Everything here was great. The space is amazing, and has a great view! We also needed assistance and the host was so nice to respond quickly and assist us. Would stay again.

Accueil parfait logement extrêmement propre et agréable avec vu sur le lever de soleil et hôte très réactif et arrangeante le seule point négatif c’est l’accès uniquement à pied pas simple quand on est chargé mais les ruelles sont très agréable pour balader pour se garer il y a un parking payant facile d’accès et sécurisé il y a des places gratuites mais pas toujours libre on a passé un agréable séjour Merci vraiment beaucoup à Alessia pour ce logement

5 stars isn’t enough for the marvelous time we had in Portovenere. The apartment is in the ideal location off the main road. The Villa is high enough to feel the majesty of the water views, yet close and convenient enough to get to everything you need. The ferry to cinque terre, shops, restaurants and supermarket are all within easy walking distance. The view from our terrace was wonderful. It was our favorite spot for morning coffee. Photos of the listing are very accurate. The space was cozy and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Michela and her assistant Helena were very attentive, always ready with great suggestions and most accommodating to our requests. Lovely people. Would love to return one day.

We had a lovely time and really enjoyed the view! Christine had everything prepared for us—towels for the beach and lots of instructions and recommendations in an easy to understand notebook. She also was super accommodating helping us get our bags watched after checkout. Wish we had stayed longer!

Location was perfect, near the main street, near Train station. No stairs to climb. There was all the needed equipment in the kitchen. Clean. The host was very friendly, quickly replied to our messages.

Lola come host è stata superba. Con mia moglie ci siamo trovati benissimo e il supporto di Lola durante il nostro soggiorno davvero superbo. Gentilezza, disponibilità e serietà la contraddistinguono. Super consigliata.

Thanks so much Sara, we had a great stay and your apartment was well set up for the four of us as a family. It was in a great location and we loved getting freshly baked focaccia every morning from across the alleyway.

Es war ein super schöne Unterkunft, mit guter Lage, Meer Blick, super schöner Außenbereich. Alessandro war super freundlich und Chiara war auch super freundlich, sie hat uns bei Fragen immer geholfen :)

The room is very spacious and bright, with stunning sea views right outside the window. It is within walking distance of seaside attractions, and supermarkets and restaurants are readily available.

Increíble la experiencia de estar en la montañas y comunicado con toda la zona.. la atención de vicenzo y de giorgio fue muy especial... los baños son muy grandes y las sábanas son de LINO ... como en un hotel de lujo.. muy recomendable.. vamos a volver

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à La Francesca, dans un environnement paisible et préservé. La vue sur la mer depuis le logement est magnifique. L'ensemble des commodités et activités est accessible à pied. Endroit hors du commun que nous recommandons.

Das Hotel ist in einer Verkehrsberuhigten Lage. Zum ein und Ausladen unseres Autos hat die Rezeption extra eine Email an die Ortspolizei geschickt damit es keine böse Überraschung nach dem Urlaub gibt. Zum öffentlichen Parkplatz sind 10 Minuten Fußmarsch einzuplanen. Die Lage , direkt am Meer und der Promenade war tatsächlich fantastisch viele Gäste der Stadt haben auch die nahegelegenen Bars und Restaurants besucht. Wie bei einem Urlaubsort üblich. Wir hatten geplant Pisa zu besuchen Und 5 Terre das war Wetterbedingt nicht ganz möglich aber alles in allem hat es uns gefallen.

Ausgezeichneter Meerblick vom Schlafzimmer aus - zu diesem Preis (gute 100 € die Nacht) ist das phantastisch. Sehr schöne Lage, nettes, einfaches Häuschen über dem Restaurant. Im Restaurant fand mal eine Hochzeit statt - das war zwar laut, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Es gibt einen Laden und einen Strand im Resort, die Bademöglichkeiten sind aber je nach Wellengang eingeschränkt (der Steinstrand ist den Wellen ziemlich exponiert, es ist schnell mal zu gefährlich). Es gibt aber einen abgeschirmten Teil, der ist aber klein und nicht sehr tief. Der Wanderweg zum Fahrrad-/Wanderweg durch die alten Eisenbahntunnel nach Bonassola/Levanto ist ja im "Wartungsmodus". Das bedeutet, dass der Weg abgesperrt ist und man über Steine klettern muss, um drüber zu kommen (Stand September 2024). Das ist sehr schade und wohl aktuell der einzige Haken an dieser Unterkunft. Wenn dieser Weg wieder offen ist, kommen wir gerne wieder!

