Hector's Airbnb was the perfect spot for what we wanted to do this vacation which was visit El Yunque Rainforest a couple times, enjoyed Caribali which was a pleasant surprise, local eats at Luquillo kioskos, and Luquillo beach. Was also easy to get to Old San Juan and TMobile District. Hector was an awesome host, always available through the app messaging. The house was very comfortable, very clean, everything you need. We really felt like we were staying at a family member's home. *Just a heads up, the third room in the back does have alot of nature sounds like the Puertorican Coqui frog, which to me was delightful! But if you are a light sleeper maybe not the room to choose.

Lots of space, simple and clean, comfortable. Sonia is nice and easy to work with and responsive. The location is great, close to things to do and good beaches. Beautiful view, and wonderful balcony to soak it all in. Fully supplied kitchen, very functional. Overall, a great stay for the 7 of us, very happy we chose this place.

Great home and host! Our family of six had plenty of space to spread out when we wanted but the home also had wonderful common areas. We loved spending time outside by the pool (cooking and playing) and enjoying the view from the rooftop.

This home was perfect for me, my husband and our 2 daughters. It was just as the pictures showed it and spotlessly clean and private. We felt safe while we were here. Having the beach towels, chairs and umbrella was super helpful and I also made use of the hammock. There is a fantastic beach just a 5-6 blocks away (Playa Fortuna) and another one (Balneario) just 2 miles away. We had a car so were able to take several day trips to Fajardo, Old San Juan, and the rainforest - and this location was great for all of that. Check in and out was super easy- just make sure you use the pinned location Ricardo sends you and don’t type the address is like I did the first time (there are several streets with the same name 😜). It is a true Puerto Rican neighborhood - so you will hear frogs, birds, dogs and of course roosters which takes some getting used to if you’re used to city noises. I would definitely stay again!

This place is so beautiful, there is so much cool stuff to do nearby like the el yunque rainforest and carabali adventure park as well as some good restaurants. The house is beautiful and has tons of cute spots to enjoy outside!

The place is as beautiful as the pictures on the site. The location was perfect, close to Luquillo beach, El Yunque and not a bad ride to San Juan. We were lucky to have a great view from the back yard of the New Year's Eve fireworks. Overall, our experience was amazing. I cannot recommend Daniel and Ana and their property highly enough. Looking forward to another trip to my beautiful Puerto Rico and to another stay at this wonderful place. Thanks Daniel and Ana!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was very clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time. The pool was spotless, and the backyard hangout area was a great place to unwind. The host was fantastic—very responsive and helpful. They provided great local recommendations and even helped connect us with a boat rental (even though it didn’t work out, I really appreciated the effort!). Another thoughtful touch was the provided towels, which made things even more convenient. One of my favorite parts was the shower—it had great water pressure, and felt like a mini spa experience! Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained stay with a great host. Would definitely return!

Stay was amazing. We did have difficulties locating the entrance to the apartments due to the instructions but was able to locate it shortly after looking around! It is to the left coming from the entrance! Beautiful view btw! Rooms are very comfortable, definitely recommend this stay!!

I visited Puerto Rico with 4 girlfriends. Tm gave great instructions but due to my travel fog I was in the wrong place. Tm was so responsive and able to help me find the right place. The apartment was spotless and looks just like the pictures! The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us and we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend Tm’s place for your stay in Puerto Rico!

This was our second time staying with Rafael. We loved it so much the first time, we had to return. The view is nothing short of amazing. The apartment is very clean and well kept. The AC works wonderfully. The pool is a wonderful added amenity as some times you just want your own peace vs the beach. There are more restaurants nearby than our previous trip so that was a bonus. The new doors are appreciated! I would suggest to any first time guests to have a sleeping mask unless you like to wake early, as the sun definitely makes an appearance. The sunrise is amazing so highly recommend walk-in up for it. The kitchen is just what you need for a short getaway. Rafael and hosts are always great with communication. Thank you again for another wonderful stay.

