Juliana’s home was as described, if not better. A clean, spacious house in a quiet (except for roosters, but that’s Kauai!!), beautiful neighborhood and conveniently close to everything on the north side of the island. The weather was very warm and dry during our stay, but the house remained comfortable with the use of ceiling fans and great airflow. The tankless water heater also ensured plenty of hot water when needed. Too many positive things to say! A very relaxing, comfortable place. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to return!

This is a beautiful house in a great location. Matt communicated with us right when we booked our stay about a year in advance, a week before we arrived with detailed instructions, the day of, and during our visit. We visited with our adult children, and the home was ideal. The bedrooms are large, and each has a bathroom. The living area was large enough for all of us to gather, but we also had plenty of privacy when we chose that. I cooked a number of meals, and the kitchen was stocked with what I needed. It was an ideal location for our vacation.

We had an amazing stay! The garden was absolutely beautiful and provided a peaceful retreat. The room was spacious, comfy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with cooking tools, making it easy to prepare meals. We also enjoyed the selection of board games – a perfect way to unwind in the evenings. Melissa and Ian was not only kind but also very responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay in Pam's place. The house is very large. 2 king size beds upstairs and 1 downstairs, with two large bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. The closet had plenty of beach accessories, tons of snorkel gear, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, beach mats and coolers. Our favorite part was how close we were to everything. There are walking paths to get to the different beaches, restaurants and shopping. Shipwreck and Poipu beaches are an easy 10 minute walk. Pam is super responsive. We will defiantly stay here again next time we are on the island.

We had a great stay. House was as described and perfect for the two of us. We used the grill a couple of nights which was a great alternative to going out. The kitchen had everything we needed. Peaceful surroundings, close proximity to many attractions. Michelle was very responsive to my messages. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful place. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, blending, etc. Bathrooms were sparkling clean (could have used more toilet tissue) We loved the view and having the surf right across the street. Would definitely recommend this property to groups or families.

Great place. About a 15-20 minute walk to a couple beaches. You are in a neighborhood so it feels safe to walk around/not many cars. 5-7 minute drive to nearest grocery store and a few restaurants. Very close to Hanalei town - about 30 min to Haena State Park. You definitely need a car while sight seeing around Kauai. The home is large (big enough for 9-10 people) and the kitchen/living area is great for family mornings and evenings. You can see the mountains and waterfalls on a clear day. The lanai on the first and second floor are great in the mornings. All the rooms are spacious and very clean. 3 of the rooms are on the bottom floor (including the 4th room/bunk bed that is in common area). The only room on the first floor is the master. Only issue was that the fridge ice maker did not work and had a little difficulty contacting the 24/7 property manager. Brad was a great communicator and really helps you know the lay of the land. Would definitely stay again.

Really nicer than the pics. Goat lovely and helpful. Phenomenal location. Neighbors lovely. Great energy. Wonderful beach stuff. We used chairs, towels, balls, sandcastle stuff. So great to have everything on hand.

Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, perfect surroundings for a girls gathering before my daughter’s wedding

This was the perfect spot to stay! Parking was 15 ft from the door! Super easy to find. Sarah was extremely helpful and friendly. so many amazing veiws and could walk to many local restaurants. I loved it. Also, the bed was so comfortable!!

The location was excellent, just a 2-3 minute drive from Foodland Market. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for two people. Our host was incredibly friendly and regularly checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. The resort itself was beautiful, featuring a pool and hot tub. They also provided wristbands for access to the gym and tennis courts. The only downside was the connecting door to the neighboring room, which wasn’t very soundproof. We could hear the neighbors at times, making it feel a bit less private. Overall, our stay was amazing. we loved our vacation here and would definitely recommend it to friends!

This place was heaven for my friend and I. We drove in and saw the view and were amazed. This view could also be seen from our backyard. It was perfect for our trip and made us want to go back!

We immediately felt right at home at Lauren’s bnb! Space was serene and spotless, beautiful view onto open space, great location in Princeville. Hosts were very kind and respectful of our privacy. Would definitely stay here again!

This little spot was perfect get away. Quiet and close to everything we needed. Comfy bed. The kitchen was well equipped to make most anything and we were able to buy fresh fish and veg at local farmers market ( which were in the great guest guide). The response of host was amazing. I highly recommend this spot fora perfect Hawaiian get away. Mahalo!

Our stay in the Coco A unit at Fern Grotto Inn was one of the highlights of our Kauai vacation. Why would I state that? Well, for starters, the grounds are amazing. Paul has gardeners that are constantly upkeeping his immaculate gardens. The facilities are top notch and include use of bikes and kayaks as well as all the beach necessities. We used the kayaks and were able to start paddling literally 10 ft from where they are stored. The location is centrally located with a 45-minute drive to the north side of the island and a bit longer drive to the west side. There are plenty of activities in the immediate location but Costco/Walmart, etc are not too far away. The bed was very comfortable affording us a good night's sleep after the day's activities. The A/C works great, but we did not have to put it to use much as there were ample windows to allow good air flow. Some reviews complained about road noise or roosters crowing. We were not bothered by either. Rating it a 10/10

Second time we’ve stayed at this location. Have checked a couple others out and this is now our go to. Perfect studio with a great kitchen, but the balcony sets it over the top. The views are amazing. Saw whales breaching!! Jane and Bryant are great hosts and very responsive. We will return.

My family and I loved our stay here. The condo had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay. Not once did I say “oh I wish they had this.” A fully functional kitchen and all the beach items you could need, not to mention an assortment of bikes to get to the close shops or even the beach. The neighborhood was great and super close to everything. Groceries, restaurants, and the beach are less than 3 minutes away. Can’t say enough good things and already looking forward to coming back.

We enjoyed our stay at David and Aryana’s condo! It was a great location and we enjoyed the close proximity to many beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The condo was spacious and very comfortable. The view was amazing and we saw whales and turtles from the lanai daily! Some things I wish were clearer in the description- the bedroom does not have a view, it over looks the common walkway area and the windows are frosted for privacy; there is no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink; and the coin operated laundry cost $2.50 for each load in the washer and dryer. Not huge deals, but wish I knew when I was making my booking decisions!

My family loved staying here. It really was perfect for us. The only things I didn’t like are beyond Luisa’s control. I didn’t like that it was on the 3rd floor and I didn’t like that it wasn’t on the beach! Ha! Otherwise it was a very clean and beautiful little apartment!

This was a great family vacation spot for seven people! The location was perfect, we were able to walk to three different beaches that are close by. The pool and hot tub were perfect after spending the day at the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances to use which made it so easy for us to make breakfast and lunch. The place also had two coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and so much more! Everything was very clean when we arrived and they left a vacuum which was great for that pesky sand that we track in after beach days. The beds were all very comfortable, bathrooms were clean and they have plenty of towels for everyone. Having laundry in unit was also a great plus as we were there for two weeks. We took advantage of the pickleball court which was awesome. I definitely recommend this place for your next vacation!

Great value and super location! The extra amenities and suggestions for activities were A+ Beautiful location for walking, snorkeling, dining. We would definitely book this again

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great location, it's pretty much the center point for traveling the entire island. We would definitely be willing to stay here again when we come back someday!
