Stunning property. Stayed as a family aging from two to eighty three and Sunset lodge had everything you could need for a comfortable stay away. Kitchen has everything needed and more to dine in. Modern, comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms all with lovely views of the water. Safe for children and easy to move around with a partially sighted guest with limited mobility. Michelle was a fantastic host, always responsive and provided lots of information regarding the property and site. Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool on site in the spa with booked slots so didn’t get too busy. Site was beautiful, quiet and calm for a relaxing short break with family.

What a beautiful home to spend some time with family and friends. The pool, hot tub and trampoline were absolutely amazing. We had perfect weather for outdoor entertainment. The kitchen was so full of everything you’d ever need! They really have thought of everything. It was like home from home Super comfortable beds We would highly recommend to a any family wanting a weekend doing nothing but pool fun with the kids x

Had a really lovely stay at this property! The apartment is very spacious and in a great location. The instructions from the host on how to check in and find the property were very clear and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in an ideal location!

We had a really great time. The house and grounds were lovely and big enough for 14 people and 3 dogs. The dinning room had a wonderfully big table so we could all sit and eat together. The hot tub and swimming pool were a big hit with everyone. Rob was very helpful and answered all questions quickly, would stay there again.

Warm, comfy and clean. Ideal location near the restaurant and spa. Great location and facilities for a gathering with my friends. Communication with host was excellent and always helpful. Would definitely return.

Three generations (aged from 4 to 77) had a brilliant family break. Excellent accommodation, great location, loads for kids to do (onsite Easter egg hunt a big hit!) and all topped off by lovely weather. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place right on the water. Looks better than the photos. Had everything we needed in a great location with access to pool and with onsite restaurant and little shop. Perfect for a get away would come again

Brilliant location which had the sun most of the day and evening. Beautiful house with plenty of room. We were 5 adults and 3 children aged between 9 and 15 and they all loved it as there was something for everyone. We could fish from the end of the deck and my 15 year old nephew caught a 20lb carp his personal best! He said it’s his favourite holiday ever. The two 9 year old girls loved the pool and park. The house had everything we needed, comfy beds and lots of seating for eating together. We were also walking distance to the cafe/bar and Spa and pool. The only let down, which had nothing to do with the house was the only restaurant on site, Ballyhoo, a poor experience every time we visited. Odd serving times, not much food available when we wanted it and huge q’s for the bar despite lots of staff. Menu’s were only available to view when you got to the bar.You also had to pay for shop items in the bar queue. Everything else was great though. We will definitely be back to Woodlark!

My second stay at Anne’s place and just as good as before. Anne left me what I required for breakfast which was kind of her. The room and bathroom are ideal for a single traveler. The local pub only 10 minutes away is a good spot and served good food. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Anne.

Natalie was amazing! She provided an early check in for weary travelers, she went out of her way to provide extra heaters for us. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and quick response to questions and concerns!

We had a great stay in this property, our host was very helpful and friendly. The property itself was extremely clean, beds were super comfy and the property had everything we needed for our extended stay. Location was perfect and very close to the local amenities and transports. Highly recommended for anyone who travels over there. Thanks for a great stay. Will definitely come back.

The house was lovely, the only complaint was £20 was expensive for extra bed linen for sofa bed.

We stayed for 2 nights with 5 couples and 2 dogs. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The place was full of character, comfortable and warm. Samantha was very helpful, kind and proactive and always quick to respond. we all had a fabulous stay.

We stayed at Alison and Jonathan’s house for a birthday celebration with three generations of family ranging in age from 4 months - 84! The house was absolutely brilliant for us, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The children loved the playground and even spotted rabbits hopping around outside. It was a great base for exploring The Cotswolds and we enjoyed some lovely spring weather so got to enjoy sitting on the patio with the beautiful lake view. Jon and Alison were helpful and always prompt with their communication. I throughly recommend a stay here!

Richard's home is beyond exceptional and it's an incredible place to stay with your friends/family - my friends and I had a wonderful time re-uniting here. Richard's home has everything you need with 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite. The garden space is also well equipped with chairs/tables and an ability to have a BBQ! Furthermore - Richard is very pro active with useful local tips and places to checkout and is very communicative. If you're considering to spend time with friends/family, especially if you're from abroad and want to experience an authentic British home - stop looking now, because this is the place for you to be.

Wow! You couldn’t wish to find a more beautiful setting for a cosy break in the Cotswolds! We had the most amazing time at the Barn. We stayed for just the weekend but wish we could have stayed for longer. The barn is a stunning renovation in a picturesque setting, immaculately tidy, spacious, beautifully dressed throughout, a little slice of English paradise. Our hosts Becky & Tom were so helpful and lovely, they gave us a host of recommendations, from restaurants, pubs and bars to local farm shops and walks. We were greeted with a variety of local treats on arrival. Communication was fantastic and they made us feel so at home. If you’re looking for a romantic break or a little peaceful getaway, you must visit the barn! We will definitely be returning and can’t thank Becky & Tom enough for making our stay so special. Can’t wait to go back x

Holly Cottage was a delightful and quaint space, perfect for a quick weekend away. We felt right at home and very relaxed. The home was clean, plenty of space and the hosts had incredible attention to detail with plenty of instructions on how to get the most out of the property. We would absolutely return again!

We really enjoyed Philip’s place for my sisters hen do in Bath! For some of us it was our first time visiting and the location was perfect to easily reach the city centre. Philip was really responsive when we had an issue with the oven he sorted it within minutes which was great! Our only issue was there was hair left in the drain in the downstairs bathroom, everything else was spotless this was the only issue! Thanks so much Philip the location, space and amenities were perfect for our stay :)

I would go highly recommend this accommodation if you are visiting Bath. The house was lovely and clean with all the amenities we needed. It was perfect for 5 friends visiting Bath for the weekend. Location was perfect and an easy walk into the centre of Bath, the added bonus of a parking space was welcomed. I have stayed in Bath a few times and I will definitely be booking this accommodation again. Check in and out was super easy and communication from the host made our stay smooth with no issues.

We had an amazing weekend and it was the perfect house and location. As a group of friends it was ideal as all of the bedrooms were ensuite and there was plenty of space for everyone. The only real downside was that the dining table was not large enough for us all to sit around - but we managed. The kitchen was ideal for chatting and shaing snacks whilst dinner was being prepped - a real social space. We loved the games room and had a lot of fun in there. We enjoyed a lovely walk on May Hill and the gardens of the house are beautiful and spaceous. Ultimately if you are looking for a house to share with a large group of people , whether that is family or friends then I / we would recommend.

Clare's beautiful home completely exceeded our expections. It is such a beautiful Georgian townhouse with incredible views over the whole of Bath. A stunning and tranquil garden. Clare was extremely helpful and responsive to all our requests. It was the perfect base for our mini-break to Bath and we are so glad that Clare shared her beautiful home with us.