Este lugar es uno de los mejores Airbnb que e visitado, la tranquilidad, limpieza y sobretodo Irma y su pareja fueron muy Cortez momento de responder cada mensaje o llamada. Quedé muy satisfecha con mi estadía. La ubicación está perfecta ya que tiene todo lo de atracciones cerca. Me encantó este lugar y volveré pronto si Dios lo permite. Recomendable Al 100!

House was clean, Jose left some goodies for us enjoy. The bed in the master bedroom the best I’ve found in an airbnb. Jose follow up with our stay and gave us very helpfull tips. The terrace was great and we enjoy the jacuzzy (and it has great tempature). Will book for sure on my next trip to the island, it was a pleasure.

We have become regulars at this property. It’s just perfect. Jesus and his wife go the distance to accommodate. This is home away from home for us. Gracias Jesus por tus atenciones y genuina amistad. Saludos! See you next year!

Excellent stay. would stay again 100%. A little confusion on finding the place. why not just share location so people can use maps app on phone? we were always given directions which wasnt even the road we were coming from. was frustrating but once arrived everything excellent.

We enjoyed our stay with two adults and two small kids! We are probably the perfect type of group to stay here, as the bunk bed area is very compact and the bathroom there doesn’t have a lock or door that goes all the way to the floor. The best part about this house: you can walk to both beach and pool within 5 minutes! The beach has a fair amount of leaves/branches as you walk through, but once you get to the water, it’s AMAZING - nice and shallow for a long way. The kids had fun trying out the boogie boards near the shore. The pool is great for littles too, since there’s a shallow end (3 ft) as well as a very shallow (2 ft, I think) kid pool next to it. They were obsessed with it, haha. It took me a while to get the hang of the doors of the house (there are 3 doors, each with a separate key, and there’s no latch on the inside, so you need the keys any time you open or close them). Close to El Yunque, kioskos, and go-karts. Natalia was good about replying to any questions too!

As described. it was a very well kept apartment. Great location, nearby different restaurants, local bars, beaches and El Yunque. Very peaceful beach just steps away from the apartment. We loved it. Thanks David and Anthony. We will visit again soon.

Gorgeous view ! Very quiet property - perfect for relaxing. Access to pools right in front of condos. Lots of amenities on the property if you don’t want to leave and can get an uber to go to close by towns if you don’t have a car (except for Ubers not allowed in Yunque park). We would come back and will recommend to others !

The hotel, grounds, restaurant and coffee bars were all amazing. Staff super friendly and helpful. The location is nice as it’s close to San Juan, El Yunque, etc, but not in an overly touristy area. Plenty of entertainment on site with pools, corn hole, ping pong, basketball hoops, Bon fire. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Great location for a couple or a family stay. The only thing to be aware of is that pictures and description are from a stock of photos. The actual room you are slotted is chosen at the time of your arrival.

We enjoyed our stay and a great bonus that they had a grill. They had all the dishes needed to make a good meal. It felt like our home away from home and all the neighbors were very friendly. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great location!

This place is spectacular! Gorgeous views, the most relaxing balcony, comfortable furniture, plenty of towels and beach equipment, beautifully decorated rooms and great communication from our host. He was fantastic! I could go on and on. Our family was in awe from the moment we walked in and saw the huge windows and the view. My kids spent hours out on the balcony in the hammock and I enjoyed morning and evening reading time out there as well. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at!

Overall, our stay was well worth it! Leslie is an excellent host. Appreciated the bottle water already in unit. Right next to El Yunque and only 25-30 min from San Juan. It would have been nice to use the oven. There was a post it on the appliance that said under repair. We were craving a frozen pizza and were unable to cook it. The WiFi is also pretty spotty. We were there for vacation so not a huge deal to use my hotspot on my phone, but anyone working remotely would need to be aware of this. The location is unbeatable and the view exactly as described. The AC worked well in both living room and bedroom and the washer dryer in unit was amazing. Parking is definitely tight and we rented a Kia Soul. I will definitely be back to utilize same air bnb next time I am in PR, mostly because my husband fell in love with Don Pepe restaurant down the hill from place. Definitely a must do if renting this air bnb.
