This is the 2nd time Ive stayed in this apartment both times as a group of 5. Its clean and easily assesible. The rooms are generous and its a great space for 5 people. Host and check in super smooth. I would recommend bringing earplugs though as the floors throughout are tiled and the walls are a bit thin so the noise between apartments travels very easily, we had slightly noisy neighbours next door and the bin men were very loud early in the morning but nothing you wouldnt expect with such a central location. Would definitely recommend Ombu and Rikoto restaurants but pre booking essential! Thanks for the stay! We would definitely go back.

The stay in Villafranca, central to the island, was perfect for getting around Mallorca. Easy to find parking. Quiet neighborhood. Jorge was very responsive and had the place very clean for my arrival.

The pictures do not do this apartment justice. It is spacious, well-equipped and clean. The communication from Claude was exceptional, going above and beyond and the complex was really nice with good facilities. The location is good, with about a 5-10 min walk to the main bars and restaurants. There are also a selection of bars and restaurants closer and a big supermarket just a couple of mins walk away. The beach is about a 15-20 mins walk away. Would highly recommend.

Gogi is always responsive and helpful. Some old balcony plastic furniture cracked and were replaced quickly. Gogi suggested museums, sites and restaurants to visit. She checked up on our stay to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great impression.

Lovely place to stay, a very quiet area with a nice view from the balcony towards the seaside. The apartment has a roof terrace with a barbecue. Frédérique was quick in answering all the enquiries that we had. Bus station very close in case you want to visit other locations. We visited Palma and really enjoyed the day visiting and exploring the surroundings.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, eine sehr saubere gepflegte Unterkunft, schnelle und sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber mit Pool und Gym. Der Teil in Can Picafort in dem die Unterkunft liegt ist eher ruhiger und weniger Touristisch als der Rest. Es gibt Fußläufig zwei tolle Resturants. Also alles was man sich wünscht. An einem Abend hat das benachbarte Hotel einen Eventabend, da lief gute live Musik bis 22:00 danach war aber ruhe. In der letzten Nacht hatten wir in der Wohnung über uns sehr laute Nachbarn, da kann der Gastgeber aber nichts für. Wir konnten trotzdem perfekt schlafen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt, das große Bett sind zwei zusammengeschobene Betten mit Besucherritze. Trotzdem waren wir mehr als zufrieden und würden es weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schöne Wohnung , gut eingerichtet mit allem , was man braucht. Toller Patio. Fast am Strand , ideal zum joggen. Einkaufen. Bars & Restaurants alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Super !

Matis Finca hält was sie verspricht. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer ist klimatisiert. Der Aussenbereich ist ein Traum. Perfekt für Familien. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wunderbar gelegenes Haus. Sehr schön ist der Ofen auf der oberen Etage, den man mit selbst gekauftem Holz (Eroski) befeuern kann. Im Winter ist das nötig, da da Haus sonst, insbesondere unten, sehr kalt ist. Es gibt zudem aber Klimaanlagen und Elektroöfen, mit denen man auch heizen kann. Die Küche ist ziemlich gut ausgestattet, könnte aber eins, zwei bessere Messer und bessere Pfannen haben. Der Ausblick aus einem Schlafzimmer, dem Wohnzimmer und von den Terrassen ist unvergleichlich! Ebenso die Ruhe und das Meeresrauschen. Die Bucht selbst ist inzwischen mehr besucht als noch vor drei bis fünf Jahren. Davon bekommt man im Haus aber nichts mit. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

La maison est top ! Nous avons apprécie notre séjour. La propriétaire est très amicale et réactive. Nous avons pu rester un peu plus tard que 10:00 car la maison n'était pas louée après nous, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié car notre vol était en soirée. Bien que nous n'ayons pas eu de coup de foudre pour le village, c'est un bon point de chute pour rayonner aux alentours. La plage de La Coma est belle, celle de Cala Morlande est magnifique, à 10 minutes à pied. De belles promenades s'offrent à vous : nous avons marché jusqu'à Porto Christo (comptez 2h de marche pour l'aller) et nous avons sillonnés la Punta N'amer. Les deux vélos à prêter sont plus... il y a des pistes cyclables tout le long de la côte. D'autant qu'en hiver les locations de vélos sont fermés. Nous étions en hiver (fin février) et malgré une météo clémente, il faisait tout de même un peu trop frais pour profiter du rooftop (en hiver : soleil à partir de midi jusqu'au coucher du soleil).

We had a wonderful stay! Valentina was so helpful, friendly and responsive and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect - I couldn't recommend it more!
