Recently stayed at this property, I always believed that the actual place was never as beautiful as pictures, but Payal's property proved it wrong. It's exactly how it's shown in pictures, absolutely beautiful, neat and clean with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is amazing too. Payal as a host is the sweetest person, very helpful and accomodating. The view from the window is also very fresh, withnessed a very serene sunrise. Perfect for weekend escape!

Location is great, place is great, caretaker was very helpful, only one thing that wasn't upto the mark was the pool, it was not clean, and though it was holi and everyone had holiday, we had to clean it by ourselves, please make sure it's clean before check in. Overall place was great, would like to visit again

Initially, we had planned some sightseeing, but the villa was so peaceful and pretty that we decided to stay in and enjoy. The terrace was also a great spot for birdwatching. Very cozy and well organised apartment best place to live with freinds and families, spacious interiors, properly working amenities, all toiletries provided, utensils condition was very good. On the top host Gaurav is very prompt in his response to any query or complain, He is a very calm and polite person, there is a market nearby at the entrance of the society so we were able to buy anything we want, all the online vendors like Swiggy Insta Zomato Amazon Flipkart all do deliveries to this society. Its one of the luxurious societies of Pune, well connected to all the important places by road. Surrounding is also calm and quiet a noise free living, you can also access society amenities like Gym, clubhouse, park, lake boating, evening walk around the lake, very big area to explore, Security is very good, 24×7 accessible property, one of the most safe places to live. On top of everything host behaviour is supreme, he is good at resolving any issue quickly whereas you will find no issue

If you are travelling Baner, Pune and looking for an accommodation, this is the ideal place to stay. Great location, Restaurants and Offices are in walking distance however the place is in a quite residential area. Spotless 1 BHK spacious apartment and super helpful owner, what else you need for a short visit. Even the owner visited once to see if we are comfortable. Great stay this time and will definitely choose to be here next time
