Great location with amazing ocean views! Looks exactly like the photos. Provides everything you need for a day at the beach

This was our second stay at James’ place at the Royal Mauian. Everything we loved in our April ‘24 review was true again this visit. This is a perfect spot for two people. Everything you need is right there. We stayed ten days and used our rental car three times. James is very responsive. The Royal Mauian is one of the few condos in Kihei that is on the beach side of the road. The beach is within 100 yards of the condo and many food options are right across the street.

This was the absolute perfect spot! Peaceful but still fun!

Great stay at Tara's. Very relaxing in beautiful surroundings. Lots of whale activity viewable from the patio, sea turtles in the shallows off the small beach and even a visit from a sleepy Monk Seal while we were there. Easy walk to marina area for shops, restaurants, and snorkeling and whale watching excursions. Nice not to have to try and find a parking spot at the marina. Overall great stay and would definitely stay again.

This condo was stunning, had a beautiful view, and was conveniently located right across from Sugar Beach in Kihei. Ululani’s Shaved Ice is also nearby and not to be missed!! We enjoyed evenings watching the sunset 🌅 from the balcony and the pool. Andrew was a responsive, friendly host and allowed for a smooth, earlier check in. Of note, the hot tub is not currently in service, and may not be for a while (March 2025). The condo has everything you’d need for the beach and was well equipped with boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers and umbrella. We had a really great time and would stay again. And the massage chair!!! Omg the best.

Es fing schon toll mit der Konversation an. Wir hatten immer mal Fragen. Christie war nie genervt, im Gegenteil! Das Einchecken war mega einfach. Im Kühlschrank war schon ein kleines Geschenk! Auch Essentials, die man zum Kochen braucht, sind schon vorhanden. Die Terrasse zur ebenen Erde haben wir auch sehr geliebt. Der Parkplatz 5 Meter entfernt. Luxus! Zum Grill war es auch nicht weit. Ca. 30 Meter ! Haben tatsächlich jeden Abend gegrillt. Die beiden Häuser sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Grills werden jeden Morgen gereinigt ... Es gibt nichts Schlechtes zu sagen! Es war einfach nur schön! Vielen Dank Christie!

This place has everything you need for a great funfilled Maui vacation in Kihei! Close enough to all the activites you'd want to do in Maui, yet far enough from the hustle and bustle to have a relaxed, easy going, quiet time at the condominium complex. The view is to die for! We could see whales spouting and jumping in the distance this time of year (end of March,) and a birdseye view of the beautiful Maui sunsets! Only a few stone throws to the beach too! The condo has all the supplies you need for a day at the beach. I recommend checking out the condo first before shopping, so you don't end up buying things that the condo might already have!

The perfect spot to stay for an adventure filled Maui vacation. It is centrally located on the island where there are multiple food trucks, restaurants, and a grocery store in walking distance. The place is at an intersection of 2 somewhat busy streets but the street traffic was not heard inside. The apartment owner has a big map of Maui hanging up with about 20 suggested locations to visit which we found to be very useful as we did a 5-day self-guided tour of the island. I would stay here again for future Maui vacations.

Dana and Sebastian’s place was absolutely perfect! It was beautiful, cozy, and spotless, with every amenity you could need for a relaxing vacation. The location is so convenient—there are an abundance of necessities just a short walk away - grocery stores, corner stores, restaurants, dessert spots, cafes, trinket dealers, really just anything you could hope for. Definitely check out South Maui Gardens right next door and the ocean/beach directly across the street!!! The home was incredibly clean and well-organized, with everything clearly labeled, making it easy to find whatever we needed. We especially enjoyed using the grill to cook steaks poolside—such a treat! This place truly has everything you could ask for, and we can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommend!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this place! About a five minute walk to the beach and five minute drive to the heart of Kihei! Couldn’t recommend it more.

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

Great condo in a great location in Kihei, well stocked with many eclectic things you may need during your stay. Beds were comfortable and the living room was spacious. Convenient parking nearby and great ocean views.

The view from the room of the beach, the view from the veranda of the beach, pool and blue sky, the sunset in the evening, and the beautiful starry sky at night were all truly breathtaking. The living room sofa is large and the bed is also very comfortable. The washing machine and dryer were perfect, and the shower had amazing water pressure, making our stay incredibly enjoyable. We traveled to Maui to surf, and this location was convenient for accessing many beaches. The building's parking lot was spacious, and there was an elevator, providing ample room even when bringing two surfboards. Our host, Andrew, was very reliable, responding quickly and providing accurate information. The room's atmosphere and stylish decor were exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The inside was cuter than pictured! A/C worked amazing and the place was very clean and had soooo many nice accommodations, like first aid, kitchen supplies, towels, etc. FYI the microwave has a convection oven feature that fits a huge baking sheet so there is an oven after all!

Aloha, If you are in doubt Just Book it Now! So glad for the opportunity staying at Aaron’s condo. Beautiful unblocked views of the ocean/sunsets. The apt is luxurious and big. Had everything we needed and more. My wife and I had a blast enjoying it in Maui. The location is great, quiet, private, secure and close to everything. Super close to Big Beach which we liked a lot. Also recommend doing the Hoapili Trail in the lava fields, just down the road there. Aaron was very attentive and fast to respond to any questions we had. Definitely want to come back here. Mahalo nui loa.

Viktoria’s condo & the surrounding are absolutely beautiful & peaceful. The condo was very clean & easy to navigate. It is located right in the middle of our favorite beaches on Maui. We could not ask for a more perfect location. Our kids played tennis daily at the gorgeous Wailea Tennis Club(across the street). Snorkeling was right at hand once we walked 2’ down to the beachfront. Best of all, we could see and hear the ocean from our spacious lanai.

Dane was a wonderful host. He was quick to reply and helpful when we had questions. The condo is private and has wonderful views. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Barbara was wonderful. Gave good instructions on how to enter the property. There are elevators, so don’t feel you have to lug your luggage up three flights like we did. BE SURE your rental can clear six feet to enter the parking structure. Any issues were met with prompt solutions, many times going above what was expected. The view from the condo was incredible!! We chose to stay in the second room as we could see sunrise WHILE LAYING IN BED!! You WILL view sea turtles just off the lanai every single day, especially during high tide. Two couples can stay comfortably, however, there is only one stand up shower (other is a tub/shower without doors). Bedrooms are right next to each other & second bedroom closes off as a room with an accordian wall. The list of recommendations were on point & we found ourselves going to Cafe Ole every chance we had. The plantation around Cafe Ole was beautiful. Great spot to walk around, eat, and shop for gifts and local food. We highly recommend.

This is our second stay in this unit and we just love it. The location is great, right in the middle of Ekahi, but it feels so private. Sitting with the doors to the lanai open and just listening to the birds is fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Everything about this place was spectacular! It was exactly as described and met all of our needs. We had 5 adult family members and one teenager and there was plenty of room for all of us. Beautiful condo inside and out. Very clean and spacious. Right on the golf course with ocean views and fabulous sunsets. Close to everything in Wailea (beaches, shops, restaurants, etc.) Kanako the host was quick to respond when I had a question before and after our arrival. There was even a large welcome basket of goodies for us when we arrived! I would highly recommend this place and cannot wait to come back someday.

Great location, comfortable beds, and excellent value! Plus right next to pool! Walking distance to coffee, restaurants, shops. All rooms including bedrooms have separate AC control for those that like it a little cooler at night. Great communication from host.

This was my families first time in Maui and we had an amazing time. We did not realize until after booking how close this place was to the beach and lots of local shops and restaurants. It was very spacious for 6 people (3 couples) and we felt right at home. Would definitely stay again.
