Majorque : locations d'appartements de vacances

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Tomeu ma in realtà abbiamo parlato con il co host Maria veramente gentile ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste. L'appartamento è ampio e pulito non mancava nulla come nella descrizione perfetto per famiglie o amici. Siamo arrivate nel periodo fuori stagione pertanto non si trovano molte attività aperte noi avevamo auto e non è stato un problema. Ci si muove molto bene anche con autobus. Maria ci ha suggerito orari per andare a Palma con bus. Veramente da consigliare grazie alla bella accoglienza di Maria

uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, Paco und Montse haben immer schnell und nett auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und man ist sehr nah an der Strandpromenade.

Great place near to the beach and many good restaurants. Bikes are a great way to get around and the bike storage area is very convenient. We stayed during a very hot time so the AC had a hard time cooling the sleeping areas but we were quickly brought a couple fans which made things very comfortable. I work remote and the wifi was great.

clean, tidy, convenient flat. excellent communication throughout, and super flexible. would recommend this flat. perfect for a weekend away.

Wir haben einen tollen Aufenthalt in Claudias Wohnung verbracht. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und die Lage ist super direkt am Strand. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und ist sehr gemütlich. Da fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Es gibt verschiedene Utensilien für den Strand wie z.b. Sonnenschirme. Claudia ist nett, zuvorkommend und konnte alle Probleme lösen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Location, Location, Location. Denna pärla har en perfekt plats. Boendet är mycket bekvämt och otroligt vackert, vi älskade terassen! Omsorgsfullt inrett, vackra toner och hemtrevligt. Man känner sig direkt väldigt lugn och man trivs. Gångavstånd till restauranger, matbutik, busshållsplats. Vackra promenader och utsikter åt alla håll. Kan varmt rekommendera detta paradis. Alla frågor besvarades snabbt och här finns allt för familjen på boendet.

The apartment was lovely, clean and the pool was great. It was situated right by the marina and all the restaurants. A Spar grocery store is a short walk away which was really useful. Jaime the host responded quickly and was kind enough to sort some taxis out for us. We got a 521 bus to Mondrago beach which was good with sun beds for hire. The town is about a 20 mins walk away where we went to Ca’n Trompe restaurant which was really good. Nearby the apartment on the marina Churchills Restaurant tapas was very good too. Would love to return one day.

Apartamento en una ubicación fabulosa . Calle con mucha vida ( un poco de ruido ). El apartamento correcto para nuestras necesidades . Camas cómodas . A tener en cuenta que no tiene ascensor que en nuestro caso no fue problema porque llevábamos solo mochila.

Wer keinen Pool braucht, keinen Aufzug und keinen 24 Stunden Service, für den ist das mit das Beste was man dort bekommen kann. Wunderschöner Garten der gleich an den Strand grenzt. Das Frühstück und auch die anderen Speisen sind unglaublich lecker. Vielen herzlichen Dank an alle. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Grüße Michael

We loved the experience in Colónia Sant Jordí and without a doubt William and his parents' house helped with this experience. A host who was always available and concerned about our well-being, offered to give us a local guide with all the restaurants, the best beaches, etc. The apartment is not the most modern, but the conditions were excellent and it is super spacious, which is ideal for those with children. Thank you very much for all your kindness and we will, without a doubt, return in the near future as the house is really very good.

Appartement très confortable à deux pas de la plage. Nous y avons passé une nuit, c'était une étape agréable. Emanuela est très réactive et arrangeante.

The house was perfect for our vacation. It offers peace and a fantastic view. The sound of the sea at night never gets old. Within walking distance, you’ll find the lovely boulevard along the Port Andratx harbor. We had an amazing stay. The host was always friendly and responded quickly! All in all, it was fantastic!

Maria provided the perfect stay for us. We were there for a week of cycling and the location is excellent. Easy access to every route on the island and there's even a lovely cycling based cafe across the street. The apartment is really nice with a lovely garden. It was had everything we needed including laundry facilities. The apartment is on a really quiet street but also everything is walkable. All the restaurants, bars and shops are 5/10min walk. Maria was also a really great host. Quick to respond, really helpful and also happy to accommodate any request we had. This will be the first apartment I look for if/when I return to Mallorca.

Very nice, well equipped and perfectly clean apartment that is actually even bigger than it may seem from the photos. It is on the second floor. Located in the center of Inca and surrounded by local families, with a handy supermarket just in front of the doors and a lot of restaurants and cafeterias around. There are enough free parking spots on the street just a few minutes from the house. Communication with Gaspar is just perfect, and we really appreciate flexible checkin and checkout.

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement impeccable ! L’emplacement est idéal, et le logement est non seulement propre et spacieux, mais aussi parfaitement équipé avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Un vrai confort, je recommande sans hésitation !

Nochmal ein riesiges Dankeschön für diesen tollen Urlaub mit einer schönen Empfangsüberraschung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem. Inken war jederzeit schnell erreichbar und sehr bemüht auf unsere Nachfragen einzugehen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar ebenso die Strände. Parken war an der Unterkunft problemlos möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein wiederkommen.

Vi var to familier, der havde booket et andet hus tættere på Pollenca, som vi ikke kunne være i grundet fugt. Vi tog derfor kontakt til Nicola og forhørte os om vi kunne få tidlig indtjekning hos hende i stedet. Hun svarede hurtigt og fik gjort lejligheden klar til os på få timer. Det reddede vores ferie. Lejligheden er virkelig godt placeret tæt ved stranden og i gåafstand til butikker, restauranter mv. Lejligheden var ren og pæn og havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for - endda badelegetøj, spil osv til Børnene.

Wir konnten sehr kurzfristig hier einchecken, die Gastgeber haben sehr spontan und schnell auf unsere Anfrage reagiert! Die Wohnung ist sehr nett aufgeteilt und hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet (mehrere Kaffeemaschinen, Entsafter, diverse Pfannen etc.). Grundausstattung (Gewürze, Tee etc.) war auch da, ebenso Putzmittel. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und der Balkon geschützt und groß. Es sind Reiseführer (auf Deutsch) und Kinder Spielsachen vorhanden! Leider konnten wir den Pool wetterbedingt noch nicht nutzen 😉

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.

I had a wonderful stay at Mirjam's place. Such a lovely flat, very spacious with a balcony. The building had a nice terrace on the rooftop with amazing view of the sea. I would recommend. Mirjam was the most helpful with recommendations or any other queries I had. I would definitely stay again.
