This house is truly a gem, and we are so glad to have the opportunity to stay here. All my conversation with Mr Tam was always so pleasant, he is very polite and friendly. The house is so clean, comfortable and safe. Water pressure was excellent, bedding was so so comfortable, the boys in our group enjoyed the snooker table especially. We explored the area by foot and within 10-15 minutes walk you can find local food & spa, the beach is also a short walk away. Mr Tam was very kind and even make the initiative to share events happening in town that weekend when we were there, thanks to him we managed to visit the Danang food tour festival happening that particular weekend we were there, the extra thought and initiative means everything. I highly recommend this house, you can never go wrong because it truly feels like home away from home.

We had a great stay here! The apartment is very comfortable and had what we needed. The view from the balcony is really spectacular -- the beach and hills and city. The host was very responsive and kind and helpful. We would stay again!

Die Vermieterin war wirklich supernett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat immer schnell reagiert und bei allen Fragen oder kleinen Problemen sofort unterstützt – das war wirklich angenehm und hat vieles erleichtert. Besonders aufmerksam: Zum Geburtstag meines Freundes hat sie uns sogar eine Torte vorbeigebracht. Das war eine schöne Geste und zeigt, wie bemüht und herzlich sie ist. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung und hat für unseren Aufenthalt gut gepasst – alles wie beschrieben. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung, vor allem dank der Gastgeberin. Sie ist mit Abstand die beste Gastgeberin, die man sich wünschen kann. Weil alles so positiv war, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt direkt um einen weiteren Monat verlängert.

Мы полюбили этот дом! Жили больше двух месяцев. В нем было уютно как дома. Великолепное расположение, недалеко от набережной, рядом все самые лучшие магазины. Рядом с домом два футбольных поля. Все это создало незабываемую атмосферу. Квартира очень чистая, нет муравьев. А большой стол с удобным креслом особенно порадовали сына. Всем рекомендуем квартиру Thanh и обязательно вернемся сами.

Phuong went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay as a family. His place is very peaceful and perfect for a family. Our kids loved swimming in the ocean and the pool. The beach is very quiet and private (not at all like the tourist beaches in Danong). Would come again! Thank you Phuong for everything you did for our family.

Ha is very friendly and proactive. He forgotten bottled water and we had exhausted our shampoo sachets and he immediately sent them over, without delay. He went to pick and send my family from airport too. Super grateful and comfortable with his hospitality!

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

Отличный комплекс с апартаментами. Есть ресепшн, поэтому заселяться и выселяться легко. У нас была комфортная квартира с гостиной, кухней и спальней. Было всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, кровать удобная, мягкая, быстрый вайфай для работы, горячая вода. Также нам предлагали уборку раз в два дня. На крыше был небольшой бассейн и тренажерный зал. Единственное, если у вас нет машины или мопеда, то район не очень подходящий. Близко до пляжа, но далеко до интересных ресторанов и кафе.

First time in Danang and very satisfied with the stay! Yen was very helpful and helped us get a driver from the airport to the place and to surrounding areas such as bana hills and Hoi An! Place was also clean and there was cleaning service during one of the days (we stayed 4 nights) Location was walkable distance to My Khe Beach. Would recommend to stay here!

Linhs place faces a quiet beach and has great view from the little balcony attached to the bedroom. Linh was the perfect host, she arranged for daily breakfast as per our choice, saily cleaning, helped us hire a car, and even arranged a guide to show us some amazing art galleries. The place was spotless clean and spacious. Linh responds to messages within minutes! Although the entrance from the parking area is a bit dingy, one can easily walk to end of the road instead and walk in from the beach end through Papa Shark restaurant. Staff at Papa Shark was very friendly and flexible too, we had some great food as well as drinks delivered to our place.

Nguyen is a great host. She recommended some really lovely eateries around the area.

We loved our stay at Sarah’s place in Da Nang. The unit, amenities, location and hospitality were all top notch. Sarah and her team are incredibly professional and thoughtful in all their communications with us. The unit has a wonderful view of both the beach and city and is literally right across the street from the best beach in Da Nang. I cannot think of anything that could have been better in our stay with respect to the host, location and apartment. Highly recommend this place!

We have a very pleasant stay at Lam’s place. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby. You get to stay in a hotel without paying the price of a hotel. Although if you want to use the pool on the rooftop you have to pay but not a lot. You can always go upstairs to check the view for free. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean and the host has always been very responsive and friendly.

This apartment is new or recently remodeled--appliances and fixtures still have manufacturers' tags on them. Location is great--just three blocks from the beach and near some good restaurants. Not in the center of town, but cabs here are cheap and easy to find. Host Duy was helpful and easy to get along with.

My stay here has been perfect. big room with a big bed and medium couch. has ac and a floor fan, a big fridge and a full kitchen even a clothe washing machine. The dining table is cute, the desk is awesome! Windows are big and fill the room with light. If you want to keep the light out there are blackout curtains. The host and her husband can help with anything you may need. They helped me get a bicycle and scooter and even brought me food to eat. And of course you cant beat the location! Its right across the street from the beach and close to monkey mountain!

Second time in this apartments. Perfect choice as always! Good location, close to the sea and restaurants. Clean flat. Sounds from nearest school can be loud sometimes. They can make like pop concerts at 7:30am 😄 But it’s not often) I think also pressure of hot water should be regulated a little. You need to wait a lot hot water to come. Very good choice if you plan to stay in Danang! Thank you

2주 정도 머물렀는데 다낭을 즐기기 위한 완벽한 숙소였다^^ 10명까지 머무를수 있는 숙소지만 친구와 가족이 번갈아가며 보통 2인~3인이 머물렀다 근처에 휼륭한 쌀국수집과 카페가 있으며 바로 앞에 마트가 있으며 특히 청소 서비스는 5성급 호텔이 부럽지 않을 전도였다 낸녀에도 기회가 되면 꼭 방문할 예정이다 정말 추천하고 싶은 숙소이다

We really enjoyed the two months we spent here. The views were great, and the apartment was exactly as described. The host was really responsive. We had issues with the hot water during the first couple of days and the host worked so quickly to resolve it, and we had no problems with the water after that. Responses always arrived within minutes whenever we had a question. We even booked another one of their apartments for an additional few weeks, as this one wasn't available for the dates we needed. Very happy with our experience here. Thanks Hana and Dung!

This place was a perfect definition of luxury studio. Everything was very well cleaned and prepared for us. The staffs are also very accommodating and super friendly. The kitchen was our favorite because it is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need!! ☺️☺️ 10/10 recommendation for this place. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be coming back again.

We've stayed here for more than a month and we loved everything about it! The owner was very responsive; the location is very close to the beach and many good restaurants/cafes... The apartment is quite spacious for a couple, internet is fast and stable, weekly cleaning service is included. We've also been provided with a free taxi trip from AND to the airport, which we appreciated a lot.
