Myself and my husband stayed for 7 nights. We arrived late at night..11.30 pm. and Vedran's son kindly waited and met us at the Church of St. Francis and escorted us to the apartment and showed us how aircon, hot water etc worked. The apartment was exactly as photographed. Lovely big comfortable bed, lots of hot water for showers and sufficiently kitted out kitchen. Beautiful views of Split harbour. Very close to old town and also some lovely little restaurants nearby...try Buffet Fife (worth queueing for) - good varied menu and food and drink reasonably priced compared to other places in Split which can be a bit pricey. No. 12 bus stop close by which goes to Kasjuni and Bene beaches. Check out Promet App for public transport. Also 10 min walk down the Promenade - Riva - for ferries to islands. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Split.

The apartment is stunning, beautiful view, quiet and very comfortable, we felt just like home. Everything has a thoughtful design, well equipped, it has everything that makes the place feels very homey and relaxing. Zeljko is very professional, polite and helpful. Our family had a wonderful stay at Zeljko's apartment and I would highly recommend his place to anyone who's planning to visit Split.

We had an excellent stay! Beautiful unobstructed sunset views, and convenient location for going to the beach during the day if you won’t mind a short 15 minute walk into town for dinner. Conveniently located near a small grocery store and nice restaurant for a sunset dinner. Have multiple friends who are thinking of visiting Hvar soon and will certainly recommend!

We had an amazing week staying here! The hosts are very responsive and welcoming! Ivan met us to give us the keys and even carried our giant suitcase up to the third floor! Any issues we had were addressed immediately. The views are absolutely incredible and the location is right in the heart of Old Town. You can walk to anywhere in the area including the ferry port and there are tons of restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Split again!

Náš pobyt v apartmáne v starom meste Split bol skutočne skvelý! Apartmán bol veľmi pohodlný, pozostával z dvoch izieb, plne vybavenej kuchyne s indukčnou varnou doskou, veľkej chladničky, umývačky riadu a práčky. Kúpeľňa bola čistá a moderná s priestranným sprchovacím kútom, čo bolo veľmi praktické počas nášho dvojtýždňového pobytu. Okolie apartmánu bolo plné príjemných kaviarní, kde sme si často pochutnali na vynikajúcich croissantoch a osviežujúcej zmrzline. V blízkosti sa nachádzal aj rybí trh, čo bolo výhodné, keďže sme si občas pripravovali čerstvé morské plody priamo v apartmáne. Pláž bola tiež na dosah, čo nám umožnilo stráviť veľa času pri mori. Celkovo sme boli s pobytom veľmi spokojní a určite by sme sa sem radi vrátili!💕

Meget praktisk sted å overnatte i Split. Nært fergeterminalen og gamlebyen. hjelpsom og profesjonell vert som gav gode råd og god gjennomgang av det en trenger å vite. Bekvem leilighet med alt en trenger. Veldig fin plass å overnatte for 4 voksne og 2 barn. Noen trapper opp til leiligheten, men det er god trim!

We loved our stay at Katarina's place! It's a wonderful location just outside the Old City with a beautiful view of the sea. It's walking distance to the Old City or take an uber. We did lots of road trips around the area so we didn't want to be restricted to the city itself. Katarina is a wonderful hostess and we definitely recommend staying at her place. We'd do it again!

Wir waren zu zweit einige Tage in diesem wunderbaren Apartment. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten direkt am Apartment parken. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war perfekt sauber, mit allem was man sich wünscht ausgestattet und alles wie beschrieben. Es ist in Realität viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Kommunikation mit Filip und seiner Mama war prima. Der Strand und das blaue Meer vor dem Balkon ist einfach traumhaft. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und werden sicher wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Merci pour tout, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’endroit est magnifique et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la grande terrasse ainsi que la petite crique en bas de la maison pour la baignade.

I wanted to take time to think about how to review this little slice of heaven but nothing I say will do it justice. Kole and Irena’s cottage is a very special place and we feel lucky to have been able to stay there. If you are looking for somewhere to shut off from civilisation and power down, this is the place. Surrounded by nature, the only sounds you’ll hear are the wind in the trees, the water lapping at the rocks and the birds. The cottage is cosy and has everything you could need. We had a few days of cold weather but the wood burning stove kept it warm and the beds were very comfy. With the silence at night, this made for very restful nights sleep. What made our stay special, and unlike anywhere we have stayed before though, was Kole and Irena themselves. From the start when they met us with their boat, and a beautiful veggie box, it was clear that it was important to them that their guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay and we really appreciated their care and attention

Really nice apartment, the location was perfect for us, easy and close to Hvar town. The host were really helpful and nice. If you are planing to go to Hvar, then stay here

Our family had the most wonderful time at Darija's place. If you enjoy dipping into crystal clear water right at your doorstep, want to unwind and relax, you will love it there. Stomorska is a charming small village on Solta, less than an hour by ferry from Split. All the people are lovely and helpful. We spent most of our time with long swims, late lunches and aperitifs on our own terrace with a view, ice cream or dinner nearby. Don't miss to do a boat trip around the island. Darija was super responsive and welcoming, and her parents Dado and Jadranka treated us to a fantastic BBQ. All in all: perfect. Thank you!!

