★★★★★ Highly Recommended! This home is a hidden gem in Marikina / Lower Antipolo. All rooms, including the living area, are fully air-conditioned, making our stay extra comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous and fully equipped. The space is stylish, modern minimalist, and beautifully furnished. Everything looks and feels thoughtfully designed. It’s also incredibly clean and well-maintained. I also love how peaceful and quiet it is. It truly feels like a Tagaytay vacation home right in the middle of the city. The WiFi was also reliable, which was a big plus. If you're looking for a relaxing and cozy place to stay, this is definitely it! Would love to come back.

Van was a great host, easy to communicate with and super helpful. His place looks exactly like the photos, super nice interior! The living room was our favorite spot to hangout to, super chill, surrounded with lots of seats perfect for friends/family gathering. Bedrooms are cozy too and well air-conditioned. We also love that the place has convenient store on the ground floor, and nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we're already planning to come back 😊

Cedric and Roxy were great hosts! They gave clear and sufficient instructions. Enjoyed how close the parking slot was to the entrance of the lobby (just as advertised). Room was very clean and well furnished. It was a cozy and comfortable overnight stay for 2 pax. The building is also new and a 10-15min walk to MOA. :)

The place is great if you are looking for a place with a swimming pool within the area of Taguig. It is well maintained and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back to for our next team building activities.

My family had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants and US Embassy. The host was very responsive and made sure they had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting USEM!

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

Excellent place for a family of 12 to recover after a 14 hour flight. Great communication. Flexible with our check in. Clean place! Helpful staff!

Lita was great. She was very accommodating, quick to respond, ang very thoughtful. My family came from NY to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday. Her place was clean and efficient. My wife and I appreciated the small touches she did to have our stay amazing. Close enough to walk to SM Aura (2 blocks) / 5 blocks to Bonifacio High Street when we needed to meet with friends & family. Will definitely book again in future if possible

I stayed for 6 days for a business trip. Location was great as it is right in the middle of Ortigas business district, lots of nearby restaurants and Podium a few minutes walk. The unit is good for 1-2 persons, basic, clean and comfortable. The host was super responsive and friendly, they answered all my needs including sending a hair dryer when I requested it and accepting all my last minute guest replacements. Super thankful for such a good experience!

Jerald's place is homey and had everything we need. One of the affordable stays in the area. We are a group of 8 adults and 1 toddler and we just fit right in. Check in was a breeze and Jerald was quick to respond to queries. We also enjoyed the pool. Hope to be back.

Sulit na sulit! This Airbnb is worth every peso. Super linis, maaliwalas, at may welcoming vibe. Kompleto sa amenities, kaya parang nasa bahay lang ako. The host was very accommodating and responsive, making sure na comfortable ako throughout my stay. Sobrang dali nilang kausap, at talagang inalagaan nila ang guests. Ang location ay super convenient, malapit sa lahat ng kailangan ko. For the price, I got more than what I expected. Hindi lang ito basta accommodation—it’s an experience na babalik-balikan ko. Highly recommended!

The accommodation hosted by Gabriel perfectly suited our needs. Our group of 8 was conducting a small writeshop to meet a work deadline. Despite being on a weekend, the environment was peaceful. We used the living room and dining areas as our workspaces, which proved to be adequately sized for our purposes. We strongly endorse this location for lodging- and work-related activities. It offers a cost-effective alternative to more expensive options such as hotels and dedicated workshop venues. BTW, we really loved the compact billiard table, which we utilized during brief breaks.

highly recommended for family. if you want to go away from traffics but still you want to be near in big establishments like sm--- perfect ito. very responsive si host pati ang neighbor na nag assist sa amin. malinis amg bahay and makuwang. will surely go back here.
