car and it's delivery for a decent price. While so far I prefer to explore various places and rarely stay at the same place twice, but I believe there is a great chance we are going to return, if Michael agrees to have us again. Lovely place to stay in front of the beach. Peaceful and chill surroundings. Just a little bit to get to the right address due to narrow entrance. All applications in flat is good and easy to use.

Super séjour, petite maisonnette incroyable ! Tout le confort nécessaire, les gens sont super accueillant. Le restaurant joint propose d'excellents petit déjeuner/déjeuner/dîner (très copieux). La piscine est parfaite. Ils proposent des scooters à la location. Et c'est à côté de l'aéroport. On nous a même proposé une navette gratuite pour nous y emmener à une horaire qui nous arrange.. bref que du bonheur, merci beaucoup !

A beautiful accommodation near the sea where you can go jogging along the beach every morning. There are many great restaurants with delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere nearby. Khun Kai, the owner, provided wine to celebrate the New Year and gave memorable souvenirs. On New Year’s Eve, there were fireworks along the beach, and the sea view across was stunning. Not to be missed is the breathtaking sunset, so beautiful you won’t want to look away. Thank you for the excellent accommodation, great service, and the attentive care from the housekeeping staff. I hope to return here again.

What an absolute delight it was to stay @ Melissa’s place. We stayed just a month and it was one of the best stays we have encountered. You literally are staying at someone’s home and it truly reflects that. It is beautifully appointed w/ everything you could possibly need. DVD’s, books, games, beach supplies to name a few. It’s has beautiful bathrooms with great showers, a huge tub & comfortable beds, ac and lots of fans, even a water cooler & a very detailed guest guide. Housekeeping services were provided twice a week! It’s a couple of minutes walk to the beach and has a beautiful salt water pool which we enjoyed daily! There are many restaurants nearby which you can walk to. And a scooter rental nearby. Grab is available if needed. On a side note, we came at the end of the rainy season which resulted in the condo having a musty smell when we arrived. With a swift response from Tucky the property manager, it was quickly remedied with a dehumidifier. We highly recommend this stay!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles war wie beschrieben. Miles hat sich immer sofort gemeldet wenn wir Fragen hatten. Es gab ein Problem mit Wasser im Bad was aber gelöst wurde. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage war die 1. die nicht direkt aufs Bett bläst. Das war sehr gut. Ich würde wenn Rawai dann zu Miles gehen. Eigentlich wählten wir Rawai zum Inselhopping was dann aber auch woanders war. Zum schwimmen würde ich andere Strände empfehlen. Hier fährt ein Bus ab für wenig Geld Richtung Airport. Dieser fährt auch zu den Stränden auf dieser Seite (Karon)… Wir danken Miles für den Aufenthalt und die sofortige Hilfe. Alles Gute 🍀

Wonderful stay! This location was perfect - very close to all the shops and walkable distance to patong beach and all main attractions Host provided beach towels and other small essentials needed for the stay. Very clean space and wonderful views from the balcony

Great stay. Area is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Recommend getting the free bikes at the condo, the shopping area is a bit of a hike and the heat will beat you down with bags. Overall wonderful place to enjoy the pools, clean beach, and small shopping area.

Great location, clean and well decorated place. Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Rawai.

Our first trip to Thailand and we definitely made the right choice on somewhere to stay in Phuket. Fantastic apartment with excellent facilities, very secure and only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach and all the facilities of Kata Beach. Chris was very helpful from initial enquiry through to booking, would not hesitate returning and staying here again. As others have mentioned it is quite a steep hill up from the main road to the apartment so worth considering if anyone has walking difficulties.

Wir waren 4 Personen für 2 Wochen im Apartment untergebracht und es war alles perfekt. Die Abholung von Mr. Big am Flughafen hat reibungslos funktioniert. Transfer direkt vor die Unterkunft und ein im Kühlschrank bereits kühle Getränke für uns. Die Räume sind genau so schön wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und sehr sauber. Wir bekamen auch eine kostenlose Reinigung und Ersatzhandtücher nach einer Woche. Die Terrasse und der Pool mit Blick auf das Meer sind sehr schön und es stehen auch bequeme Sonnenliegen und Schirme zur Verfügung. In der Anlage sind alle Mitarbeiter vom Gärtner bis zum Pförtner äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen.
