We had a great stay at Nicola’s place. She provided really useful information before we arrived so we could get in easily and felt right at home. The house was unbelievably well equipped, we cooked multiple meals in the kitchen and toys to suit all of our children ranging from 0-8. The cot and toddler bed were set up waiting and had linen which is so helpful! Nicola was very responsive and friendly. The estate has a restaurant on site, but they recommend booking particularly at weekends. There is an amazing outdoor pool, where we spent most of our time. For the indoor pool you need to be bang on time as it gets very busy! A perfect stay for us. Thank you

We had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and much nicer and bigger than the photos in my opinion. The host was really responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a trip with friends or family. Kitchen has more than enough glasses/pots/pans etc which was really helpful when cooking a meal for 6. Lovely space and I will be back :-)

Perfect cottage for families with an on site restaurant, takeaway pizza and great walks nearby. Cottage was clean with a log burner and selection of games to keep us entertained!

A beautiful, modern lake side house with spacious open plan kitchen and living area with stunning views over the lake. The bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with birthday treats when we arrived, which were a nice touch. Impeccably clean, and decorated tastefully. Lots to do near by, but it felt secluded enough to enjoy a countryside feel. Thanks for letting us come, we had a great time. James was responsive and helpful when needed.

Had a lovely stay here for my Dads 60th. The air b and b was beautiful and the area was great! It also felt very safe as the water park had security. It was well prepared for home cooked meals, with lots of cutlery and dishes. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place to stay, very helpful information folder of the area. You could walk or drive to restaurants/bar. If the weather had been better we would have explored the lakes more. But we got out and about . Very clean and tidy place and everything inside that you could possibly want. We would definitely stay again . Thanks Frannie x

This is my second time staying at Funke's place within a year. It definitely makes me feel at home. I love that there is driveway parking, the neighborhood is very quiet. It was very cold in England when I visited in January so the heat was working properly and I was very cozy. As long as this property stays available I will be staying here every year when I visit the UK.

The flat is lovely. The views are stunning and the surrounding area great for walks. If you want peace and tranquility this is the place for you. Mandy is very helpful, and quick to respond. I would recommend staying here.

Myself and three others had an amazing two-night stay at this apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotless and well-maintained everything was. Our stay at Jane's cottage was outstanding! Jane was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, providing everything we could possibly need and more. The cottage was spotless, beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic location. Communication from Jane was seamless throughout and we felt right at home. A truly 5-star experience!

We had a fabulous 2 nights stay in Milsom cottage . The view was amazing and the cottage so cosy and warm from the AGA . The peace and quiet was glorious! The cottage’s fixtures and fittings and amenities were of great quality and it felt like a real treat to be staying there . It is the perfect air bnb in a really good location rural/quiet but also very close to everything you need. Susan is an excellent host very friendly and helpful you can tell so much thought has gone into the BnB.

A new family favourite! It was a home from home with everything provided that we could possibly need. The house was very comfortable, there was outdoor seating and access to the woodland for walks which was perfect during our sunny stay. We had a great time and we would love to return. Jean and James are great hosts, very friendly and welcoming.

Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again. Cottage was peaceful, comfortable and well equipped. Really lovely garden and outlook, walking distance to a great dining pub and cafes for breakfast. Cottage was spacious, clean and a 2nd shower downstairs also a bonus. Excellent and helpful communication from Helen throughout, would highly recommend.

Lovely peaceful cottage with all the amenities you could need. Very relaxing. Sitting out on the balcony with views of the lake was the perfect switch off needed. Beds are super comfy and the kitchen has everything you could need. Small gestures like supplying shampoo, hairdryers etc helps the ease of packing. Nice touches with the board games too. Communication with Chris and Alexandra was effective and fast. Very friendly. The estate this is on makes this place suitable for families as well as couples. We used the outdoor pool, tennis courts, football pitch and sat in the resturant for a coffee but the beauty of this place is the cottage is tucked away from it all so if you want to switch off from it all you can. We took a 40 minute walk into Ashton Keynes following the Thames trail. Very easy to find and follow. Thank you Chris and Alexandra. We will be recommending to others.

An absolutely charming, well equipped cottage. As a young family the cottage was perfectly set up for our toddler with everything we could possibly need and more. She particularly loved playing with the toys you had left! Jason is the perfect host. Always super responsive, great recommendations and really thoughtful. Thank you so much for having us.

The cottage was an excellent base for our hill walks, either direct or following a short drive. The setting was tranquil, with great views of nearby hills. The accommodation was comfortable, homely and all we needed. A real 'find'.
