I searched a place for my recovery after a surgery. The apt had everything I needed for a comfortable cozy stay and the host was very friendly, always responsive for everything I needed. The street is next to a pedestrian zone. Restaurants and shops are only a few meters away. Since it’s a side street, it was sometimes a little noisy on weekends, but mostly quiet. I’m completely satisfied and would recommend this place to everyone.

Es war alles super! Fethi ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war geräumig und in einer ruhigen Lage. Der Abschnitt mit vielen Essmöglichkeiten der großen Einkaufsstraße „Bağdat caddesi“, war in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Abschnitt der Straße, welche Shopping Möglichkeiten bietet ist weiter entfernt. Wir haben uns grundsätzlich sehr sicher und in guten Händen gefühlt, konnten ohne Probleme kochen und waren mit der Ausstattung der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles funktionsfähig und sauber. Vielen Dank!! Gerne wieder!

Gökhans Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Er als Person auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen

1 haftalık İstanbul ziyaretimizde kendi evimiz gibi hissettiğimiz bir konaklama oldu. Ev tertemizdi, içinde aradığımız her şey mevcuttu. Sabah o deniz manzarasına karşı uyanmak çok iyi hissettirdi. Sitenin içinde süpermarket eczane gibi yerler olması ihtiyaçlarımızı karşılamayı kolaylaştırdı. Ömer bey her aşamada çok yardımcı oldu, konaklama boyunca hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Bir dahaki seyahatimizde yine tercih edeceğiz.

Rezervasyonu oluşturduktan itibaren sürekli iletişim halinde olmaları evin temiz ve sıcacık olması hususunda çok memnun kaldık. ilgili kibar ve işlerinin ehli personeller oldukça ilgiliydi. Konum olarak harika bir yerde ve beklentilerimizi tamamen karşıladı.Mutlaka tercih sebebi olarak değerlendirilmesni tavsiye ederiz.

Excellent place to stay. It’s peaceful compared to the other areas I stayed in. Mehmet is very helpful and fast to reply. The views are awesome. Majority of what you need is within walking distance. The main mall/plaza is less than 2 minutes away in a taxi, driving back is like 8-10 mins due to the route. I stayed for 2 weeks, overall I am pleased with everything. I would recommend it and stay here again. The views are unbelievable.

The house is amazing! Everything was sparkling clean and the sea view is fantastic from the 22nd floor. Mehmet is a perfect host, very helpful with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Istanbul!

Burgazada’daki bu şirin dairede harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık! Evin konumu mükemmel, adanın huzurlu atmosferini tam anlamıyla hissettiriyor. 3+1 geniş ve ferah bir alan sunuyor, her şey tertemiz ve çok özenliydi. Ezgi hanım inanılmaz misafirperver ve iletişimi çok hızlıydı. Balkonunda kahve içmek ve ada havasını solumak büyük keyifti. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer! İhtiyaç duyacağınız her şey evde ve etrafındaki alışveriş merkezlerinde ve kafelerde mevcut. Konum olarak her türlü ulaşıma erişebilirsiniz. Metroya bir kaç dakika yürüme mesafesinde.

Konaklamadan keyif aldık. Kadir bey mesajlara hızlı dönüş yaptı. Ev temiz ve düzenliydi, manzarası güzeldi ama ev çok geniş değildi iki kişiydik ve bize yetti. Kadir beyin evini tekrar tercih edebiliriz.

Very clean and comfortable apartment! The host was also extremely friendly, with great communication. The location was perfect ( restaurants, shops). we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place! :)

Özellikle Fuat Bey çok ilgili ve alakalıydı. Saat farketmeksizin ulaşabiliyorsunuz. İhtiyaç ve istekler konusunda daha iyi olunamazdı. Konaklama kusursuzdu. Aradıpım her şey hatta daha fazlası dairede mevcuttu. Yolum düşerse ilk tercihim olacak yerler listesine memnuniyetle ekledim. Kendisine her şey için teşekkür ediyorum.
