Wir hatten eine super Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Es ist erhöht gelegen, um in die Stadt zu kommen ist man mit dem Roller, Bolt oder Taxi innert 5 - 10 Minuten und für eine Beach in der Nähe kann man sogar zu Fuss gehen. Wir genossen es jedoch sehr den Abend noch ausklingen zu lassen mir der wundervollen Aussicht. Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich, alles hat bestens geklappt und eine Erreichbarkeit auch mit Zusatztipps ist jederzeit gegeben. Wir alle würden uns wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden. Perfect location in Laguna area, Netflix availability, decent furniture, comfy bed, big pool and cosy family bar make this place great for longer stays and a bit small kitchen and missing washing machine doesn’t spoil everything. Regular cleaning and good maid makes your stay even more comfortable, thanks Lynlada:)

Absolutely fantastic this house! The house is amazingly located and we felt right at home when we arrived! Got great recommendations for restaurants, activities, spa’s and if we had any questions it was answered right away! I highly recommend staying at this house with your family or friends! You’ll have a great time for sure! We can’t wait to come back!!

The Coco Palace was great for our group of seventeen. The combination of 3 separate villas with multiple bedrooms in each was perfect. The grounds are amazing with a lazy river type pool and several different gathering places and table sets. The villa is located in a residential area, and we almost never heard any traffic or noise. Very peaceful. Hui, the villa manager was fantastic. She was able to help us set up massages at the villa and was ready with suggestions and advice. One thing I would highly recommend is having the staff prepare some meals for you. We ate dinner at the villa almost every night and Hui was able to prepare anything we asked for. We preferred Thai food, and it did not disappoint. More food than we could possibly eat with leftovers available for lunch. The cost was very, very reasonable less than most restaurant prices with quality as good or in most cases better.

Great place, excellent and very friendly host. Very well thought out apartments and very cozy, it was like coming to your own home. Nice view from the huge balcony of planes taking off, the apartment is located on the 8th floor. I thought the airport noise would bother me, but it didn't. Fast Internet, I was able to work. It may be a little far from the city, but if you take a bike, you won't have any problems. Very close to the local beach, which has very few people, and local eateries, . I will definitely stay here again. Thanks Andrii.

Nadezhda is a wonderful and very friendly host, can’t recommend her enough. The place was really lovely and much quieter than we’d expect, despite being close to the road. And we loved the view from the rear window too. Overall we’ve enjoyed our stay and can recommend this place to anyone. Thank you!

The home is gorgeous and modern. The home is equipped with everything you need. The different levels gave everyone their own private space and we were all able to come together in the living area. The outdoor pool and sitting area is very quiet and peaceful. I cannot say enough about the concierge team. They were all amazing! Someone in our group was searching for a specific Thai Dessert and they were able to get it delivered the next day. We couldn’t get to a fruit stand after they opened up and the ladies made an extra stop to pick some up and delivered it to us. My husband got very sick and they coordinated transportation from where we were to the hospital, where they already had him registered. We are so very grateful to have picked such an amazing home with the most wonderful team to help make our stay that much more meaningful. We would definitely book this home again the next time we are in Phuket!!!

If I ever come back to patong we will stay here for sure , your own private beach small but great for swimming when tides right , 4 min trip to central area 250baht using bolt , air con spot on , plenty of space , lots of balcony areas , loved the whirlpool over looking bay , fantastic restaurant next door sea view , cant recommend this place highly enough it’s totally brilliant thank you again

Was a very peaceful place with a beautiful view. You literally can step off of the porch into the water during high tide. I highly recommend having a masseuse and chef come in during your stay. Well worth it and part of the whole experience and vibe. For those that need their rooms freezing, this may not be the place for you. The AC works fine and kept the place at a cool 20 degrees (72 Fahrenheit). Remember this is a beachfront villa, we had the glass doors open and enjoyed the breeze and short rain showers. Very cozy and so so quiet, definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away. Some stores and restaurants nearby and easy to get rides when you want/need them. Would stay here again without a second thought.

The host was so on top of communication that they answered any questions I had before I even asked. They offered options for local eats and things. The place was picture perfect. Beds were comfy. Outdoor showers were great. Walking to the beach was easy. The sounds of the waves could be heard from the place. Just a wonderful place. Wonderful host. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at the Apartment and prior, during after check out Ettiene was very helpful and quick to respond. I am happy to recommend the place and the Ettiene as host. 👍

Khun Nym is super kind host. We have everything we need in the house. The house is so cute, tidy and cozy. Love all those decorations, the organic stuff and especially the candles. Thank you for hospitality. Will definitely come back !

I stayed on the property for a month and was working remotely at nite and slept during day time. 1. Estate feels SAFE and MAINTAINED 2. Free filter Water service 3. Host responsive and polite 4. Beach is clean and view from the property is beautiful. 5. Stable internet connection, electricity and Water 6. Good Quality Pot/ Pans / Plates / Cups /Glasses Overall, I have no complaints. Ike has done wonderful job of paying attention to detail. Definitely would recommend anyone to book this property without any hesitation.

Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und dennoch nah an allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Besonders hervorzuheben die Gastgeberin: unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Schon vor unserer Anreise wurden wir mit hilfreichen Tipps und Informationen versorgt, und während unseres Aufenthalts wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Betten waren super bequem, die Küche war voll ausgestattet, und sogar kleine Extras wie Snacks, Getränke und lokale Empfehlungen waren vorhanden. Amazing Villa. It's a quiet and very beautiful portion of Phuket. Everything in the Airbnb listing was accurate, but the place was even more beautiful in person. Great view, quick walk to the beach (with several bars/restaurants in walking distance). Plenty of good restaurants and things to do with a very short drive or walk. We really loved the house and were happy we stayed there. The hosts were incredibly reactive with communication and provided several recommendations for places to go and things to do. All of those recommendations were excellent. 5 stars!!

Die Zeit in der Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Haus bot alles, was man braucht und war sehr sauber. Umi war sehr aufmerksam und antwortete schnell auf Fragen. Die Ebbe und die Flut liess sich vom Balkon aus gut beobachten und war eindrücklich. Es gibt viele tolle Restaurants und den Rawai Peer in Gehdistanz. Leider ist der Rawai Beach nicht so sauber und eignete sich für uns nicht zum baden. Hierfür sind wir an einen der nahe gelegenen Strände gefahren, welche in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto / Roller zu erreichen sind.
