Malgrat de Mar : locations de vacances qui acceptent les fumeurs

Direkt vor der Unterkunft ist eine Bushaltestelle und ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ein Bahnhof. Von dort ist man in 20 Minuten in Barcelona an der Haltestelle Catalunya. Wir sind morgens immer so in die Stadt und abends wieder zurück. Die Wohnung selbst liegt in einem Ruhigen Vorort und man kann sich gut vor dem Trubel der Stadt verstecken.

Lækker lejlighed med en fin terrasse/have. Fult Udstyret med rumlige værelser. Flere caféer tæt på. Sabadell er en fin og sikker by, dog et styke fra Barcelona som nemt kan nås med tog. Hurtig respons. Vil gerne benytte lejligheden igen.

Nice spot, a little out of the main tourist areas, but easy to get around on the metro which is just over the road. Lou was very helpful with some restaurant recommendations for my partner who is gluten free and good instructions. Apartment is nice and quiet and feels authentic. The outdoor terrace is a good bonus.

Appartement fonctionnel et plutôt grand pour une famille de 4. Arrivée pratique, consigne pour les bagages au RDC. Pas très bien insonorisé mais cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé . Proche des métros, central. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour merci !

Very good location. 9 mins walk to La Sagrada Familia. 5-10 mins walk away from Bus stops and Metro. Many local restaurants and eateries nearby. The only down sides are a single toilet/ bathroom shared by five people and only 3 toilet rolls provided for 4 days. Anyhow, we enjoyed the stay.

Korter asub heas naabruskonnas, meeldiv ja turvaline, suhtlus kiire ja sõbralik. -metroopeatus lähedal, pääseb kiirelt kõikjale. -ümbruskonnas baarid, restoranid, toidupoed, hea näha kohalikku elu - majas on lift  -rõdud tänavale ja hoovi poole (saab tervitada naabriprouasid, kes pesu kuivama  riputavad) - puhas, hästi varustatud (pesumasin, kohvimasin jne) - vaiksed magamistoad, ei kuulnud tänavamüra ega naabreid Korterit haldab firma HappyPlaceBarcelona, mis küsis  isiklikku meiliaadressi. Enne saabumist saadeti meilile põhjalik küsitlus kõigi 4 inimese kohta. Seejärel saadeti arve, milles nõuti 500 eurot deposiidiks ja turismimaksu 4 inimese eest (kuigi meil oli 2 last, kelle eest ei pea maksma). Kui imestasin, miks, siis sellest arvest loobuti, sest deposiidi eest hoolitseb Airbnb, laste eest ei maksnud. Korteris oli vaid 2 tekki, meid oli 4. Oli imelik, et pidime mitu korda paluma ja põhjendama, et saada igaühele oma tekk. Jäid uskuma ja tõid :).

Un espacio cálido para disfrutar en familia. Un lugar muy recomendable para desconectar de la ciudad y descansar y respirar aire puro. El lugar es tal cual se describe en la descripción, y sobre todo permite aprovechar el tiempo con muchas opciones de juegos de mesa y mucho espacio para jugar con los niños. En conclusión, un lugar muy recomendable para disfrutar en familia.

Wir hatten das Haus für 4 Wochen gebucht und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Blick und die Lage sind fantastisch und die Umgebung sehr schön. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Mobiliar ist hier und da ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Internetverbindung ist sehr gut. Dieses Haus ist ohne Vorbehalte sehr zu empfehlen. Bei der Organisation einer Zwischenreinigung war Bogdan sehr hilfreich und hat auch auf alle unsere (sehr wenigen) Fragen schnell reagiert.

Très bon deuxième séjour dans cette maison spacieuse, accueillante, propre, agréable et super bien équipée ! Excellent rapport qualité prix ! Irene et sa famille sont très aimables, souples et réactifs. Merci pour tout ! Nous recommandons à 200% et ne serions pas contre un troisième séjour dans cette si belle région !

Our stay at Can Rovira in El Brull was wonderful. It is a beautiful scenic location with a charming home. Ivo was a great host, always available if needed. This is one of our favorite locations to visit of many past Airbnb stays. Gracias Ivo!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Carla, avec une vue magnifique, parfait pour la déconnexion et la reconnection à la nature. Nous avons passé vraiment des super vacances entre amis

Hem passat 3 dies fantàstics amb la família (avis, fills i néts). El Lluís ens va rebre a l'hora acordada i ensenyar tota la casa i aclarir qualsevol dubte que tinguéssim. També van posar a la nostra disposició un llit de bressol i una trona pel nostre nadó de 8 mesos, que els hi vam demanar. Hem pogut fer barbacoa a fora i si no hagués plogut aquests dies potser ens banyem a la piscina. Els voltants són molt tranquils i és ideal per passejar. I també hem estat confortables gràcies al foc de la llar de foc i la calefacció de la casa. S'ha de dir que a la tardor és bonic veure les fulles de diferents colors dels arbres. La recomanem 100%.

we had a great time at Mareia's place , the village is wonderful and the apartment is very well located and has a local spar shop very close. the apartment is better than the photos suggest and suited us well as a family of 4.

Wonderful apartment, cosy, warm and very clean with amazing views over the mountains. It was so peaceful and the nature around was so relaxing. What a great place to start the year! There was no many shops open as it was the holiday season but we managed to find one charcutería open in the Montseny village (10minutes by foot from EL Porxo) that sell many delicious products. We highly recommend this place and will probably come back in the summer to enjoy the swimming pool ;)

Enzo was absolutely amazing, we landed at 2am and he waited for us and explained everything we needed to know for the airbnb. The rooms and the bathroom were pristine, WiFi was perfect the view was beautiful. The weather was terrible the first day of our trip and he had umbrellas for each of us, and we were a family of 4 which really helped us make the most of Saturday. Whenever we messaged we got an instant reply and he was very kind and generous with his time and help. Would recommend to anyone to go spend the weekend or more in Barcelona in this airbnb very well located with a view of sagrada de familia that looks beautiful at night, a nearby aldi and metro just 5 mins away by walk.

A wonderful place to stay. Away from the crowds of the city but so close to the train that we were able to get to the city center in 20 minutes. The place is exactly like the photos, clean, full of everything you may need to feel at home. Fernando was responsive and accommodating even with a last minute booking, to make sure we had everything for when we arrived after a long trip. Would definitely stay here again if back in the area!

Everything’s perfect! It’s a home, not just an apartment for rent. You’ll find everything you need. Wi-Fi is very good. Hot water is always available. Kitchen is fully equipped. It’s 5-7 minutes to the beach and to the restaurants. You’ll have your own beautiful terrace.

Séjour parfait Bonne surprise en arrivant dans le logement car la salle de bain était refaite à neuf, le canapé était neuf, le réfrigérateur était neuf etc… Tout était mieux que sur les photos de l’annonce. Beaucoup de vaisselle et accessoires. Le plus est le parking privé avec sa place réservée. Et bien sûr la proximité de la plage. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter

Incredible stay! Location is perfect, both walking distance to a ton and to a few metro and bus lines. Martin and marina were fantastic hosts and checked in on us often. We took our 1.5 year old, this was perfect for us. The elevator worked well, tons of space for our baby to play. Martin and Marina had a crib ready for us, a high chair, and even toys! We would absolutely stay again and will recommend it to our friends/family when they are in town!
