Enes war ein sehr guter Gastgeber, die Ausstattung war kein Luxus aber völlig in Ordnung, top Lage, schöner kleiner Vorgarten und Garten zum Spielen für Kinder, kostenlose Versorgung mit Trinkwasser ( 20l Behälter), im Allgemeinen sehr zufrieden und wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal

Excellent stay in an amazing place. Apartment super comfortable and very well equipped for the winter months. Everything was perfect. Since we arrived at the place, during our stay and until our last day at the place our host "TUNCAY" was always with a smile and excellent chemistry with us, he was attentive to us at all times for what we needed, he made our stay more pleasant. For me "TUNCAY" who is usually at the reception is a great example of what is a goog host. This place have an excellent location, close to supermarkets,pharmacies,restaurants,etc. I recommend this place 100% and even more with hosts like him ;) I return again for sure.

Amazing late night staff and super cozy home

Nelly is a great host, friendly and joyful. I immediately felt at home. The place is so clean, well arranged and pretty much has everything I needed during my stay. The place is centered and few minutes away walking distance to Taksim Square. All shops and restaurants are in close proximity. I will definitely come back again and Nelly's guesthouse will be my no. 1 accommodation in Istanbul.

Наша первая поездка в Стамбул и мы очень рады, что остановились именно в этом районе и именно у Ильяза. При следующей поездке остановимся тут снова. Это жилье сочетает в себе сразу множество факторов. Огромная мягкая и удобная постель с новым матрасом, современная сантехника, терраса (которую можно сделать открытой или закрытой по желанию). Душ очень приятный и чистый, много горячей воды, и красивое естественное освещение. При жаркой погоде было очень комфортно и прохладно.Жилье сочетает в себе современный ремонт, но при этом присутствует атмосфера старины здания, красивые деревянные полы. Есть все необходимое для готовки. Ночью в этом месте тихо, мы крепко спали. Кошка Биттер приходила к нам в гости каждый вечер, и даже спала со мной в обнимку несколько ночей. Хочу отдельно поблагодарить хозяйку в кафе на первом этаже, я плакала когда мы уезжали. Это человек очень большой души, завтраки, которые вы получите проживая в этой квартире вы не найдете лучше во всём Стамбуле.

İstanbulda bu güzel konumda kalabileceğim en uygun yerdi diyebilirim. En sevdiğim kısmı içerisinin ve özellikle banyonun tertemiz olmasıydı. Bu nedenle içim rahattı. Teşekkür ederim.

Temizdi. Sicakti. Rahat ve konforluydu. Sadece cikis saatinin 11 olarak duzeltilmesi gerekiyor. Butun bunlar disinda konaklamadan memnun kaldim.

A perfect host. Solid friendly communication (and recommendations) and traditional soup and bread made for our arrival - much appreciated after such a long drive. The price reflects his excellent amenities and we do feel that we have somewhat underpaid. A bargain for the traveller on a budget like us. All questions were answered in a warm and welcoming home environment - but in no way overbearing. Fatih is there when you need him and respectfully distant when you want privacy. We wish we had had more time to chat with him but such long days left us exhausted and falling into what was an extremely comfortable warm bed (it said single but actually quite ample as a double). And: he loves cats too! Peace be with you, we would not hesitate to return to you! Thank you Fatih for such a brilliant time over Eid 2025.

What a gem of a Guesthouse Elif has created at Marmara. Whilst the location is perfect near to all the major sites the guesthouse itself is an oasis of calm where one can retreat back after a day of pounding the streets. Everyone who works there couldn't have been more helpful, warm and welcoming and very quick to rectify any problems one had. The breakfast was utterly delicious with so much choice from delicious vegetable dishes to eggs, both boiled and scrammbled, to all sorts of delicious pastries and breads. As a result one was able to enjoy a feast before setting off for the day and all with a spectacular view. The room I ended up sleeping in was also very comfortable and a lovely place to come back to with its view of the sea. I will definitely be returning but next time with my husband and son!

I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!
