Natividad’s home is a gem tucked right in the middle of local living, gorgeous beaches and jungle adventures . This location was super convenient to Luquillo beaches, El Yunque, and many great restaurants. You are in a local neighborhood not amidst condos and we loved that. The home was clean and well stocked with towels and blankets. The kitchen had all we needed to cook. The small pool was pristine. We loved the view of the beach over the hill from the outdoor area. Natividad was very responsive. Would highly recommend

Great location! Great views! Slept 11 people comfortably!! Having an elevator was clutch!! Pool was perfect!! Even the neighborhood was great for a nice morning walk!! I’d stay here again!!

Es difícil encontrar lugares que permitan disfrutar de un espacio seguro y acogedor para varias personas. El lugar tenía de todo, la cocina extremadamente equipada, los cuartos extra cómodos, los baños super limpios y espaciosos. Las facilidades recreativas espectaculares. La comunicación con el host fue extraordinaria. Las fotos no le hacen justicia. Estamos eternamente agradecidos por la oportunidad de habernos tenido en su espacio durante un weekend memorable. Recomendado.

Very clean and organized. Felt right at home.

Daniel & Ana were very responsive. We had a few hiccups but things were taken care of promptly. The location is not on maps so there is only longitude and latitude used for directions, which after understanding it’s in 600 acres of private land it made sense. The big brown gate was easy to use and created even more security and privacy. It was great with lots of trails in the facility next door that does horse back riding, forest atv riding, restaurants, and more. We were fortunate to have bumped into Daniel and he took us on a quick ride into the acres of the estate. Incredible! We will most definitely return. Also note you are in horse territory, so there are stables everywhere including down the hills of the estate. They are all private residences so vacationers should be respectful of the people taking care of the horses. Our only minor bummer were noseeums. Mosquito spray was provided - you are in a rainforest - but honestly we didn’t have many. Definitely would recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Nat’s place! She was incredibly cordial and went above and beyond to make the experience special. A thoughtful gesture for a birthday celebration, where she put up a banner, made the stay even more memorable. Nat was also super helpful with local recommendations, making it easy to explore the area like a local. Highly recommend staying here—her hospitality truly stands out!

Wonderful trip to PR and the Villas in Rio Mar. Family of 5, kids 9, 12, and 15 and we had a great 5 day trip. Golf cart was so helpful, beach was great, hotel was close with restaurants - snorkeling and el Yunque were within a short drive. Host was very quick to help and guide - so important! We would definitely go again!

Everything was as expected from the listing. Absolutely gorgeous property and location was ideal for our first time in Puerto Rico. Got to enjoy the Wyndham property and of course the beach and water. This place reminded us of Hawaii so much we are coming back next year if not sooner. Very quiet location. Pool steps away. Million dollar view from lanai. Great value. It isn’t a brand new unit so don’t expect perfection in the features. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect for a couple or two couples. What can make it even better? Having a golf cart available or bikes. Otherwise we loved the place and will surely come again. And tell others. This is a great location to access eastern PR and the islands. Of note, the beach has significant waves it seems so small children might be more cautious. The cove to the north, a quarter mile walk along the beach is calmer. Thanks Ed and Juan!

Excellent stay. would stay again 100%. A little confusion on finding the place. why not just share location so people can use maps app on phone? we were always given directions which wasnt even the road we were coming from. was frustrating but once arrived everything excellent.

This was a great place for our family of four with two young kids. Extremely good access to the beach and pool, and great location for various day trips. Geoffrey was super helpful and accommodating!

As described. it was a very well kept apartment. Great location, nearby different restaurants, local bars, beaches and El Yunque. Very peaceful beach just steps away from the apartment. We loved it. Thanks David and Anthony. We will visit again soon.

Rafael was wonderful a host during our 1 week stay in PR. He made feel welcomed. Instructions about the stay were very clear. The home was spacious, clean and tidy, and has a wonderful view of the ocean. Thank you for hosting us.

The hotel, grounds, restaurant and coffee bars were all amazing. Staff super friendly and helpful. The location is nice as it’s close to San Juan, El Yunque, etc, but not in an overly touristy area. Plenty of entertainment on site with pools, corn hole, ping pong, basketball hoops, Bon fire. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Great location for a couple or a family stay. The only thing to be aware of is that pictures and description are from a stock of photos. The actual room you are slotted is chosen at the time of your arrival.

This place is spectacular! Gorgeous views, the most relaxing balcony, comfortable furniture, plenty of towels and beach equipment, beautifully decorated rooms and great communication from our host. He was fantastic! I could go on and on. Our family was in awe from the moment we walked in and saw the huge windows and the view. My kids spent hours out on the balcony in the hammock and I enjoyed morning and evening reading time out there as well. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at!
