This airbnb is the perfect little place in Managua. I ended my trip here and only spent one night but I am definitely rebooking for my next stay. The airbnb is exactly as advertised and then some. It is a great space and the house it is in is pristine. He was helpful by reaching out prior with excellent directions and even pictures. He also made it easy to get around Managua by connecting us to a trustworthy taxi. It is a great place worth the money. Thanks for everything!

Mario is a great host. His house is well equipped for little kids to have space to play, swim, etc. the house is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very secure area. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Estamos muy contentos de habernos quedado en la propiedad de Leonel. La ubicación es perfecta cerca de un area comercial donde hay supermercado lo cual lo hizo accesible para nosotros y cercana a nuestros familiares. La casa es espaciosa, acogedora, se siente mucha paz, muy funcional para las necesidades de mi familia. Leonel nos atendió muy bien nuestras necesidades y sin percance alguno. Muchas gracias y esperamos que en un futuro podamos regresar.

The apartment is a true gem located in a safe, secure, and ideal area. It looks exactly as shown in the pictures. I did experience an issue with the hot water due to a thunderstorm that damaged the system, but it was eventually fixed. The other residents are very quiet and keep to themselves, which is perfect if you're traveling with little ones and need an early bedtime routine. Additionally, there is a visible security guard on duty at the gate 24/7. The apartment is conveniently located just 5-10 minutes from Carretera Masaya and a high-end mall called Galerías Santo Domingo. There is an abundance of food options nearby, ranging from delicious street food to upscale restaurants, all within a short drive. Finding the apartment was effortless, and the check-in process was smooth, handled directly with the security guard. Overall, I have no regrets about staying at Grethell's place. Nicaragua is a beautiful country filled with warm and loving people.

this was a great place, aida is a Great Host, the place is close to a great mall and there are a lot of stores nearby, it is close to a main street where you can get cabs easily

Milena was a great host, her place is very nice and is located in a great area near bus stops, places to eat and stores. I would definitely stay at her place if I ever go to Nicaragua again.

Hice la reservación bastante tarde pero tanto la anfitriona como el personal fueron extremadamente amables y proactivos. Acomodaron varias de mis necesidades a pesar de ser tarde y con una eficiencia increíble. El apartamento es pequeño como dice la descripción pero extremadamente lindo, súper bien equipado y cómodo, descansé súper bien. Una estadía 10/10.

Yessica fue muy amable en responder mis preguntas. El lugar muy céntrico, el camino está en construcción pero ella lo menciona en la descripción y realmente el tramo es corto. Muy limpio y muy amables en verdad.

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und einfach eingerichtet. Die Gegend recht ruhig. In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles Super - Vielen Dank Mac!

The place was wonderful. It was well furnished and very clean. The people were very courteous and Rodolfo was a wonderful host, responded quickly and I felt like he was always within my reach although I didn't even meet him. I will definitely stay there again. My only complaint if any is that it is kind of away from the City and I didn't find many places to eat or go for entertainment. Other than that I absolutely loved the place.

Es un lugar muy amplio, iluminado, limpio y organizado. El sector es muy tranquilo, con restaurant, tiendas, farmacias y supermercados cerca. Me sentí muy cómodo en todo momento, estuvieron pendientes de mí, me dieron recomendaciones y ayuda, muy útiles. Mi experiencia fue excelente, extremadamente recomendable que hospeden acá.

This place is awesome! Stayed there twice and always had a great experience and just walk down the street and have all kinds of kinds of restaurants.

No es calle pavimentada donde queda ubicada la casa, necesitas un vehículo con buenas llantas y tracción, enfrente hay un campo de fútbol, no hay mucho que pedir según calidad precio, resuelve al menos! La atención y comunicación fue siempre constante y sin retrasos, punto a favor.
