We had staid at this apartment for a month. From the very beginning the host was very dedicated, responsive and gave very clear instructions. He even offered to help us a lot. The apartment was very clean and they had a storage section with multiple clean bedsheets covers, towels, soaps and even toilet papers. It was just like the pictures they listed. Also mattresses were not bad actually. The building always has free parking space nearby so it was definitely a plus point considering it is very rare to find free parking in kadikoy. The location was great. Only 5 minutes to akasya and emaar mall also to the tunnel and bridge which connect to europe side of the city. We were very comfortable at this place so thank you to our hosts.

Sinem was an incredible host during our stay! She was quick to respond to all our questions and accommodated our requests in the most hospitable way. The apartment was incredibly clean and well taken care of — it is a beautifully decorated, gorgeous place to stay while also being located very centrally in Istanbul!

Mehmet was a friendly and responsive host, making check in a breeze. The studio apartment is small, but well laid out, and it opens onto a large patio, so it doesn't feel too cramped. It seems quite recently renovated, so everything is new. Yeldegirmeni has an international hipster sort of vibe and is great for visitors; lots of cafes and restaurants, close to the ferry & train, and an easy walk to Kadikoy and Moda. This is easily to coolest area in Istanbul. Turkiye has a wild economy (thanks to the Erdogan dictatorship) and the local merchants are happy to profit, so it is an expensive area, but I think you get what you pay for.

idéalement situé dans le cœur du quartier Kadıköy, logement fonctionnel avec tous ce dont vous aurez besoin. la terrasse de l'appartement en tout intimité était un vrai plus. un grand merci a Seda qui a pensé à tous et nous à grandement facilité notre séjour.

Die Wohnung sah genau aus wie auf den Bildern, es war alles sehr ordentlich und bereitgestellt, und der check-in und check-out super flexibel. Die Lage der Wohnung in Kadiköy war auch perfekt. Es gab überall tolle Restaurants.

Ümraniye was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of central Istanbul. This homestay was modern, peaceful, and well-equipped, making it ideal for our big family. The location was great—close to Çamlıca Hill, where we enjoyed breathtaking panoramic views of İstanbul. Our host was incredibly kind, even providing us with a welcome gift of simit and Turkish tea! They also helped us navigate the Marmaray metro, making it super easy to explore both the Asian and European sides of the city. If we ever return to İstanbul and need a quiet, comfortable place to stay, we will definitely choose this homestay again!

Kendi evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Fotoğraflardan çok daha güzel ve ferah bir ev. Tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı hemen karşılayarak aile sıcaklığında hissettiren Asaf bey ve ailesi mükemmellerdi. Evde her şey düşünülmüş tertemiz, bahçeli, otoparklı ve konumu ideal.

I loved this airbnb! The airbnb actually was bigger than it looked in the photos. Its very sunny and its lovely to hang out out. Both rooms where comfortable and cozy. Getting there was easy and its a very calm area.

Emre was incredibly kind. We had several things that meant we needed to try to change our booking by a few days. He was very good at navigating this and responded to messages quickly and with a real sense of calm! Nothing was a problem and this was greatly appreciated. We cannot thank him enough for his flexibility and quick communication! Thanks

Spacious apartment with plenty of places to sleep. Pretty quiet street but in a great neighborhood and well connected. Has everything it needs, we really appreciated our stay here. You do need to be very quiet from late evening as the neighbors can here you and value their sleep but if that’s no problem for you, you’re in for a great apartment for a bargain price. Would come here again!

If you get the chance to stay here, grab it. It’s a stunning apartment - clearly a lot of love, thought and care have gone into designing this place and we felt right at home from the start. The apartment is super peaceful while being very close to transport links and the vibrant restaurant areas of Beyoğlu. Sultanahmet is walkable from the apartment across the bridge. Aaron and his team were brilliant hosts, responsive and pro active. He gave us some great recommendations including the local 16th century Hamam designed by Mimar Sinan (definitely recommend this) and several restaurants. We particularly liked Çiya Sofrası across the Bosporous in Kadıköy (a picturesque ferry trip from the nearby Karaköy pier) and the local Galata Kitchen. Just loved it and would go back in a heartbeat.

Benny was a really great host, greeting us personally and making sure we were settled. The apt was exactly as it shows in the photos and very clean. We hadn’t anticipated the steps but that was my fault as it is described by Benny in his ad. Even so my 83 year old mother managed about ok! It was a nice place to come home to after a busy day of sight seeing. Thanks Benny.

Очень хорошая квартира, в отличном состоянии, с хорошим расположением, есть всё, необходимое для жизни. Хороший дом с тихим двором и охранником внизу, было спокойно. Очень приятный хозяин, быстро отвечала и выдала четкие инструкции при заселении и выезде.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Stayed a week at Firat’s place, and it was absolutely perfect! The apartment felt like home and the balcony was one of the highlights. It’s quite even with the doors opened. There are plenty of amenities in the apartment, the gym and the pools. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment, definitely will stay again!
