Great place for a chill family staycation — a big house with a nice lay-out and spacious, well-stocked rooms in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the extras too, such as ample purified drinking water in a dispenser, a lot of kitchen towels, and an offer of laundry service. Appreciated the assistance from the friendly caretaker too :)

The place is splendid and convenient. I never felt away from home. It is well furnished and spacious. Even the host is pleasant and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and I highly recommend this place if you're with your friends especially if you're staying for the board exams. I would consider this if I need a place to stay again in the future.

I stayed here for my board exam. The place is very ideal and accessible. The grab drivers and angkas riders can easily find the place. It's near every eating spot. One jeep away from Dapitan and St. Jude. The house is very very clean. The room is very clean and nice and I wasn't expecting that we could really use the whole house. You can use the gas stove, TV, even the books on the shelves which are really good! The comfort room is also very clean. Ma'am Gel was very responsive and so kind. She was very understanding with our needs. The place is very superb and you will surely book this every time you need a transient house in Manila :)

overall was a very central location for our stay as we were visiting for a wedding. I think the only thing I would say is that the bed on the landing didn't have that much ventilation so we ended up bringing another fan from downstairs to offset that. Other than that all was great! the downstairs bathroom was a little tight so if your taller/bigger size I'd suggest the upstairs bathroom to be a better option.

The room was very neat, homey, and worth the price! I rented the room for a month, and the host was very welcoming, kind, and accommodating. You’ve got everything you could need, from TV with Netflix to the co-working space (which is very handy if you’re to rent the place for work/school). The place is also a 3 to 5-minute walk from the main road if you travel via commuting. Overall, I had a great stay and experience at the place!

This place is beautiful . Clean , elegant and very well maintained . It is spacious too. Parking is even offered by the host nearby . Thony is very accommodating and truly a gracious host . We had unique requests which he considered without hesitation. We highly recommend and we will come back again if we have a chance to. Thank you Thony . You really have an amazing place . The place gives off very classy and comfortable vibes. It looks even better in person, and the style is truly to my liking—it’s so aesthetic. Every room is air-conditioned, including the living room. The appliances are complete and fully functional, making it highly recommended for those planning to cook instead of ordering food. Above all, the owner is very humble and accommodating.

We always like booking this place everytime we have an event in Marikinq. It is spacious, clean, and the fact that each bedroom has a bathroom is very convenient. Love the amenities and the living area especially.

Coleens place is nice, close to everything you need, a few walk to restaurants, pharmacy and laundromat. We enjoyed our stay plus the free parking which is very important if you have a car. And we felt safe as well. Ate the next door neighbor assisted us if we have questions. Also, Ms. Coleen is very responsive when we had some issue with WIFI. Nice, homey and peaceful place in a quiet neighborhood away from the city bustle. It has enough sleeping areas for a big group or family, has indoor entertainment options like karaoke & boardgames, has an outdoor full kitchen where guests can enjoy cookouts & bbq and street parking is also available. Nadia is friendly, proactive and always reachable. Will gladly book this house again.

Nini's place had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The place itself was homey and was in a quiet community. We had no isssues during our 4D3N stay. Only catch may be the roadside parking (if you are bringing a car) as you will have to adjust to the neighborhood needs. Nini was also very responsive to our inquiries and gracious to our requests. Very good communication.
