I never expected Kudat to have such amazing villas. Serendipity is a beachfront villa with 4 tastefully furnished luxurious rooms. Our spacious room was located upstairs with a really comfortable bed, dressing table, tv, day bed, fan, adequate lighting and two air conditioners. The room has a big sea-facing balcony which is perfect for yoga and night photography to capture the stars and Milky Way. However, it can get pretty hot in the afternoon as there is direct sunlight into the room. This villa is very exclusive, quiet and serene. You will truly enjoy this place with its own swimming pool and a fully equipped self-catering kitchen and not to mention the ‘private’ beach with stunning sunsets. And oh, the beach cabana is a keeper!!! Phone reception is non-existence but WiFi is available in the vicinity (however signal is poor in the rooms upstairs). Bring your own ingredients to cook unless you want to drive out for meals or cater from the management. Nearest restaurants are about 10-15 mins away to the Tip of Borneo, or about 20km to town. This place is part of the Kudat Riviera exclusive villas, which is very well maintained. Every morning their workers are seen cleaning up the beach and gardens. Definitely worth a visit to have a break from the hustle and bustle of Kota Kinabalu city. I do hope this place remains well-kept and not lose its charm as more people start to discover this hidden gem..

overall, it is a nice place to gather with your family and friends. just need to provide more plug/ extension if you come in groups.

From the moment we arrived we knew that we had make the right choice by staying here. A great location with good local amenities available. We used the on site restaurant on the first evening (Fat Cupid) we had read previous reviews and were not disappointed. Perhaps the best meal that we ate on the island! The host was very friendly and informative and was on hand when we need. After a long day on the beach it was really refreshing to be able to use the onsite pool which was kept in great condition. We even managed to squeeze in a trip to Lassie the only pet rescue on the island. I certainly would fully recommend to stay here and hope to use again. We wish you every success in the future.

Wonders' studio is my favorite one when coming to KL. Wifi is great, he respons really fast when I had any questions and it's a comfy and quiet room to stay in.

It's really a great experience staying inside this unique place! Give 11 out of 10 for the clealiness of the room we stayed T10😍 Hopefully to get back here again with my friends. btw, might need to park further a little bit if all the car parks are all occupied.

Nous avons passé une super nuit dans ce airbnb qui était impeccable à tout point de vue. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre, le lit confortable et la salle de bains avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Il y a même une cuisine partagée si vous souhaitez cuisiner, juste à partager avec une chambre mais nous, nous étions seuls. Merci beaucoup à Samanda pour ses précieux conseils, pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Je recommande à 100% !

A spacious place to rest with the family. The person in charge was very helpful and gave us clear instructions so that we could enter easily.

The place was good located, very clean and spacious. We liked the place a lot. Walk distance from train station, night market and lot of restaurants. Bathroom is shared, but we were alone, so we could enjoy it.

Bon logement, l'appartement est bien situé et il y a pas mal d'activité à faire aux alentours. Idéal si vous comptez venir à Penang pour 4/5 jours.

Clean and comfy. The hotel also centrally located and easy to park the car. Recommended!
