Es un lugar lindo, cómodo, limpio y acogedor. Con muy buena iluminación y ventilación. La zona me pareció muy tranquila, agradable y segura. Los anfitriones muy respetuosos y nada invasivos. Sharon en especial estuvo siempre disponible para resolver todas mis dudas, me apoyó con sugerencias siempre que lo necesité y me ayudó para facilitar mi estancia hasta donde le fué posible. Espero regresar muy pronto y sin duda alguna volvería a reservar con ella. Es una mujer muy cálida y amable. 100% recomendable!!!

Needed a place to stay close to work and it didn’t disappoint. The place was super clean and artsy with everything that is needed for an easy and trouble free stay. Also loved the self check in ! You cannot get anything better price point wise. Will definitely stay here again in the near future. Thank you Liz

Très beau logement, le terrain était magnifique, beaucoup d'arbres et de fleurs. Un petit paradis en bordure du lagon Apoyo. La route pour s'y rendre est sinueuse, mais belle. Le dernier 500 mètres et très rocailleux et l'emplacement mal Identifié. Mais pour le reste tout est parfait.

Salvador was responsive, friendly and very helpful. His place was cozy, clean and convenient for my family. I will definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a nice spot to rent right outside of Managua.

This place was immaculate. Well kept, modern, private, upscale galore all around including the backyard. There is plenty of space inside and out. Unfortunately, my family and I did not get to enjoy too much of the outdoor considering, there was so much rain due to Hurricane Helene. However, the pool and grilling area would have been quite an enjoyment on any given afternoon! My family and I usually visit Nicaragua every other year. When I compare this house to a hotel such as the InterContinental or Hilton Princess. You get much more space and privacy for just a little bit more which is so worth it specially, if you have a group of 5 or 6!

Private and peaceful gated community with great facilities, including a large pools and children plagrounds. The house was clean and functional. Tastefully decorated. No issues with utilities. Food delivery with PedidosYa worked well.

Elisha's home was an amazing find! Five of us stayed there after arriving in Nicaragua, and it felt like a hidden gem amid the bustle of Managua. The property is secure, gated, and provided a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere from the moment we checked in. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and couldn’t have asked for a better start to our trip. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Armando fue una persona súper flexible, y servicial, siempre estuvo atento durante la estancia y me pareció una casa maravillosa, cumplió con todas nuestras necesidades y todo super limpió, sin duda alguna regresaré :)

Listing is precisely as indicated in description/photos at time of my stay. Clean, good security measures and appliances in working condition. Air conditioning works very well and there is even warm water. Host was kind and diligently helped to make my last minute evening reservation faster, even despite me feeling impatient due to it being the final few hours of visiting my girlfriend and me wanting to accomplish some things with her before taking my flight at 2am. It was easy for my girlfriend to go back and spend the remainder of the night there after I left because there is a remote control key (and / or code) that opens and closes the property entrance gate in addition to keys to your own particular apartment studio room. I saw that there is also a washer and dryer available for use. This place is walking distance to many restaurants and stores, close to some malls, and only about 11 or 13 minutes from the airport. It is also located on the same road as the airport.

Es un lugar muy amplio, iluminado, limpio y organizado. El sector es muy tranquilo, con restaurant, tiendas, farmacias y supermercados cerca. Me sentí muy cómodo en todo momento, estuvieron pendientes de mí, me dieron recomendaciones y ayuda, muy útiles. Mi experiencia fue excelente, extremadamente recomendable que hospeden acá.
