The unit is just right for us. It has all the things you need on your stay. You can cook if you want and if you want to just order out, there are a ton of restaurants and fast-food shops located just outside the subdivision. The amenities are great. Our daughter really enjoyed the pool, we are planning our next stay!!!

2nd time staying at Homey’s place. Did not disappoint. Place is near to almost any place you want to visit while/in Eastwood. The staff are also friendly and courteous.

I enjoyed my stay. The host was very friendly, very quick in responding to my requests and questions from the start. It was a very smooth transition. I like that it had everything and the door had a code. It gave a sense of security. One of the best places I've ever stay in, extremely clean,good location very close to the market and Ms Cent was very helpful and very accommodating. I would love to stay here again when coming to the Philippines and I highly recomend the place for anyone who wants to visit Manila.

I had the most relaxing staycation at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed to unwind for a few days. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the kitchen was clean too! What really stood out was how responsive and attentive the host was—from quickly answering any questions I had to checking in (without being intrusive) to make sure everything was going smoothly. They clearly put a lot of care into the stay.

This condo is perfect for my stay in Manila which allowed walkable access to shops, bars, restaurants and services. The condo is in a great area of BGC, close to everything and yet in a quiet area where you still have views to see from the windows. The condo unit is spacious providing ample living/ dining / kitchen area to move about and hosted family dinners. Lastly, it was great dealing with Lily as she is very responsive to my questions and concerns. I love this condo that i am already booked to stay again in April.

I had this place booked last minute and it’s definitely worth it. Check-in and check-out was seamless. Unit is accessible to the concert venues specifically New Frontier Theater. I had a comfy and peaceful stay. Thanks Connie and Lourdes.

My partner and I stayed at Daisy’s for almost 2 weeks and we were more than satisfied. The place was very clean and had the basic amenities. Clean and fresh towels and bed covers, blankets, pillows. Everything was in working order: the internet, the ACs, lights, hot water, kitchen stoves and utensils, fridge, and TV (Netflix). All the appliances are of great quality. The location was prime, 5 min walk to the Venice Canal Mall. Use of pool and gym was free and these facilities are well-maintained. Daisy is an amazing host and responds in record time. Lovely to talk to and answered all my questions promptly. Aside from the hiccup with checking in (our authorisation was lost in the emails somehow), it was an amazing stay and very smooth checkout. All the security guards greet you warmly. We even extended our stay because of the overall satisfaction this airbnb gave us. Would highly recommend staying here to explore BGC uptown. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Check-in war unkompliziert und die Anweisungen klar. Die Wohnung ist sehr bequem, insbesondere das Bett, es war alles drin um sich wohl zu fühlen.

First of all, Jessica's place was very cozy and it felt like home. The accessibility of her place was a plus for us! It was so convenient to go to the mall. Her place was very clean and exactly how it was described on her listing Secondly, Jessica was very responsive to messages & was friendly.

Resty was out of town during our stay but he made sure that we are taken care of. Jean, his wife, patiently waited for us when we checked in later than expected when our flight got delayed. Thank you very much, Resty and Jean! We appreciate your kindness.

When your business is around McKinley or BGC area, this is the best place for you. Best neighborhood, walkable to most places, just beside a mall, near the airport and accessible by Grab. Convenience store and a resto at the ground for a quick bite. Big enough for 2 pax, but may accommodate 4 to 6 of closest friends or family members. I am biased with the blues and grays that I felt I was just at home. Plus factor: drinking water available, auto air freshener dispenser, array of condiments if you have the time to cook, strong water supply, multi-socket extension cord within reach from the bed.
