We had a great experience at this place. Me and my mother first time visit to India. Weather was cold these day and we stayed in this Ravi place for 13days. As a ladies, we felt really safe and sound staying in this accommodation. Nearby famous shopping mall & Cyber city etc. Room comes with full sets of kitchen amenities (mommy’s favourite) ,TV,aircon,heater,iron, bathroom accessories, Wall fragrance plug, etc. Washing machine provided share usage.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Staff are really warming and kind to the guests. They were so easy to communicate with and left the place clean and tidy. You can upgrade bigger room by adding additional. (PS. Although you can get offer price for long stay, you still need to pay electricity bill additional separately per usage. The amount is not a lot . Do not worry) THANKS AGAIN TO ALL THE STAFF AND HOST FOR GIVING US GREAT SERVICE. We enjoyed our stay. Will recommend to our friends also🙏🏻

I had a week long stay and the apartment was exactly as described. It had everything that is needed and was clean. Ravi, Neeraj and the staff were very prompt and helpful throughout the duration of my stay. The location was wonderful and was easy to order food via Zomato or dine out in the places nearby.

Sanjeev is responsive host and also the property is well maintained and as mentioned in the description. perfect stay and spacious 1BHK with big balcony unit and also. with all the basic facilities in the property. One can confidently book it and give it a try and live for their vacation or work purpose.

We had a little confusion while checkin, but other than that it was a lovely stay. Its walking distance from metro station + have lots of eating out options nearby. We stayed on new year’s and it was really nice for us. The room is spacious with lot of walking space plus study table to work on and big balcony that is connected to other room.

Amazing stay, amazing location, beautiful place which was made better by the communication and helpful nature of our host. The view was amazing from the 41st floor. A nice and private balcony with cozy sitting place made our night and morning view much better. The apartment itself was cozy and all amenities provided. Worth to rent this place!

Anuj's place is located at a prime location in Ghaziabad, within a well gated society. There are two malls, Shopprix Vaishali and Mahagun Vaishali within very close proximity, and has a bustling market within a stone's throw away. The place is easily reachable via metro, auto, E- rickshaw with plenty of them available around the property as well to ferry to nearby areas. The location is also very close to Max Super Speciality Hospital and Hotel Radisson. Right from the check in time, we were made to feel at home, and provided instructions about access to the property and nearby areas. As we had a family member admitted to Max Hospital, Vaishali for which we had made the property our base for a few days, Anuj was so kind that he offered us a stock full of tea, coffee and sugar too. The home was clean, well lit and ventilated with a direct view of the elevated road and Hindon canal from the balcony. Although within an urban location, it was very peaceful within the property. The location was a good base to explore the sights of Delhi. Peaceful environment. It was a bit of a challenge to find the area at night with transportation because the gates were closed. The apartment needed a bit of renovation, but it didn't affect the stay. We must have misunderstood that breakfast items were included in the price. 10/10 for communication.

We (four people) had a splendid experience staying at Mou's place for six nights in March 2025. She was very helpful and responsive, from resolving queries related to the booking to arranging for WiFi and an electric kettle upon request. It's a beautiful place, with lots of natural light and air—a rare thing in Delhi—and much greenery all around. The balconies were particularly great for spending some quiet time in the mornings, and the living room was perfect for long chats and hearty laughter. Mou's place is accessible by metro, auto, e-rickshaw, and cabs, so we had no trouble moving around at any hour. Having a separate key also helped a ton. Overall, I'd totally recommend this for a peaceful, comfortable stay.

Property is secluded from the main city good to stay if you have your own vehicle, overall peaceful and private

We had a great experience overall, Piyush was really helpful from the beginning and made our stay peaceful. The location was apt for us as we were group of 4 girls it was a gated community which felt safe & secure. Food, grocery, salon, food delivery services was easily accessible & literally felt like home. The house was squeaky clean & everything was as shown in the pictures, everything was well maintained. I would highly recommend Piyush’s place for your stay if you ever visit Delhi/Gurgaon.

Anjali was a great host. She was very responsive, polite and helpful. She let us checkin early as we arrived quite early to the place. The room was great too, very cosy, clean and comfortable. Great room, great host, fantastic view!

As always , Shubham's place was excellent and we will always continue to rent this same house everytime we visit Gurgaon. We have been using Shubham's services for the last two years, and it has always been exactly as mentioned and shown in the site. Caretaker Ram bhai was even more prompt in identifying any issue however minor it mayb and helped us out proactively . He was available ll the time and always willing to help , despite the many responsibilities we kept giving him .

Check-in and check-out were seamless, and everything in between was just perfect. It’s rare to find a place that feels like your own, but this one truly did. Host is very good. helpful . But not recommended for 5 people family where 2 of them are senior citizen. 2 people have to sleep in drawing cum daining room. suitable for 3 people family. But location is very good. property is specious.

Nisha ji and her husband are wonderful hosts. Their warm welcome made us feel it at ease and they were very accommodating. Their home is located in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood, with markets and good restaurants only a few kilometres away. Their home is is spacious and the interiors are contemporary and elegant, with lots of amenities and facilities to use. There was no unnecessary interruptions, but still she was just a text away if we needed anything. Had an amazing stay, would definitely recommend!
