Jodie was an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful. The place was as expected. It is an old building but nicely done up. It is kind of challenging to find and we were pleased it was light when we arrived. Also the clearance for the carpark is very low so our car didn’t fit. There is very little off street or on street parking near the complex. Other than that a great stay.

A really lovely stay here! Lana and Tracey are great hosts and are very accommodating. The place was so lovely and homely, I felt comfortable straight away. It has everything you need. A nice quiet location but walking distance from everything. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

We had an absolutely wonderful family holiday at Anchorage Waters. The house was just as stunning as it looked in the photos, beautifully laid out and incredibly clean. There was no shortage of activities for our kids and grandkids to enjoy, from the sparkling pool to the relaxing spa. Jenn was a fantastic host, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The pool, BBQ, and spa were all well-maintained and clean, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Without a doubt, this BNB holiday home deserves a five-star rating. Just WOW!!! We had an amazing stay! The apartment was awesome—super comfortable beds, great showers, and all the little comforts you could need. The location was epic with stunning views, and the on-site pools and gym were top-notch. Our hosts were fantastic—responsive, friendly, and made everything easy. Beautiful home set across from Budds Beach. Lots of space in the living room and dining areas. The house itself is large with well appointed rooms. Kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils and crockery. The pool was great and was used a lot by my kids. No issues with parking and being next to Brumbles cafe was an added bonus. Would absolutely stay again.

The house was very average for the price and I wasn’t thrilled with the bunk bed situation, but the kitchen and common space was great with a fantastic view and walk right out to the beach! That part made up for the bedrooms. The showers were also great! It rained the whole time but pushing open the sliding doors and looking out to that view was so peaceful. Kelly was a wonderful host!
