Manuel was a great host! The place was located within walking distance to main sights and in a lively neighbourhood (although, the noise did not transfer into the unit!). No complaints — would definitely stay here if I found myself in Seville again.

Great spot, super clean, great location, super friendly host, public parking near it, will definitely come back. I highly recommend it.

Ojalá que mi reseña te ayude a decidirte por este alojamiento. El lugar no está en el centro pero tiene una parada de bus bastante cerca que llega hacia el centro perfectamente. El apartamento es muy compacto, está perfectamente distribuido y tiene todo lo que necesitas. Sobre la limpieza, quedamos más que complacidos, todo estaba reluciente, incluso utensilios que normalmente no se suelen limpiar. Veronica, excelente anfitriona, le agradecemos muchísimo por su fina atención.

Appartement très bien placé. Vue magnifique sur la cathédrale. Parfait pour le petit déjeuner ou les apéros du soir. Convient parfaitement pour un couple qui souhaiterait visiter Séville pour quelques jours et être à proximité de tout. Je recommande sans hésiter

This was a wonderful place to stay. Be aware that getting to the apartment does require navigating one flight of stairs, so might not be ideal for the elderly. The stairs were no issue for us and just aded to the charm. The location is amazing: It has all possible modern conveniences on the doorstep (Starbucks, Aldi, & El Corte Ingles). It is also central to the older parts of Seville, so if you're after tapas, shoppng & walking distance to Seville's historical sights you'll be spoiled for choice. The place was spotlessly clean and roomy. Everything worked seamlessly. I'd highly recommend this place.

Maribel ha sido una gran anfitriona, nos ha atendido como si fuera una amiga de toda la vida. El apartamento estaba impecable. Se estaba como en casa, tiene todo lo que indica y es mejor aún que en las fotos. Está en un barrio muy tranquilo, Triana. Es muy recomentable, y volveríamos una y otra vez.

José est très réactif et proactif . Le logement correspond bien aux photos et descriptifs. Il est confortable et agréable. Il est situé dans la résidence hôtelière Resitur et le service accueil permanent est un vrai plus et rassurant. Il est très bien placé géographiquement pour organiser son séjour. La proximité de la supérette simplifie l'organisation des éventuelles besoins alimentaires. Nous recommandons.

Virginie and Juan went above and beyond their role as hosts. They were always responsive, they answered all my questions, they checked when I was arriving and explained how to get to the apartment. The apartment itself is lovely, it has everything you need and lots of storage. It was clean and homely - they had left coffee, olive oil, loo paper, salt and pepper and everything guests need for basics, which people often do not do. This was generous and thoughtful and it was massively appreciated. Juan spent 30 minutes showing us the map of central Seville, where to visit, good restaurants - and a little bit about the area we were staying in. It's the Bohemian artistic district - but still very central, but it feels like a real neighbourhood, rather than only for tourists. I cannot fault them. The price was reasonable and we would definitely come back.

First time in beautiful Sevilla and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at this well situated, well designed, and very homey apartment loft. Having a private terrace with wonderful sunshine, a modern bathroom with big shower, and perfect wifi made it such a comfortable stay. Excellent location close to all the sights and delicious restaurants, the hosts were gracious and kind, always answering questions politely and interactively. Thank you so much Susanna and Manuel for a lovely stay, I wish that apartment was mine, it’s gorgeous! 🙌🏻 🙏🏼 ❤️

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment very much. Nearby Alamo with all the terrasses and bars plus the restaurants around C/Feria, a perfect location, tranquil but close to interesting places. Plus we rented bikes at Bici4city which is also close by and the bikes gave us the opportunity to discover a lot of Seville. Susana was our contact for this appartment and was easy to contact and gave us lots of information.

Our three night stay was lovely. Manuel was a nice and responsive host. The place was quiet and convenient.

Lovely stay in beautiful Seville. Apartment is in a perfect location on a lively pedestrian street, very close to the historic centre and many other monuments. Guillaume and his team were fabulous hosts and made me feel very welcome. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking to explore Seville!

A gem of a place! If you are over 6' , you might have to duck to get into the bedroom, but the rest makes it up for it. amazing flat.

The apartment was beautiful. Super spacious and airy. It’s on the ground floor so you occasionally hear people walking past on the street, or using the lift beside, but it’s pretty quiet overall. The location is excellent, in the prettiest old town side street, walking distance from literally all the attractions, bars and restaurants you could want. The rooftop seemed like a lovely area too. The pool was not in use while we were there as it was March but looked nice for summer!

We had a great time at the penthouse apartment. The views of Sevilla were incredible, and they were incredibly responsive hosts. Would definitely recommend staying in Triana for your Sevilla visit, and enjoy some time in the hot tub while you’re at it!

La casa es muy grande y cómoda para 2 familias con niños. Tuvimos problemas con la nevera y el agua caliente pero Antonio muy pendiente de nosotros. La verdad es que estuvimos muy agusto y cómodos, la terraza de arriba es un gustazo.

Apartment was great, clean and well decorated. Our only complaint was the upstairs shower did not drain, however these things can happen at anytime. Would recommend!

Bel appartement proche du centre historique. Lés équipements sont parfaits , juste a amener sa brosse a dent !! Tout se fait facilement a pied. Hôtel très réactive a chaque question, c est agréable. Je recommande fortement.
