Malpais : locations d'appartements de vacances

The place was wonderful and the sunset views were breathtaking. The apartment has everything you need, very comfortable bed and mostly everything you want from a kitchen. They could have changed the inside sofa to a more comfortable one but it worked anyway. There were some major construction going on just in front of the house and we unfortunately got to wake up most of the days with that noise, but since we surfed early mornings it didn’t bother us that much.. There are a lot of construction going on in the whole area so maybe many places have the same problem! The host was very very helpful and we really enjoyed our visit!

Outsite is one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've stayed in my whole life! I'm Costa Rican but was looking for a more diverse experience while staying in Santa Teresa and this was more than I could have ever imagined! The rooms and spaces were clean, modern, and peaceful, and the community of people who were staying there made the experience magical. If you're looking for a private apartment with access to a great co-working space and like-minded individuals, this is the place. There is also a beautiful area to do yoga if you bring your own mat. Will 100% be back every year!

The place is as described in the pictures, very private, located in Mal País, away from the noise and the craziness. It has a good parking space, very convenient if you have a large car, it has also a pool and a common area for a cook out. It was really easy to communicate with Evi and Michelle ( concierge) , very responsive all the time. Big plus, the villa is really close from the beach. I fully recommend this place.

The apartment offers everything you need: it's well-air-conditioned, has a well-equipped kitchen, a large bed, and a huge bathroom. The apartment is about a 2-minute walk from the beach, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is great!

We booked here because I messed up our arrangements on the other side of the peninsula and needed a night. It was a godsend because the property was chill and the hosts were awesome. Our emphasis was on the other side of the peninsula, so this was like a layover till the next day. I kinda wish we stayed more nights as this is an excellent option for Montezuma and local offerings. The accommodations are as described and met are needs, especially being treated to fresh Papaya from the host. Pablo was great and we gelled immediately due to common interests and his time in California. He's a history buff and well learned. .... The property is at the entrance of Cabo Blanco and only minutes away from Montezuma. What else can you ask for ? I hope to see Pablo and his Mrs. again in the near future. Great stay and my best Airbnb experience.

Nice apartment close to everything you need, clean and modern. The kitchen is very minimalist though, missing some essentials.

Well, I am one of the first to review this space so I will add a little more than the normal brief review so you know what to expect… lots of pros, no big cons really. As of this writing this place is basically brand new - probably finished in the past few months. There are still manufacturer stickers on things. Completely pristine. Good workmanship. Bathroom is perfect. Bedroom is perfect - bed is a bit firm but a lot of people like that. I slept well. The bedroom is air conditioned and well-sealed to the outside. The “hanging out space” is fully outside - so the kitchen and living area.. so don’t expect air conditioning in that area. That did not bother me but might not work for some groups. It’s really cute and very nice to sit outside and hear the monkeys and watch the world go by. Right next to a bakery. Short walk to restaurants and a medium sized grocery store. Can also walk to the beach - 7-10 minutes. Hosts were very nice and helpful and we used translator app to chat.

Great place for a working stay with easy access to the beach via a 10 minute walk. Several places to eat nearby and surf rental shops as well, all very walkable along the main road. The stay is tucked back off of the main road, which is great for keeping the noise down. Would definitely come back again.

We stayed 2 nites in apartment which did not have a kitchen which I may have overlooked. Apartment was cozy and worked for my wife and I- small refrigerator included. There was an opening for our last 3 nights so we moved to suite which was much larger and included a full kitchen. Pool was beautiful and we used for all 5 days. Ricardo was a wonderful host. He gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful secluded place 5 minute drive up a dirt road above Montezuema this is perfect. Have seen much worse roads in Costa Rica

Me gustó mucho y lugar cerca de todo pero también es privado una excelente ubicación. Edén es super atenta

Nos sentimos como en casa, el departamento es precioso al igual que la zona de piscina. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables; respondieron a todas nuestras consultas e incluso nos hicieron buenas recomendaciones sobre la zona. El único aspecto desfavorable es que al estar sobre una calle muy transitada el ruido puede ser un poco molesto.

La pasamos muy bien, Natalia amorosa, siempre atenta, respondiendo y solucionando todo con mucha preocupacion. lugar muy agradable para una familia de 4 personas. a 10min de la playa caminando. lo hacia todas las mañanas para ir a surfear. Hicimos un par de comentarios a Natalia de como podria mejorar unos detalles practicos en el dpto para seguir mejorando pero en general muy contento de la instancia. Gracias.

Tolles, gepflegtes, modernes & sehr privates Appartement in ruhiger Umgebung in mitten grüner Natur. Gepflegter & schöner Pool. Von der Terrasse aus können Affen, Eichhörnchen und Vögel beobachtet werden. Strände, Restaurants & Supermärkte in Santa Teresa sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Was es zu beachten gilt: Es führen einige Treppenstufen hoch zum Appartement, dafür grossartige Aussicht in die Natur mit etwas Meerblick. Für die Mobilität ist unseres Erachtens ein Fahrzeug erforderlich. Falls man selber kochen möchte, sind Essig, Oel und Gewürze mitzubringen. Seife, Putzmittel, Waschmittel sind vorhanden. Matan ist ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber, welcher stets erreichbar ist und äusserst rasch auf Nachrichten reagiert. Danke Matan, dass du es möglich gemacht hast, dass wir das Appartement vor der vereinbarten Zeit beziehen durften. Wir haben das sehr geschätzt.

El alojamiento fue excelente, todo cumplió con lo prometido en la descripción y fotos.

La atención de Daniel fue excelente y el apartamento superó nuestras expectativas, desde la limpieza, con una excelente distribución, completamente equipado con cosas de gran utilidad, La ubicación es lo mejor si quieres un plan tranquilo para desconectarse, disfrutas del acceso privado de punta leona y cuenta con seguridad adicional para el acceso a la torre, La beach house o casa club muy cómoda, si bien fuimos un fin de semana donde había mucha gente, la distribución que tiene no lo hace sentir muy full, Las piscinas están geniales, Tiene acceso directo a la playa y permite muchísimo confort de irte caminando desde el apartamento a la playa sin agotarte. Lo mejor es la vista, si bien tiene vista al mar y a los atardeceres, lo más hermoso es la vista a primera hora de la mañana donde ves un sin fin de aves pasar, desde lapas, halcones, y otras aves muy coloridas y con un canto hermoso, ¡Super recomendado!
