Our host Andre was fantastic. Great communication and happy to help with any questions we had. Location was convenient to get around by foot or by metro. Was a little noisy at night with people walking down the street.

The apartment looked same as on pictures. Everything I needed for my stay was there. Santiago is an excellent host, communicative, responsive and easy to deal with.

Todo bien, apartamento pequeño pero acogedor. Puede mejorar la limpieza. La zona muy tranquila, hay muchas tiendas y sitios para comer, el acceso es muy fácil y cerca como de centro igual del aeropuerto.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. Close to the metro and supermarket while maintaining a quiet, neighborhood feel. Lots of great cafes and shops everywhere.

El acceso al apartamento fue fácil y flexible. Nos facilitaron dejar las maletas antes de realizar el check in. El apartamento es muy luminoso, espacioso y estaba muy limpio. Tiene todas las facilidades para pasar unos días disfrutando de Madrid.

Was een aangenaam verblijf, de conciërge was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en konden alles vragen. De service taxi was tevens perfect , van de airport naar ons verblijf en weer terug. De communicatie met de host ging via de app met alle nodige informatie. Met vriendelijke groet.

We really enjoyed our stay at Valerie’s place! She was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. The building felt extremely safe and had 24/7 security. Would definitely recommend!

Hemos estado muy a gusto, el alojamiento está en una zona tranquila y es muy fácil aparcar, es todo muy moderno y hemos estado muy cómodos, tiene dos supermercados cerca. Las camas muy cómodas, con aire acondicionado, y wifi. Todo perfecto!

Singular! Takes the top spot among the coolest places we’ve stayed. It was a pleasure to get rained in. Fantastic proximity to the most peaceful part of Madrid. Gustavo is a welcoming and responsive host and creative designer.

Alvaro was an amazing host. Check in was extremely easy. The apartment is hugely comfortable & is in the heart of Madrid. Alvaro gave us local recommendations for our stay which were super helpful. The apartment is very quiet and feels like home as soon as you walk in.. I would highly recommend this apartment.. it’s 5 stars 🌟 all the way.. Thank you so much Alvaro, we will definitely be back. 🎉

This was a lovely stay, the place had many amenities available to us. The host was nice enough to provide us with some breakfast materials for the next day and had excellent communication whenever we had questions. The only thing I would mention is to be cautious when walking around the neighborhood with luggage/valuables at night as we were told it can be dangerous by family that live in the area/police. Overall it was a great stay and we did not encounter any issues at all.

This is a really great apartment in a prime location. It is very comfortable by European standards -- central AC/heat is rare in Madrid, and we loved the heated floors since it was very chilly and rainy when we were there! The location is great, the building is quiet and you can walk to a million places. Having a view of the royal palace was pretty neat. The abundance of streaming options on TV was great for our young kids after a long day of sightseeing, or if it was too rainy to go out. The only issue we had was that the listing said there would be a crib, and it took three nights for us to finally get one (after opening a case with Airbnb). But the issue was resolved and the host kindly refunded us some of our money, so we have no hard feelings and can highly recommend this apartment to families or anyone else.

Todo super bien.....el piso esta muy bien ubicado y super comodo, las fotos son iguales y tiene de todo para estar muy bien durante las vacaciones.....nada que decir la verdad....muy buen decision

We really enjoyed our stay at Marcelo's place. Rut and Oscar were very responsive, very friendly and helpful at all times and especially when checking in. The place could not be more centrally located, our favorites spots were right on the block where the apartment is. Although this is very centrally located in downtown area, you hear very little noise in the apartment and at night time it is very peaceful. The place is just like in the pictures shown, very tastefully decorated and very comfortable, we felt right at home. We had all amenities we needed. This place really made our stay in Madrid perfect. I would stay here again!

Apartamento exatamente igual às fotos. Localização excelente, bem no centro e dá para fazer tudo a pé, inclusive supermercado e restaurantes. Cozinha completa com tudo o que você pode precisar, além de ter maquina de lavar. Boa comunicação com o anfitrião.

Everything worked, every outlet, the w/d, the lift, and the finishes were great, like brand new. Perfect place to recover from our explorations of the amazing Madrid!

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Madrid, für die Wohnung von Nuria der ideale Ausgangspunkt war. Super zentral - 1 Minute von der Gran Via entfernt - gelegen, alles war in der Wohnung wie angegeben. Wenn wir in der Wohnung waren, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und trotz der zentralen Lage war es nachts ruhig und wir konnten gut schlafen. Der Kontakt mit Nuria war immer schnell und äußerst freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen.
