Stunning natural landscaoe and beautiful countryside getaway, close to the forest of dean. We came with a baby and a highchair and travel cot were availabke on arrival. Hosts were very responsive and allowed us to check out late since there was noone due to arrive that day and we were travelling with a baby, which was so considerate. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Lovely stay at the Cow Barn. It’s so peaceful but quick to get to other parts of the Cotswolds. The sunrise from the bedroom was beautiful and the fire pit was great. Would definitely stay again, and would love to stay in summer to make better use of the terrace!

Had a lovely stay in the Cotswolds. The lodge was beautifully clean- particularly appreciated the fresh daffodils on arrival. My dog loved the enclosed field at the back of the property. Was easy to drive to the nearby towns to explore.

Lovely accommodation and peaceful location. Charles very helpful in providing hypoallergenic pillow for me and suggesting places to eat. We had good pub grub at the Three Crowns and an excellent Sunday roast at the Somerford Arms. All well recommended.

Gorgeous place .. would come back to see in summer as I think it would have amazing views . Remote but a short drive to some lovely villages .. the barn has loads of space which was amazing - highly recommend 😊

The photos don’t really do this place justice. As many reviewers have mentioned the place is much larger than the photos suggest and there’s ample room for guests across the ground floor. The upstairs bedroom is spacious too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our staycation/weekend getaway at Mel’s place with our dog. Everything was as described in the listing and we felt at home straight away. We had a brilliant few days away! If you are looking for tranquillity, peace and quiet in an idyllic setting, you will not be disappointed. The Barn overlooked the pond, so we spent some time bird watching as we sat out on the decking during breakfast and in the evening. We stayed in The Barn, there is also The Leat next door, which we would consider, if you wanted to take additional family members. The property had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. This was the perfect location for sightseeing the surrounding area. Natalie, the host, ensured that our stay at The Barn went smoothly before and on arrival with information regarding check-in and check-out. This was a holiday break for my elderly mother-in-law, myself & my wife. We needed everything on one level with separate bedrooms/bathrooms/showers, this property met those needs. Thank you Natalie for an amazing time at this stunning property and for looking after us.

We highly recommend this host and barn, we didn’t want to leave! The Barn itself is just perfect and extremely well catered for, it has everything you need and is very comfortable. The hosts were excellent, they were very helpful and informative and they also left a welcome cake (which was unbelievably good) and some treats for our dog. This has to be the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in by far. We will most definitely be returning. Thank you Valerie and Marcus!

Very easy to find. Long bumpy farm track but vehicles didn't have any issues. The barn was lovely, private and peaceful with enclosed gardens and hot tub. Very spacious inside with all amenities you would need. The bath was the biggest bath I've ever seen ! Shower and toilet down stairs in a huge utility. Met Lynsey who was superfriendly and very helpful. Booked in at another one of their properties on same site in a few weeks. Lots of places to walk in beautiful surroundings .

I’m a carer for mum and Dad, it was a much needed break, loved the barn, perfect for 2 people, Stella communicated perfectly, we knew how to get there, how to get in from Stella information she me, welcome gift and information leaflet we great, loved , loved the log burner, the interior of the barn is what you would expect from a Cotswold air B and B, will return again.
