I have been in many AirBnB around the world, but this is my first time in AirBnB in Indonesia. Overall the place are ok, clean, have amenities, complete kitchen stuff for cooking. All places we stayed before always provide toilet paper, towels, and kitchen towel to wipe the plates and utensil, but those things we could not find in this AirBnB. It would be great if the host prepare those for guests because its very basic that everyone need it. The host prepare bread and coffee which are very nice and he is very communicative also which its a big help to get easy check in. The villa contact person Mr. Budi also super nice and very helpful.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. The location was good to get around to the city or Batu. Water pressure in the shower was great with water heater. All in all it was good as advertised. Value for money specifically for large group of family.

Villa "nginepin" sangat bersih.. Cocok untuk staycation bersama keluarga & teman2.. Perabotannya merk mahal semua guys😁 Water heater berfungsi semua di kamar mandi atas maupun bawah.. Peralatan dapur lengkap semua hanya saja kurang di bagian perbumbuan seperti garam, kecap dsb. Sempat kehabisan gas lpg tapi pak eko sangat gercep sekali datang ke villa untuk mengganti gas.. Bagi yg membawa anak kecil harap hati2 karna banyak tangga jd harus selalu diawasi.. Kolam renang bersih banget dan ada tempat untuk bilasnya juga.. maaf bila kami terakhir meninggalkan makanan sisa ya pak dan blm sempat membuang, mohon maaf sekali lagi🙏🏻 terimakasih nginepin villa dan terimakasih pak eko☺️🙏🏻

Saya menginap disini selama 2 malam. Fasilitas, pelayanan, dan respon pemilik Villa sangat memuaskan! Next time, saya akan merekomendasikan Villa ini kepada keluarga dan kerabat terdekat jika sedang mengunjungi sekitaran area kota Batu dan kota Malang. Jika anda memerlukan tempat tinggal yang mampu menampung hingga 12 orang, saya rekomendasikan anda untuk booked villa ini

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The property looked exactly like the photos absolutely stunning. The location was perfect, conveniently close to the city center, fantastic restaurants, and popular tourist spots. The amenities were top notch, from a fully equipped kitchen and cozy bed to blazing-fast Wi-Fi. The host went above and beyond to ensure a great experience, always friendly and quick to respond. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and super flexible. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle free and enjoyable stay!

Tempatnya mudah dicari, letaknya paling sudut dekat dengan parkiran public, banyak pedagang makanan dari pagi hingga malam yang keliling kompleks

Rumahnya rapi, bersih, pemandangannya bagus, ada club housenya jg yang bs digunakan untuk berenang🥰 Pokoknya puas banget menginap disana, sangat cocok untuk staycation bersama keluarga😍😍😍

Recomended as a place to stay if you go to Batu. All of my family even all the kids are happy to stay in this Villa. Thanks to Mr Rudi for the strawberry

Sangat menyenangkan tinggal di vila Arina. tempat sesuai seperti di gambar, yg menginap sangat menikmati bisa berkaraoke dan bermain bilyard (meskipun aslinya gak bisa main sih… tp jadi hiburan banget). Ada kendala di air yg agak lama keluar, tp owner fast respon dan cepat memanggilkan handyman utk cepat ditangani. Juga owner memberikan cashback serta perpanjangan waktu utk check out Krn hal ini. terimakasih sudah bisa menginap di tempat yg bagus, bersih dan nyaman seperti di vila Arina ini.

I arrived with my big family about 12 peoples & kids. They were quite happy and enjoyed each other just felt like homey. We could made barbecue as well as grilling for dinner eventhough the weather was rainy.

What a fantastic find! Suhanto was an amazing host - super responsive and friendly throughout our stay. The location is perfect, right near main road but still peaceful and quiet. The place offers great value for money and Suhanto's proactive communication made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay!

All was great, however the host was unresponsive when we need to check in, when we arrived at the hotel we need to look for other info because the host didn’t respond my message and didn’t give any check in information. Fortunately, the number in Gmaps is correct so we could call the villa guard.

I would give Sama house a six star if I could to Hanif’s beautiful villa. There were lots of seating areas inside the house and live plants with big openable windows. I was not surprised when Hanif mentioned that he is an interior designer as most corners of the home were aesthetic. There were wall plugs and small tables next to the chairs in front of the bedrooms making it a cozy spot when you want to spend some guiltless browsing on your phone. Being such a passionate host, every little detail was thought of including the lemongrass scent inside the home which makes you feel like you have entered a spa resort. The bathtub in my bedroom and the bedroom upstairs was so indulgent. I had a nice soak with frangipani bubble bath and salt. There were multiple clothes hangers inside the bathrooms which usually gets amiss in some airbnb homes I have been to. The rooftop made enjoying Batu’s cool fresh air and good conversations at an easy reach. Remarkable and thank you Hanif for ur effort!
