We had a very comfortable stay at the Kathguni house. All three members of the staff—Khemchand, Gobind, and Hira—were very attentive to all our needs and did everything to make our stay a memorable one!

Had a fantastic stay at this in Manali! The location was perfect, offering peaceful mountain views(away from Mall Road which is too crowded)and a peaceful ambiance. Raj bhaiya(caretaker)were incredibly warm and welcoming,making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Highly recommend for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Had lovely time with lovely host Rajeev ji. place was much more beautiful than the pictures. Great location, great view spacious rooms and clean washrooms. Kitchen had everything we required for our cooking. Rajeev Ji holds great knowledge of the local surroundings and helped us to make our trip more enjoyable. A must visit place and will be visiting the place again in blossom season as per Rajeev's recommendation.

Abha and Hemant are outstanding hosts and have decorated their House of Buddha with love and affection. Right from the time we confirmed our booking, the hosts immediately connected with us and gave us a detailed briefing on the route, places to visit, stuff to carry etc. We were well received on arrival by Gita, their house caretaker who helped us to settle down comfortably. She is a very good cook and has a friendly demeanour. The House of Budha is an exquisite villa with all moden amenities and a fantastic view of snow clad mountains. It is located in a gated society, has adequate space for parking, beautiful lawns and a spacious terrace. The interior is neat and clean and has been tastefully decorated. There is a well stocked open kitchen with modern gadgets. The main bedroom is spacious with excellent quality linen and a view that's worth dying for!! It was by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in, with the cherry on the cake being Abha and Hemant's warm and loving hospitality!!

Staff were attentive and personable,enhancing the stay with their professionalism.The rooms are immaculate,boasting comfort and luxury.The overall experience provided excellent value for the cost.

It was a very nice place. It has a beautiful garden. it has an excellent Sound System (JBL sound box). It had great views of the mountains and valleys. They arranged cabs for all the tour's and airport pickup drop's. We booked the entire place with 9 room's. Especially the attic room and lobby area were the best. The host showed great hospitality. We loved the stay.

It was the most amazing experience for me and the whole group. The villa had everything we needed and the hosting is something you definitely cannot miss out, Shubham made the whole experience come to another level, we had a real great experience. From the rooms to the food everything was exceptional. One of the best properties in Manali without a doubt. Definitely worth a go. The service which was provided to us was the best, the timing of everything was on point. The food, we had messaged the menu and we got the food exactly when we wanted it. The chef was also very supportive, he was there to cook for us even late at night there were no restrictions on anything for us. The views from every room were breathtaking and not to miss out on. The bonfire we had was also extravagant it turned out to be one of the best bonfires we had ever experienced. Thanks to the whole kaizen team for giving us the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. ( Not to forget the dogs presence)

Although we only got to stay for a day only but we felt right at home. Shubham knows what he is doing, he is a great host. The food and the vibes were our favourites. Nikhil (helper) was responsive to all the requests. All in all I would say if you need some peace of mind and a different experience than being somewhere crowded, Kaizen is the place to be. Definitely staying at Kaizen again.

This place is a hidden jewel in the Himalayas. Tucked in between a few small towns in is perfectly quiet, surrounded by nature and stunning views of the mountain peaks. The hosts are extremely kind and helpful and ensured a wonderful experience for us. They helped us navigate the area, arranged activities like hiking and paragliding for us and were readily available to assist us with everything. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to spend our trip!
