A quiet and comfortable studio in the center of Kirkwall. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We stayed in the Loft. It was fantastic and cozy fireplace, full kitchen and comfy beds. There is a sweet cat on site always looking for a head scratch and just down the road is a standing stone, sandy (I’ll be it cold lol) beach, and ruins just behind the church. Stunning location and amazing owners. They really care about what they do and are quick with support and enthusiasm for the area. Would happily book this place again and again.

Lovely comfortable apartment and the bed was amazing. Town center was walkable and the views over the bay from the apartment were incredible. Would recommend and would stay again.

Lovely flat right in the centre of town. It was bright, spacious and clean. Its within walking distance to the shops, river and beach. Debbie was a great host and let us know everything we needed to before we arrived. We had a great stay and would recommend to anyone!

Bert’s apartment was excellent. It was even better in real life than on the pictures. We had two dogs and a toddler with us and were all very comfortable for the duration of our stay. Bert was an excellent host. Really friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend a stay with him.

Abdul's place was very nice and clean. Actually, one of the cleanest place in the whole country we have ever seen! All as described. Abdul was a very friendly and responsive host. Highly recommended place and host!

Spacious bungalow in a lovely peaceful location. Beds were comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. We visited a few places and it was good to come back to a cosy, warm home. Nice wee cove a couple of minutes walk from the house which the dog loved. Wilma was lovely and left a very thoughtful gift for us and for the dog! We would love to go back at some point as it would be a fabulous place to see the Northern Lights. Thank you Wilma, for allowing us to stay in your home. We hope to see you in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay, the cottage was everything we wanted and looked for. Evelyn is a fantastic host and provides an amazing cottage to stay in. Immaculate, peaceful and the best location, only a few minutes from Stromness. We will be back.

This was exactly what we wanted. It was remote but not isolated, the house was up to date, very clean and just the right size for - in our case - two older people. Wi-fi was good and had all the amenities we required. There was a village shop and a coffee shop within walking distance, car access and parking was good with plenty room. Hotels and restaurants where nearby if you wanted to eat out with easy road access to Thurso, Mey and John O'Groats etc and direct access to A9 and NC500. We would consider this and this area again should we travel to the North of Scotland in the future.

Melanie’s house was a really lovely place to stay . It was cosy and clean and well decorated . She had left a thoughtful welcome pack of bread and milk. The location was great with Highland coos as neighbours and a beach right in front of the house . We found loads of Groatie Buckies there ! Easy to find and easy to get to other parts of Orkney . 10 minutes from the St Margaret’s Hope ferry . I would definitely recommend this house !

Such comfortable accommodation in a beautiful setting. The house is really well set up, everything has been thought through so well and the hosts were kind and welcoming.