Die Fotos werden dieser schönen Unterkunft gar nicht gerecht - es ist noch viel schöner und gemütlicher! Besonders gut hat uns die ruhige Lage und der wunderschöne Ausblick gefallen, genau das was wir brauchten! Die Kinder hatten ihren Pool (der war sogar in der Temperatur erwärmbar!) und wir haben die tolle Badebucht, die nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt ist, genutzt und sind u.a. Kanu gefallen- die hat Tomislav sogar extra bereit gestellt! Sehr herzlich wurden wir von Tomislav begrüßt- sogar frisches Obst und Getränke hat er uns bereit gestellt - was für ein Service! Tolle Tips zum Essen gehen hat er uns auch gegeben und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar- was wünscht man sich mehr! Ein Auto ist muss, sonst sind die Strecken z.B. zum Hafen einfach zu weit. Für uns 4 war die Unterkunft perfekt, die gemütliche Wohnküche hatte alles was man braucht, 2 Bäder gab es auch! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und können diese schöne Unterkunft mit so einem tollen Gastgeber nur empfehlen!

This is a perfect location for a couple who want to stay on Brac. A great location - the balcony is a perfect spot for taking in the aterfront and those who promenade along it. Half the nights were there we had dinner on the balcony as it offered a location better than any restaurant. Dubravka's communication was excellent and she could not have been more amenable.

Ana et son papa sont adorables. Nous avons tellement apprécié notre séjour que si on revient en Croatie ce sera chez eux. Alors emplacement au top. On descend quelques marches puis petite plage avec deux chaises longues parasol. On est au paradis. Dans Milna restaurants top. Et Philippe trop cool. Très propre et fonctionnel

Excellent séjour La vue de la maison et de la terrasse sur la mer est magnifique. On a assisté aux couchers de soleil splendides. L'accès à la baignade est direct, au pied de la maison, juste quelques escaliers à descendre. La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée, les literies confortables.

Antonela was great! I didn’t get to meet her in person just because of schedules but I did meet her son and he was great too. The location couldn’t be better and there is plenty of room in the flat to be more than comfortable. She was very communicative and had the inside scoop on things in split. I definitely would stay again for sure. I really enjoyed the place and her hospitality!

Best location, best view, best rental I have ever stayed at in regards to having everything you need. Great bed, lots of hot water, groceries stores everywhere. We just really felt like we were home. When we come back next year if the rental is available we will definitely rent again.

We had an extremely nice stay and felt welcome the first minute with plenty of hints and a warm welcome! Everything is there and more than enough space available. Very clean & well organized! Also loved the outdoor shower to wash off salt water before going back to the balcony & apartment. Thank you for this!

Ich traue mich fast gar nicht, eine so gute Bewertung abzugeben, da sonst die Wahrscheinlichkeit steigt, dass die Unterkunft ausgebucht ist, wenn wir das nächste Mal kommen wollen 🙈 Die 4 Wochen, in Lukas Apartment waren echt super schön! Das Apartment ist sehr schön, die Lage ist super und Luka ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Host! Es gab sogar ein Willkommens-Leckerli für unseren Hund, der die Fußbodenheizung in der Küche sehr genossen hat 😊 Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! PS: das WLAN ist sogar weitaus schneller, als Luka es angibt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und man kann gut zum Strand und auch in die Stadt laufen. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist super. In der Wohnung gibt es viele Ablagemöglichkeiten und die Haken sind an den richtigen Stellen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Ab und zu kam auch eine sehr süße Katze vorbei. Die Kommunikation mit Maja hat immer super geklappt. Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht und auch bei Regen wurde uns nicht langweilig, da genug Bücher und eine PlayStation zur Verfügung standen. Zwei kleine Mankos: Die Toilette und die Hängeschränke in der Küche sind eher für große Menschen geeignet, da beides hoch hängt. Und es gab sehr viele Mücken und kein Mückengitter.

Het huisje was zeer mooi, goed gepoetst en zeer gezellig ingericht. Het voelde onmiddellijk als thuis aan.We hadden een groot terras waar je ‘s morgens spectaculaire zons opgang kreeg ,het ‘s middags en ‘s avonds goed toeven was als het te heet werd op het strandje. De tuin is prachtig onderhouden en staat vol met bloemen die heel mooie vlinders aantrekt. De Jacuzzi was ook super met uitzicht op de zee en ‘s avonds kan je BbQ ‘n met weer een mooi terrras , zicht op zee. Ook een wasmachine is er te beschikking. Wij hebben 5 dagen genoten van de rust, het geweldig panorama en de heldere zee. Bedankt voor de zeer mooie vakantie, de rust in het mooi huisje. Wij komen zeker terug. Toni’s place was perfect!! My wife and I booked a stay within the palace walls and it ended up being intolerably loud so we left after one night and was able to book Toni’s place! It was SO MUCH better. Right outside the palace walls, so it is close to the action, but very quiet. Amazing view of the sea off a small balcony. Toni had the place stocked with coffee, shampoo & conditioner, band-aids, razors and pretty much anything you may need. The AC unit worked well. You get in with a code for each door so check in was very easy. Right next to a supermarket as well.

Tako lokacija kot apartma sta presegla naša pričakovanja. Apartma sodobno opremljen in izredno čist. Ima vso oziroma celo več opreme kot jo pričakuješ za robinzonske počitnice. Zasebna plaža in lokacija apartmaja nudita zasebnost in mir, da se lahko spočiješ. Cesta je res slabša vendar tako mora biti, saj drugače bi bila lokacija preveč obiskana in z veliko turistov s čemer bi izgubila svoj čar. Malden in Momir sta izredno prijazna in vedno priskočita na pomoč v kolikor kaj potrebuješ kakor tudi z nasveti. Imeli smo se noro lepo in škoda, da je vse tako hitro minilo 😄.
