Great location. The covered lanai has a beautiful view. The home is well stocked with beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.). We had eight people staying there and it was very comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Kauai. Tiana's place was in an absolute perfect location for us to spend a week in early January. it was located close enough to the beaches for walking both to the sunset and to the sunrise. There were lots of restaurants nearby. It was a great location for going into the ocean and really enjoying everything that Kauai has to offer. We stayed here with our family of five and grandparents, a total of seven. The house had plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen had a lot of great things available so that we could cook while we were there. There was a variety of bathrooms and the instructions were clear. While we were there, we used a lot of the equipment including: wagon, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs. It was so nice not to have to bring any of these with us. we also love the enclosed porch with hammock and table. we used the grill several times. it is charcoal and there is a chimney available. buy your own charcoal.

It is a nice stay. The view is amazing, we had the opportunities to catch the sunrise on the east and sunset on the west in one day. The property is clean and spacious, the present cookie is sweet, the response is prompt. Highly recommend to stay!

Carolyn’s place is very comfortable. The location right across the beach is unbeatable. We got to see the full moon rising over the ocean. Walking/biking path in front is convenient whether you want to go for an easy stroll, a jog or a several mile long walk. There are restaurants in the area as well as a large Safeway and a couple of farmers markets as well. The condo was exactly as described; extremely clean and offered everything you might need. You can explore all of the island from there; we enjoyed using the Shaka App for an audio guide. Carolyn responded quickly when we had a question. We would definitely like to come back!

Every bit as nice as advertised. The house is beautiful with lots of useful outdoor spaces and comfortable furniture. Fabulous views, good kitchen, and comfortable beds. The whole family liked the pool, and the walk to the beach was easy enough for grandparents and toddlers. There’s also lots of beach gear. It was perfect.

Everything was the way it was described and pictured in photos. Easy check in, beautiful quiet area and a lovely home. We had everything we could possibly need at the home. It was so nice to have beach chairs that we could use and an umbrella. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Thank you for opening your home for others to enjoy such a beautiful area.

This was the perfect spot to stay! Parking was 15 ft from the door! Super easy to find. Sarah was extremely helpful and friendly. so many amazing veiws and could walk to many local restaurants. I loved it. Also, the bed was so comfortable!!

My brother and I spent 9 nights in Bruce's cottage and can't imagine staying anywhere else WHEN we come back to Kauai. The home felt very private, even though on the farm property. I've seen other reviews mentioning ants, but they were a very minor issue, just keep the kitchen clean and you won't see them! We loved the geckos, they are so harmless and will even pose for up close pictures! You'll get used to the roosters, they are everywhere on the island, just bring earplugs to ensure a good night's sleep. Bed's were cozy, King in the bedroom as well as the pullout couch in the living room. Plenty of linens and pillows. Showers were great, a spacious indoor shower and a great outdoor shower as well. We took advantage of Bruce's rental car. Very well kept and clean SUV. Cheaper than a rental and Bruce provided pickup & dropoff services at the airport. Lastly, we played in 2 "farmball" games on the Fridays. So fun! All the players were so friendly and welcoming. Mahalo Bruce

This condo is in an excellent location, mid way between North Beach and South Beach. There are plenty of affordable and excellent restaurant choices nearby as well as a Safeway grocery store and Longs drug store. The listing is exactly as pictured and the host is wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kauai.

There are not enough great words to describe how wonderful it was to stay here! The house is even more gorgeous and spacious than the photos show and the flow of the space itself is truly divine! We enjoyed our meals and hanging out on the spacious lanai and did yoga on the wrap around lawn! There was great space for our group to sleep, and the Hawaiian breeze through the home felt so nourishing and enlivening. And I’m saving th best for last because all this wonderfulness is located literally just a two minute walk to what I believe is one of the most glorious beaches in all of Kauai - Hanalei Beach. I woke each morning and took a dip in the ocean before coming home to have breakfast in our spacious kitchen - a total dream! Ann was a lovely host - after trying to book other houses that were managed by companies, I loved the human touch of connecting with Ann directly who is a long time Kauain resident and a delight to work with! I’m so happy for you if you get to stay here!

Wish I was able to extend here. Private, quiet yet still super close to everything in princeville. Loved the fully stocked kitchen / washer & dryer. Made this an easy choice over the hotel down the street. Would definitely come back and plan on doing so! Hosts are super responsive and check in was seamless. Thanks!

After spending a few days on two other islands, Cash’s Kauai location was the absolute shining star of our vacation. The view is exceptional - ocean waves and lush mountains abound. The Princeville neighborhood is charming, and Cash’s unit had everything we could ask for - from a stocked kitchen to super comfortable beds. Make sure to take the quick drive into Hanalei, the idyllic surf town with great food, shave ice, morning donuts and acaii bowls. Zero regrets about this stay!

Our family of seven was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. Brandi and the housekeeper were extremely accommodating and helpful with us getting back our daughter’s insulin when we had accidentally left it in the fridge during check out. The kids had a blast in the pool and we would definitely book again next time we are back in Kauai.

The condo is in a great location. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and such. Such a beautiful area to stay. The condo could use a little deep cleaning but I realize the housekeeper has limited amount of time between guests.

We loved staying at this location. It was clean, easy to find and the view was beautiful! The home was well stocked with things we needed, beach chairs, towels for the pool and beach and cooking supplies. I would definitely recommend and will be staying here again when I come to Kauai.

My family loved staying here. It really was perfect for us. The only things I didn’t like are beyond Luisa’s control. I didn’t like that it was on the 3rd floor and I didn’t like that it wasn’t on the beach! Ha! Otherwise it was a very clean and beautiful little apartment!

Great for our multi-generation family. Easy access to beach with an array of beach items at the house - chairs, toys, towels, coolers. Our 3-year old loved the fenced yard, garden with red clay dirt, and learning how to confidently and safely manage stairs. Full kitchen meant we made many great breakfasts and dinners with fresh produce from farmers markets and local stores. Great home base the exploring the beaches and sites of Kauai. Thanks, Geralyn!

We enjoyed the condo. It was close to good places to eat and shop. We could walk to the ocean, see the Albatross, watch whales, go for walks, take part in the weekly festival at the golf course nearby, as well as go to the hot tub and swimming pool. The condo was comfortable and well supplied. We loved that we could have windows open and get fresh air at all times. The fact that it wasn't air conditioned was not an issue. It cooled off at night, and there was often a nice breeze. We were surprised and glad that she had a new dryer, besides a new washer. Penny (Helen) was very responsive to our needs. She made a point of stopping by and giving great advice on exploring the island. We enjoyed our 3 weeks on Kauai, as well as meeting and getting to know, Penny.

Great value and super location! The extra amenities and suggestions for activities were A+ Beautiful location for walking, snorkeling, dining. We would definitely book this again

Throughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful accommodations, fully stocked kitchen & unit! (needs tongs & a potato peeler though!) The pool was peaceful and beach just a quick walk away. The blinds let in a lot of light, so if you need to nap a baby- it’s very challenging. There is so much space here & the patio is amazing. Lots of comfortable furniture. Highly recommend!

The space was exactly as advertised: clean, spacious, comfortable. Ryan was a fantastic host, probably the most responsive I've engaged with on Airbnb. Just an ideal location and rental. Can't recommend highly enough.
