Good place to stay in Malang. The location is strategic, near Bus Terminal, Soekarni Hatta Area with its culinary, central town, Train Station, Airport and also hidden access to Batu. All facilities is well maintained, though we don't use it oftenly since most of our time in Malang was spent outside the house. The host is friendly but need to be more proactive to explore customer needs during the booking and checkout time. Thanks Pak Sarwono & family.

Chez Moi homey sekali. Rumahnya di dalam komplek besar, bisa untuk jogging/jalan pagi. Bu Desy sangat membantu dan responsif sekali.

Sofi is a friendly and helpful host. They always responded in a timely manner. We had a rain leak that made the master bed wet and a power outage, and both times, they were very quick to respond and solve the problems. Their property is nice, clean and cozy. Perfect for a small family gathering. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen amenities are complete.

Stayed here because we planned a trip to Bromo. Luckily, the location is on the way to the jeep basecamp! However, unfortunately, there’s only one air-conditioned room, and there’s only one fan. The sitting toilet is available in just one bathroom. Other than that, everything was great!

i really love Mr. and Mrs. I Made treat us.. feels like home.. very responsive, friendly and always ask us if we need help or not.. i really enjoyed and definitely will comeback again.. thankyou Mr. and Mrs I Made.. 🫶

Tempatnya sangat nyaman dan proses chekc in check out mudah & fleksibel. Fasilitas lengkap sesuai deskripsi, banyak free essentials things sehari2 juga, jadi bikin ga repot & lebih nyaman untuk menginap. Lingkungannya adem & tenang. Pemilik rumah fast respon dan ramah. Terima kasih. Kalau ke daerah sini lagi pastinya ga kapok untuk ke sini lagi

Nyaman banget stay disini, serasa rumah sendiri. Lantai kamar mandi ok banget, gak licin.. buat saya yang punya baby, gak khawatir kepleset :) ac, water heater juga berfungsi dengan baik. Satpamnya juga ramah :) Lokasinya strategis.. kalo nanti ke malang lagi, pasti nginep disini lagi :D

Rumah sangat bersih dan peralatan komplit, seperti dapur dilengkapi alat masak, dispenser dan galon, dan disediakan mesin cuci, jadi cocok untuk short maupun long stay. Lingkungannya juga enak ada di dalam perumahan yang aksesnya melalui jalan besar. Mungkin akan kembali menginap di sini lagi apabila ada kesempatan selanjutnya.

Tempatnya bagus dan bersih. Tempatnya juga luas untuk di kisaran harga segitu sangat worth it. Walaupun tidak ada ac juga tetap dingin. Meskipun kadang masih banyak mobil parkir sembarangan dan agak sulit masuknya. Overall nice stay

The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Suitable for big group of friends or family.

This warm and lovely house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Malang. Great location: Malang City Point mall and Cyber Mall about 10 minutes on foot, there are some good eateries nearby as well. The house is clean, WiFi was fast, there's cable TV, AC in the living room. The master bedroom didn't have an AC but the other two bedrooms had AC. The rooms were quite spacious and the beds were comfy. There's a bathroom in the master bedroom, a smaller bathroom by the living room, and a sink right next to it (no sink in the second bathroom). The kitchen is clean and well equipped. The host, Dary and his family were amazing. The communication is great, Dary was always quick to respond every single time. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for those who visit Malang.

Our family had a perfect stay in this villa.. Listrik sempat mati, tapi di villa ini menyediakan genset, jd keadaan dapat segera teratasi. Owner dan petugas villa bekerja sama sangat baik apabila kami perlu sesuatu bisa segera direspon. Kolam renang besar, sirkulasi udara bagus.. Puas stay disini.. Very recommended 👍👍👍

Ms. Olliviana's house is as great as described. Sparkling clean with modern furnishing, a huge TV & comfortable beds & fast wifi. Would highly recommend her place to anybody visiting Batu Malang.

We had a nice stay at Oruma Guest House! The place was clean, comfortable. Communication with Fina was smooth, and she was upfront about one of the rooms not having air conditioning. While it wasn’t a big issue, it would be even better if all bedrooms had AC in the future. Overall, a pleasant experience, and we’d consider staying again!

over all cukup oke, hanya saja di beberapa tempat sedikit berdebu, dan di depan carpot ada tumpukan pasir, sepertinya baru selesai renov, sebenernya tdk menggangu sih cuma gak enak d pandang saja, untuk di beberapa perabotan mungkin butuh sedikit di lap, kerena buat saya yg punya alergi debu lumayan sedikit mengganggu, tp secara tempat oke bgt buat keluarga yg membawa anak kecil, dan bapak ibu saya, suka bgt, suskes terus buat pemilik villa
