Fabulous hostess and very accommodating, she informed me that she had changed the lication and offered money back, in exchange I accepted being hosted at her place in Area 3, very close to many great amenities, Area 3 is a wonderful ruch area that should be explored further and has some great hangouts, local market, and wonderful people. Daniela (Chikondi) also has help (Estee) who is a great cook and who keeps the house tidy and clean all week. Place was super clean and I got to enjoy great conversation with Daniela (she taught me several Malawian dishes and iffered to teach me Chichewa!). She is mindful and respectful of the personal space, provided great tips and even went completely out if her way to make my stay in Lilongwe memorable. Highly recommend for those looking for a homely feeling and experience ❤

I had a lovely time staying here. Host is super friendly and the place is as described in the pictures. The place is located in safe quiet area with security and care takers available to help. The care takers were also really nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this place and would be staying there again.

Lovely new building. Furnishings are lovely. Some finer details need to be worked on, but overall a very nice unit. I believe this is a newer area and therefore the distance, lack of presence of other community members, and unstable wifi left my family in the need for a different rental. The owner, and what seemed to be the management team, went above and beyond to accommodate our many very last minute requests.

Marjan 's place is like a little island of heaven in Lilongwe. The house is so welcoming, and the staff too. It gives you a feeling of being at home. You can walk to old town in less than 20 minutes and if you need to travel by bus outside Lilongwe it's not far from bus companies. The garden add a special touch of rest and peace.

Very thankful for this house location and amenities. Travelling from Canada with a toddler, we felt comfortable on this return / 2nd visit. The AC, Wifi, hot water, and backup generator are strong and dependable. The beds are comfortable and room sizes are good. My international family and local family will definitely use this rental again.

Timmy is a great host and a person! we arrived late, but he patiently waited for us at the houses. He communicated well throughout our stay. Provided all the instructions and tips well enough. He encouraged us to feel at home and use whatever we need. In fact, Timmy had a big papaya and cold water in the fridge for us, which we are truly grateful for. The place is in a secure peaceful neighborhood of Lilongwe. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a safe place in Lilongwe!

The house is beautiful, cosy and comfortable. The rooms are clean, spacious and some even with air-cons. The big kitchen is fully-equipped and there's plenty of fridge and freezer space. The pool is just perfect for hot days and relaxing. Ines the housekeeper is friendly and helpful, really made us feel like at home as did all the other staff too. Security is top-notch. Excellent place for short or long term stays in Lilongwe. The location is perfect since it's on the quiet side of town, away from all the dusty roadworks, but still close enough from Gateway Mall and other shopping places. Will definitely come again when visiting Mzuzu and highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfy stay in Lilongwe.

The house was one of the nicest we’ve seen. Very modern, comfortable and fully equipped. The staff were very helpful. The views and location right in the water was gorgeous. We really enjoyed relaxing at this property.