This place is magical. It is a quiet oasis necessary during long travels through cities.  This room is part of a resort that has a bunch of smaller houses in addition to this one that's  attached to the main reception area. The views throughout the property are breathtaking and the restaurant on site is the best food I've eaten in Italy. The chef prepares beautiful and tasty cuisine with a careful eye for presentation. The waiter was able to speak in Italian, French and English to accommodate all of his guests. Be sure to bring every comfy hiking shoes to enjoy the walk along the coast between the site and the quieter cities of Bonassola and Levanto. It is only a 20 minute walk to either city along the coast. The room itself had a nice amount of space and there is a cute patio attached. You can open all the doors and have a view of the sea.  If I'm ever in this area, I'd absolutely stay here again. I'd opt for one of the other detached apartments for louder sounds of the sea. All of the staff is so very nice.  If you are traveling by train (not a car), it is best to get off in Levanto and hire a taxi to take you up to the site.  You can walk but it will be much better without your luggage (no matter how light you are traveling).

The place is even better in person. If you want to rent a car this is the place with 2 parking spots just for you. The VIEW is absolutely worth it. You get sunsets over the sea with clear skies. Front and back of the building is green as well. The place is very quiet. We had everything we needed and Federica greeted us with a delicious bread! This place is also very secure. There is a gate for the parking and the outside door to the building also locks. We set up a table on the balcony and had our breakfast there overlooking the views. A very wonderful experience. Drive to Levanto to the train station. Get a Day pass for the train and the 20 mint walk permit and walk the Path of Love, Via dell’Amore, from Riomaggiore to Manarola. This is an easy walk. The walk from Monterosso to Vernazza is not as easy but we absolutely liked it. The views are priceless.

Alloggio molto grazioso e perfetto per me e la mia bambina Posizione centrale nel paese e a due passi dal mare Pulizia simpatia e cortesia, abbiamo avuto un imprevisto e l’host ci ha assistito immediatamente E infine: l’appartamento è insonorizzato e climatizzato, per notti tranquille anche in piena estate Consiglio!

Virginio’s place is a good choice if you’re looking for a fully equipped apartment close to the beach! What we loved: - great communication and clear instructions - location is only 15min walk from the city center along the sea, very easy - the apartment was very clean and everything was provided - heating/AC works perfectly - a lot of storage space Good to know: - all doors are with matt glass, and there’s a little “window” between the bedroom and bathroom = if there’s a light on somewhere it inevitably comes into the bedroom - the apartment is on the ground floor + railway is near = some noise from traffic and trains Considering the price, quality and competition in Sestri Levante, we would recommend Virginio’s place!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfection with a sea view from the balcony and master bedroom window. We went as a group of 6 adults and slept comfortably with this set up. Paolo could not have been a better host if he tried, offering us complimentary wine and limoncello, recommendations for all of Cinque Terre, and met us in person upon arrival and check out to show us around the property and to help us if we had any questions. Could not recommend this Airbnb more, it was fantastic!

Alloggio molto bello con vista stupenda sul mare. Host molto gentile e disponibile, tutto perfetto.

Maurizias appartment is peefect if you want to spoil yourself with some comfortable days at the beach! We enjoyed the sea view, the well equipped kitchen and the location. The place is located just perfectly close to restaurants, shops and, of course, the two bays of Sestri Levante. Maurizia and her husbad were very nice hosts - they offered to pick us up at the station because of the heavy rain and the communication during our stay was quick and helpful when we needed it.

Sehr sehr freundlich Gastgeber waren über Preis Leistungs Verhältnis hin und weg, alles ist da es fehlt wirklich an nix in diesem Haus. Vermieterin hat immer ne Info gegeben wenn was in der Stadt stattgefunden hat. Also eigentlich braucht man Nix mitnehmen außer Badehose ein Fahrrad oder e Scooter um die Gegend zu erkundigen und das war’s sehr begeistert von dieser Anlage! Waren sehr sehr sehr zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub hier! Riesen Dank an Annalisa und Sergio bis zum nächsten Wiedersehen und alles gute euch !
