Host nya sangat cooperative dan informatif. Awal booked mendadak cancel H-1 padahal itu di peek season dan stelah konfirm host dengan baik hatinya request kami untuk di reschedule di accept 🥹 Untuk lokasi villa sangat strategis, ke alun-alun dan tempat pariwisata sangat dekat, cari makanan mudah. Amaze dengan bangunannya, bener2 setiap space berfungsi dengan baik, semua tempat bersih, ameneties lengkap, disediakan air minum, makanan, buah yang cukup. Perlengkapan BBQ dan jacuzzi lengkap juga, bawa anak-anak juga seneng karna disediakan uno, free netflix juga. Pokoknya ini sangat worth it ditengah harga hotel di Kota Batu yang sangat mahal-mahal.

nice villa with beautiful surroundings and scenery. homey and family vibes villa. the family room are big with sofa and carpets provided, so you can gather with 10+ people there to chit chat or playing games. kitchen utensils are quite complete you can cook by yourself. there is no TV here so you can't do karaoke or watching movies, but you can bring your own laptop and speaker. there is wifi connection provided here, but sometimes the internet speed is not stable. in the midnight the electricity power for the bedrooms is disconnected, no problem because we were going to sleep anyway. the villa staff (pak Sukar) is also helpful and kind to us. overall good experience, but some detail needs to be improved : 1. the bathroom door lock is stucked 2. the carpet and sofa quite dusty, need to be vacuumed. 3. the gas-powered water heater worked once, but then it didn't work for the whole day until check out. maybe upgrading into an electric water heater might be a solution

Recommended airbnb to stay. Superb host. Always responsive on every queries. Airbnb accommodate to large group. Will repeat to stay again if visiting Malang in future.

it's such a nice smart home, very clean and it has strategic location near jatim park 3, my children was very happy to talk with google 😁😁.. the water pressure is good and it also has water heater in every bathroom, i will book this place again if i come back to malang.. thank you pak irwan for such responsive response 😊

we loved staying here. the villa is beautifully decorated with all the listed amenities. the villa’s keeper was also very helpful. she gave us recommendations for laundry services and masseuses. overall, very good experience and highly recommended!

Penyewa sangat responsif dan bisa dihubungin. Sangat kooperatif. Vila yg kami pakai sangat besar untuk 16 orang, worth it untuk disewakan dan sesuai deskripsi. Ada mas Vila yg jika dihubungin ada masalah segera datang. Terkadang air habis harus tunggu pompa air naik 10menit mgkn krn 16org pakai mandi, wajar bgt. Dan sangat dimaklumin. Paling utk wcnya lantainya lebih diberaihkan. Tp masih wajar bgt n oke. Dengan harga segini, fasilitas dekat kemana2, ranjang byk. Sangat worth it. Semua keluarga mengakui puas.

Villa ini sangat menyenangkan, bagus, dan rapi. Kebersihan terjaga dengan baik, dan desain interiornya modern serta nyaman. Lokasinya strategis, dekat dengan tempat wisata dan fasilitas umum, namun tetap tenang dan damai. Kolam renangnya bersih dan jernih, sangat menyenangkan untuk digunakan. Tuan rumah ramah dan sangat membantu. sangat direkomendasikan!
