This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

as a retired hotel manager and chef I found the kitchen one of the best I've come across on AirB&B, sharp knives, good workspace, range of utensils, pots, pans etc. The decor of the place immediately reflected peace and tranquillity, excellent and quiet air conditioning, hot water to all sinks, basins and outlets (wow). Whilst being within easy walking distance to all the night-life, shopping malls and public markets it was surprising just how quiet and peaceful the neighbourhood was. Security was always polite and attentive. Plenty of nice touches, fresh coffee beans with a grinder and coffee machine (as a coffee lover this was brilliant), filtered water etc. Will definitely look to stay here again when in Manila.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The unit is clean, well-decorated, and fully equipped, making it a perfect home base. The highlight was the balcony view, where we enjoyed a stunning fireworks display from the Mall of Asia during New Year. The location is ideal, with great dining and shopping nearby, and the host was very accommodating. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Homee Philippines was an excellent location for me and my girlfriend. 7 - 10 minute walk to the Greenbelt/Landmark area where you can find an array of different upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, and fine clothing. Overall, the apartment is very modern, with TV’s in both bedroom and living room, clean and a fabulous view of the city :)

Truly a relaxing stay. If you want to be close to restaurants but walking distance to the BGC core this is your place. We felt right at home and safe. Christia was super supportive with all our questions. Would definitely return for another stay.

The place is great if you are looking for a place with a swimming pool within the area of Taguig. It is well maintained and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back to for our next team building activities.

The level of hospitality by ma’am Nel and sir Tony was beyond exceptional! The area could be a little intimidating at first, especially the alley to the entrance but the neighbors were actually very nice and friendly. The place was comfortable for our family of 9 and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for accommodating ma’am and sir!

My family and I had a nice stay here! The place was clean, it has everything you need and there are lots of close-by landmarks like Uptown Mall. The house and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful so my family had a relaxing stay. The host was also always quick to respond whenever we had concerns. Overall, its a really good place that I can recommend to anybody eyeing it!

Location is perfect for team bonding. Best place to relax and unwind. We don’t feel that we are still in the metro since the place is private and quiet. Bedrooms are perfect reminds me of a vacation home in the province. The staffs are kind and accomodating. It was a warm welcome for all us. Overall, it was a great stay for me and our team. Before I booked our stay, I had a chat with Ian and Clifford. They were very responsive and I appreciate their flexibility on our requests. There was a bit of miscommunication on our end when we checked out, but they were patient and understanding. Ate Belen, the caretaker, is very sweet and kind. Talking with her felt like we knew her for a long time. The house was very spacious and clean. We brought our small dogs with us and they had room to run around and play. The place is very quiet so it's ideal for guests who want to have a quick quiet time. We had a peaceful sleep at night. Overall, we thank you so much for allowing us to use your house as our venue for our prenup shoot. We enjoyed every minute and we highly recommend this to our friends and families.

We arrived at Andrew’s place early in the morning and we are greeted by the housekeeper without any problems. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that made my family feel comfortable. Two of the bedrooms is next to street so it’s a little bit noisy. One of the bathroom is really huge but the other one has limited space that we tried to manage getting our bathroom amenities put together on top the toilet tank. What we really liked about the place is that each of the bedrooms has its own AC, the karaoke in the living room, and the fish pond on the bottom of the stairs! Extra blankets are provided as well! We enjoyed very much having to use the karaoke especially my 2 grand babies! I just wish the kitchen cabinets would be more cleaner and have more condiments especially coffee😜. Thank you!

While the AC is in the living room, it still kept the whole apartment comfortable. It was a bit warmer in the mid-afternoon, but come 6PM, it was nice and chilly. Love that the listing was spacious and clean. Will definitely book again.p

Ms Kim is a super host. Very responsive to all queries, helpful in every way, kind and will do everything to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible.

The location is convenient, making it easy to get to and from the airport, which was a huge plus for us. The condo itself is well-kept and comfortable, offering all the amenities I needed for a short stay. The area can be a bit noisy at times due to its proximity to the airport.

A lovely apartment in a community feeling condo. Great swimming pools, coffee shop and a convenience store to grab some essentials.

The place was exactly what you see in the picture. The host has a great deal especially with its amenities. One downside is the elevator of the place it takes almost 10-15mins for you to be able to get down. But all in all, our stay and the place is superb. Will definitely book again. Thank you!

We stayed here for four nights and we totally loved it! Everything works well ans we never experienced a single issue. Lemmor is also very responsive and friendly, one of the great hosts we've had so far! We definitely recommend his place for anyone who likes privacy and for those who likes to cook their own meals. Convenience stores are just few walks aways so you can definitely buy anything you need. This is really a happy place!
