I always enjoy staying here. And each time I stay I’m always impressed with the decor and holiness. The space has everything I need to make meals as well organized and updated often enough that it always feels like I’m staying at a new place while still being familiar.

This house is beyond beautiful! Makes for the perfect weekend getaway. The built in speakers were a favorite! Can’t wait to come back.

We were late booking a MA school vacation week trip and luckily found this place at the last minute. Perfect ski in/ski out location and excellent condo. Comfortable, well stocked, with an ideal layout. William and David were great to deal with. Couldn’t have asked for a better ski vaca with the family. We hope to stay again next year!

Fun location by the Wiffletree lift! Beautiful deck. The living room was cozy with plenty of space. The coffee table was perfet for jigsaw puzzles and games!

Tanya was an outstanding host. She was very thoughtful and responsive to all our questions or concerns. The place is great - perfectly located for skiing at Sunday river. Guests should be aware that there is some construction in the area - it wasn’t disruptive but there are a number of projects in the area and the road isn’t completely finished yet. Overall this was a great trip for us and we hope to be back!

We had a great stay very close to the snowmobile trails and to town. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Funhouse was absolutely the right place to stay. Mountain was literally right down the road. I almost don’t want to write this review because I don’t want anyone else To find this gem(I know selfish)Amanda(host) was very accommodating and answered any questions I had for her. Perfect spot to have a ski trip. Enough room and bathrooms for larger groups . I’m definitely coming back. Thanks for having us.

MAGIC. My husband spent a long weekend in the winter at this place and the property, house, and hosts were awesome. XC ski trails are right outside the front door. They were super well maintained and it was easy to rent equipment right on the property. The restaurant and beer garden is delicious. We ate there several nights and they have healthy options. The house had everything we needed including lots of linens and towels and extra blankets. The kitchen was well equipped. The hosts were super responsive via chat and very friendly. Looks like it would be really fun in summer but we had a great winter weekend.

This was an excellent place to stay for a family ski trip. Very easy walk to the trails. Place was exceptionally clean and modern. Super comfortable beds and furniture. Eric is a superb host, top notch communicator and very friendly.

Al is a wonderful host! He is very easy to communicate with. Very responsive and knowledgeable of the area. Very friendly. The cabin was exactly as he described. It was clean and comfortable and great for the two of us. My boyfriend is a hunter and it was the perfect home base for him to get into the woods. I worked remotely from the cabin and the WiFi worked well, which was important for me to get my work done. We didn’t need to use the upstairs, but it can definitely accommodate more than 2 people for sleeping. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen has all the basic tools for cooking. The appliances all worked well. The area is quiet and everyone we met was friendly. The only downside was that we didn’t get to speak more with Al! We definitely plan to stay at the cabin again. It is reasonably priced and worth every penny. Highly recommend it!

This is an awesome house on East Pond. Dock, swimming platform, kayaks, paddle boat, fire pit. View of distant mountains from the dock. East Pond is clear and large. We saw several eagles. Osprey and loons are ever present. Mark was a great host with excellent communication. Arrival was quite flexible. Home is comfortable and well equipped.

Lovely place - extremely easy and welcoming

Carl met us when we pulled in. Could talk with him and his wife forever. Discovered later on that my daughter’s boyfriend and Carl might be distant cousins. Felt like the place was ours to use, come and go as we pleased, very accommodating for our snowmobiles etc.

The ski in ski out at Pleasant Mountain is hard to beat for families. The hosts were super responsive and our party of 8 had a great time.

We had a fantastic stay even with a power outage that impacted the entire Sunday River area. Hosts kept us updated and in the loop. This is a terrific ski in/ski out condo. With 2 children it’s great having the extra beds. You can pay a lot more for a lot less. We also love coming “home” for lunch during the day. It beats trying to find a table in the lodge! Amenities were great. I would say bring extra towels for the pool. Some condo communities provide them but this one does not. Overall a clean and cozy condo, highly recommend this place for a ski vacation.

This cabin was great! Amazing location on the water with beautiful views. Convenient spot on the property with easy access to restaurant/brewery/New England Outdoor Center. We had a great weekend XC skiing and enjoying gorgeous views of Katahdin. We even enjoyed a beautiful sunset watching a family of bald eagles on the lake in front of the mountain. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and cozy. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

We had a great time, nice tucked away cabin, hot tub was fantastic, and the space is super cute. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Lori’s is exactly what we need while visiting family over a holiday. She is very gracious to host us over Thanksgiving as the last occupants of the year. Even during a snow storm, her place is cosy and beautiful. This is our second year coming, and we love it every time. We would recommend it for those looking for a charming getaway from busy life. Very nice cabin it was perfect size for me and my friends clean and cozy , loved the Hot tub and the ski resort being walking distance just a few mins away. Will definitely consider staying here again. Will recommend to all my friends.

This is such a special place! The cabin is beautifully designed and the views are wonderful! David left perfect instructions as to how to live “off grid” and is quick with responses if needed. So much to explore durning any season- from mountains to coast! Hope to return- maybe during blueberry season!!

We had a lovely stay! The house was clean, roomy, comfy and had beautiful views of the nearby mountain range. Our host Kara was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Would love to return again soon.

Great home, great location, and a sweet little neighborhood. The house was cozy and inviting. We loved the 2 minute drive to the mountain for skiing.
