The location is easy to find and has nearby convenience store inside the complex. The bathroom was clean and has a heater. Host also provided a basic hygiene kit and enough towels. Drying mats inside were also very convenient. A point for improvement is the kitchen. Cooking utensils are complete but a sharper and bigger knife could be helpful. The stove could’ve been also maintained better. A dish drying rack would be useful to have there. The utensils, dinnerware, and drink ware are sufficient which is great. Also hand soap, dishwashing liquid, and sponge were provided. Another is the bed, that easily moves out of place when someone bumps into it. The great thing about it though is that the pillows and blankets were sufficient and it’s comfortable to sleep on. Overall we enjoyed our stay and didn’t have any problems with our daily activities. Hopefully we can rebook the place with the kitchen improvements taken into consideration.

This condo unit has a homey feel with modest furnishings and was sufficient for our needs for a restful stay. All the hosts were communicative and helpful and clearly provided all rules and instructions and prompt responses to our questions. We appreciated the follow-ups regarding issues we had with the Internet and streaming services, especially by Ate Tin who came in personally to provide assistance. While the stay was generally positive, there were minor points for improvement like one of the lights was constantly flickering and for some reason, a strong deodorizer smell was quite prominent in the unit. Making heads or tails of using the electric stove is also always a challenge in Grass Residences units (^_^;) Overall, we had a pleasant time at FaithfulNest. Thank you again to the hosts for the welcome and for allowing us to stay.

Beautiful place, instructions from the host were clear. Had a hiccup with the wifi but the host provided an alternative solution.

A good place to stay around Quezon City. The place is peaceful, calming and clean. It is also near the mall. The host is very helpful and responsive. The cost is worth it.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Rhon's place. It was cozy and clean. The interior is elegant and stylish. Everything is perfect for a staycation or a work from home set-up. The wi-fi is fast and we didn't encounter any problems with connection. It's just surprising that the unit doesn't look like it's part of the building because their space was 100% perfect and the building... Well, that's another story to tell. Rhon and his co-host, Jeff, are responsive, helpful, friendly, and generous; they always answer instantly with all our inquiries. Truly one of the best hosts we ever had. :) Thank you, Rhon and Jeff, for having us!

I've stayed for a few days at Michael's place and it has been a great experience. He and Glayzel had been so helpful and responsive, as well as incredibly considerate to let us check-in earlier. The place was in such a nice spot where you can easily walk to the mall in no time. The area is also pretty quiet at night despite being in such a busy city. All in all, we've greatly enjoyed our time, and we will definitely come back!

We stayed here for three nights for a concert in Bulacan since it’s only 30 minutes away from the Philippine Stadium—super convenient! I was with my boyfriend, and he had to work while we were here, so we really appreciated the fast and reliable internet. The place is also close to the mall, which made everything even easier. We cooked our own meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed—complete cookware, so we were able to prepare food comfortably. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to our messages. We even requested an extension since we were so tired after the concert, and they were very understanding. Thank you for accommodating us! Would definitely recommend this place.

2nd time to stay here, and same as the first we had a great time. they even kept the item we forgot to bring home with us and we got it back easily.

This is place is perfect for staycation. Very spacious, clean, and is complete with necessary amenities. It's also within walking distance of restaurants, bars, convenient stores, and gas stations. Van was such a wonderful host and had answered every inquiry I had. I highly recommend this place for group meetups.

Staying here felt like being at home away from home. The apartment had everything we needed, including kitchen tools, and was incredibly spacious and tidy. We would have loved to extend our stay if we could! The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning kept us cool despite visiting during very hot days . The place was so huge and very peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly. Jojo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful also advice me on how to commute within the areas. The place was well paid for as it was very clean and feel like it was your own house. Thank you Celia and Jojo for the great stay.

Location is perfect as it’s just behind SM North. Joemar was very responsive and we didn’t have to ask for anything because he already provided all the information we need during our stay.

Glyza was a great host. She allowed us to check in early. She also accomodated us at the last minute when we needed a place to stay for a few more days. There is a very nice pool, and a small gym to work out. I would recommend this place to others.
