Absolutely gorgeous and spacious home in a beautiful Princeville neighborhood on the north shore of Kauai. So close to everything, amazing views, quiet and peaceful, large bedrooms and AC in each one! Could not ask for a more perfect place to stay! Mahalo Kanani!

Great place. Pool and mango tree added bonuses. The only thing I’d ask for is to leave garbage bags so we could reline, we had to purchase and maybe two more rolls of toilet paper. All was great and better than advertised!

We thoroughly enjoyed 10 wonderful days in their well-appointed clean condo. It is nice that both bedrooms had their own TV’s, both beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom also had a nice size walk-in closet. The master bath soaking tub was a well utilized bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more including a crock pot. We also took advantage of the gorgeous community pool, hot tub, and clean community grill just steps away from their beautifully furnished lanai. Our beach days were enhanced with use of their cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The location of the condo was perfect for our early morning walks along the golf course and the Princeville farmers market. Check in/out was a breeze along with exceptional communication with the local on-island manager, Michelle, and host, Andrea. Thank you!

Amazing stay in Koloa, great location and super convenient! Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay on the south shore. Instructions were very clear, lovely short walk to the beach, safe and quiet neighborhood. Jake was responsive and kind when we had some issues with the cleanliness of the kitchen. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay in this home and definitely looking forward to coming back again!

We had a great stay. House was as described and perfect for the two of us. We used the grill a couple of nights which was a great alternative to going out. The kitchen had everything we needed. Peaceful surroundings, close proximity to many attractions. Michelle was very responsive to my messages. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great for our multi-generation family. Easy access to beach with an array of beach items at the house - chairs, toys, towels, coolers. Our 3-year old loved the fenced yard, garden with red clay dirt, and learning how to confidently and safely manage stairs. Full kitchen meant we made many great breakfasts and dinners with fresh produce from farmers markets and local stores. Great home base the exploring the beaches and sites of Kauai. Thanks, Geralyn!

Laura’s Princeville house was perfect for my family! She kept in touch easily if we had any questions. It was beautiful inside and out. And there were many different types of beach paraphernalia. A perfect vacation spot!

It’s a clean and spacious for 4 adults, and a nice location- walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for what we need. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, inflatable tubes. My daughter loved sleeping with the sound of beach waves. Susanne responded to my questions quickly and kindly.

We truly enjoyed our stay here at Vicki’s cottage. Everything is just as described and photos are accurate. It is a cute space at the corner of a busy street but nonetheless, still felt very private and spacious. The place was very clean and stocked. I loved the fact that the parking is just outside the cottage and felt like a very safe area. A lot to do in the area surrounding this space which is a bonus, plenty of things nearby and just a five minute drive away. Would recommend this place to anyone who is considering it! The host is very responsive and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Definitely would book again. Mahalo Vicki!

Easy to deal with, great views, close to the beach, and quieter than expected.

Our family absolutely loved our stay here—easily one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever experienced! Everything about this home was perfect—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was amazing, and the stunning surroundings made our stay even more special. The photos truly don’t do it justice! We especially loved the outdoor space and lanai, where we spent so much time relaxing. The backyard, filled with fruit trees like orange, avocado, and lemon, was such a unique and delightful touch. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Really great location, beautiful views, nice layout and space for multiple families.

Hanalei was the perfect pace for us. Everything was beautiful and exotic. The Palaka cottage was in a perfect location for walking to the beach, walking into town for meals or a shave ice. The cottage was very private and provided an amazing get away location!

Home wonderfully appointed and immaculately maintained. Layout of home was perfect for our group and we spent a lot of time on the lanai. Home’s location was ideal for catching sunsets. We’d love to be able to stay here on our next visit.

Juliana’s home was as described, if not better. A clean, spacious house in a quiet (except for roosters, but that’s Kauai!!), beautiful neighborhood and conveniently close to everything on the north side of the island. The weather was very warm and dry during our stay, but the house remained comfortable with the use of ceiling fans and great airflow. The tankless water heater also ensured plenty of hot water when needed. Too many positive things to say! A very relaxing, comfortable place. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to return!

Lovely well equipped large family home. Loved the beach extras and very well equipped kitchen with the cooking essentials like sugar, cooking spray, and some spices. In a lovely golf community within an hours drive if the airport. There were various beaches and hikes in the area. Only downfall was many of the tours we booked were an hours drive back to Lihue area. There was no direct beach access so had to drive but a couple nice beaches within 10 minutes, highly recommend Anini beach or Hanalei beach. We don't golf but the course looks lovely. The only thing missing is a pool!!

Can't beat the location here! The house feels smaller than it looks in person, and the backyard wasn't really usable due to the condition of the landscape. The place was otherwise really great.

A lovely, peaceful setting. Something for everybody - children enjoyed the pool, older kids able to surf nearby, parents enjoyed their walks to Queen's Bath and around. Kind of John to offer my son places to fish. We cooked most of the time and found the kitchen well equipped. Perfect space for us to have family time and also alone time. We absolutely loved this home and our stay here. Beautiful house, super clean, looked just like the photos. Location is great and we loved being able to walk over to Foodland and the restaurants around there. The drive to Hanalei, beaches and surrounding towns is super easy and close. All the beach towels and toys and snorkel gear was a huge plus. Our toddler loved playing with the kid toys (cars, board games, etc) The backyard is so lush and beautiful. Lots of neighborhood roosters which can be very loud early in the morning. Cute neighborhood cats love to come say hi which our toddler loved. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the island and we would love to come back and stay here. Thank you!

This was a wonderful house to stay in. Every comfort was there. Lots of clean towels, comfy beds, sand toys, everything you could want! The backyard was gorgeous and our 4 kids played and had fun out there. We walked to the beaches and were close to coffee places and fresh fruit stands. I texted Sean a few times with questions and he replied quickly each time. We had the perfect vacation in this lovely home. Fantastic!
